Hydrolytic stability and protective properties of polyurethane oligomers based on polyester/ether/polyols

The present study deals with effect of the type and chemical character of incorporated polyester/polyether blocks on the hydrolytic stability of crosslinked polyurethane oligomers. Diffusion parameters of the investigated polyurethane oligomers, giving information concerning chemical changes taking place in neutral, basic and acidic aqueous environments, have also been determined.     

Electrical Resistance Measurement of Glass Transition and Crystallization Characteristics of Zr—Al—Cu—Ni Metallic Glasses

In this paper,glass transition and thermal stability of the Zr-Al-Cu-Ni metallic glasses were investigated by using electrical resistance measurement(ERM),DSC and X-ray diffraction techniques.The experimental results show that the ERM is capable of detecting the glass transition of the amorphous alloys and can help to distinguish the crystallization products of the Zr-Al-Cu-Ni metallic glasses owing to the difference of the electrical resistivity between the precipitation phases.     

胜利油田污水储罐腐蚀防护方法评价

对胜利油田纯粱采油厂A3钢制生产污水（水温约60℃）储罐使用寿命过低的原因进行了实验考察。水质分析数据表明氯离子浓度高（45-48gm）是污水腐蚀性强的主要因素。A3钢在60℃污水中的腐蚀速率，由极化曲线数据计算的值大大高于失重法测定值，敞开系统中失重法测定值又高于密闭系统中测定值，挂片上出现蚀孔，说明储罐中A3钢发生了氧存在下氟离子引起的局部腐蚀（孔蚀）。元素分析结果表明．储罐阴极保护所用的牺牲阳极铝材含铁等元素量超标。牺牲阳极密封不良，在实验污水中7天后电流效率仅为2．92％，失去阴极保护能力。处于实验污水环境中的有涂层保护的A3钢．14天后出现腐蚀极化电流，表明涂层已失去完整性。要提高该采油厂及胜利油田其他采油厂污水储罐的使用寿命，必须改用合格的牺牲阳极和保护涂层材料。图3表2参7。

The growing public health concern of sports concussion: The new psychology practice frontier.

With youth participation in sports at an all-time high, youths have become more vulnerable to the silent epidemic of concussion. Psychologists should become aware of the alarming frequency of mild concussion and the subtle effects of concussion, which often go unnoticed or result in misdiagnosis. This article provides a basic survey of the research and literature on this topic, a simplified knowledge base for understanding updated assessment and management techniques, and a discussion of the important role psychologists can play in educating the public and their patients. A study of neutron and gamma radiation effects on transmission of various types of glasses, optical coatings, cemented optics and fiber

A study of radiation effects on various types of glasses, dielectric optical coatings, cemented optics and fiber was undertaken with a view to select them for extreme radiation environments. Samples were exposed to different radiation doses in the Pakistan Research Reactor-I (PARR-I) for neutron and Cobalt 60 source for gamma irradiation. Transmissions were measured before and after irradiation. The dielectric coatings were subjected to additional tests (adhesion, abrasion and humidity, etc.) as per MIL-M-13508C and MIL-C-675C. All 15 glasses studied showed varying amounts of transmission loss as expected, with negligible degradation for three types. Recovery of transmissions with time/ageing was also studied, with more or less complete recovery with temperature annealing. A faster bleaching of darkened/brown glasses was achieved by using UV lamps or UV laser. The dielectric coatings (HR, AR) and one of the two commercial optical cements showed excellent resistance to neutrons and gamma radiations, and could be good candidates for the fabrication and utilization of optical components in extreme radiation environments. The data allowed several Chinese glasses to be studied for the first time.     

K_2O－B_2O_3－SiO_2玻璃成分对析晶性能的影响

本文利用ＤＴＡ、ＸＲＤ、ＴＥＭ、ＳＥＭ等技术研究了三种Ｋ２Ｏ－Ｂ２Ｏ３－ＳｉＯ２玻璃的析晶性能。结果表明，Ｋ２Ｏ－Ｂ２Ｏ３－ＳｉＯ２玻璃的析晶由分相引起，分相和析晶能力受成分影响较大。随Ｂ２Ｏ３和Ｋ２Ｏ含量增多及Ｋ２Ｏ／Ｂ２Ｏ３比值的降低，析晶加强。析晶中主晶相类别尚未查清，次晶相确定为α－方石英。     

秦山核电厂全厂断电事故厂外后果分析

采用MELCOR和MACCS程序对秦山核电厂全厂断电事故的源项和厂外后果进行了计算。该事故会引起厂外群体受到较大剂量的放射性照射，但剂量不足以引发早期确定性健康效应。并对可能采取的应急防护行动进行评估，确定最佳防护措施为：安全壳泄漏阶段实施隐蔽；若安全壳超压失效无法避免，应急计划区内应立即实施撤离。
