为了改善工业硝酸铵的吸湿结块性能,通常会加入添加剂(有机包覆剂或无机改性剂),而工业硝酸铵作为乳化炸药的主要原料,其添加剂对乳化炸药的制备和性能会产生影响。因此,分别对采用有机包覆剂蜡的泰国产工业硝酸铵和采用无机改性剂的俄罗斯产工业硝酸铵,开展了制备现场散装乳胶基质的工业试验。结果表明:两类工业硝酸铵均可作为乳化炸药原材料使用,但有机包覆剂会沉入水相罐底部或粘附在输送管道内壁,对水相和乳胶基质制备造成不利影响,因此需要在水相制备环节分离去除包覆剂蜡;硝酸镁、硝酸钙等无机改性剂对乳胶基质制备无影响,但生产的乳胶基质稳定性较差,通过调整乳化剂的种类和配比以及乳化器的转速可得到一定改进。 相似文献

The purification behavior of uranyl nitrate hexahydrate (UNH) was investigated to evaluate the decontamination performance of liquid and solid impurities using a dissolver solution of mixed oxide (MOX) fuel in batch experiments. The UNH crystal recovered from the MOX fuel dissolver solution containing simulated fission products (FPs) was purified by a sweating and melt filtration process. Although the decontamination factors (DFs) of Pu, Cs, and Ba did not change in the sweating process, that of Eu increased with increases in temperature and time. These results indicate that liquid impurities such as Eu were effectively removed by the sweating method, but solid impurities such as Pu, Cs, and Ba were minimally affected in the batch experiments. On the other hand, the DF of Ba increased with 0.45 and 5.0 μ filters in the melt filtration process. Since Pu and Cs formed as Cs2Pu(NO3)6 in the course of U crystallization and was accompanied with the UNH crystal, these behaviors were similar to each other. Although the DFs of Pu and Cs did not change with the 5.0 μ filter, it increased approximately twofold with the 0.45 μ filter. The particle size of Cs2Pu(NO3)6 is relatively small and might pass through the 5.0 μ filter in the melt filtration process. In order to develop compact absorption refrigeration cycles driven by low heat sources, the simulated performance of a microchannel absorber of 5‐cm length and 9.5 cm3 in volume provided with a porous membrane is presented for 3 different solution‐refrigerant pairs: LiBr‐H2O, LiCl‐H2O, and LiNO3‐NH3. The high absorption rates calculated for the 3 solutions lead to large cooling effect to absorber volume ratios: 625 kW/m3 for the LiNO3‐NH3, 552 kW/m3 for the LiBr‐H2O, and 318 kW/m3 for the LiCl‐H2O solutions given the studied geometry. The performance of a complete absorption system is also analyzed varying the solution concentration, condensation temperature, and desorption temperature. The LiNO3‐NH3 and the LiBr‐H2O solutions provide the largest cooling effects. The LiNO3‐NH3 can work at a lower temperature of the heating source, in comparison with the one needed in a LiBr‐H2O system. The lowest cooling effect and coefficient of performance are found for the LiCl‐H2O solution, but this mixture allows the use of lower temperature heating sources (below 70°C). These results can be used for the selection of the most suitable solution for a given cooling duty, depending on the available heat source and condensation temperature. 相似文献

以适合工业储热的复合无机相变储热材料硝酸盐(KNO3、NaNO3)和碳酸盐(Li2CO3、K2CO3、Na2CO3和CaCO3)为相变组分,研究了4种不同配比硝酸盐相变组分和6种不同配比碳酸盐相变组分的热性能(熔点、潜热)差异,分别优选出一种熔融盐相变组分配比。利用多孔载体吸附原理,制备出两种最佳配比的复合熔融盐类储热材料,分析了储热材料在不同介质气氛中(Ar和air)分解难易程度,TG-DSC-MS联用测试的高温热分解产物表明,复合硝酸盐类储热材料在中温(300℃)储热时,物理化学性能稳定,安全性较好,但在高温(500℃以上)时易分解成NO和NO2,且air气氛中更易生成有毒气体;而复合碳酸盐类储热材料在air中比在Ar中更易生成CO而影响储热过程中的安全性。 相似文献

Cellulose nitrate films were examined for thermal neutron monitoring in contact with several kinds of (n, α) converter materials such as a plastic sheet doped with 1% boron, a solidified boron oxide plate, a single crystal plate of boron oxide and that of lithium fluoride. After thermal neutron irradiation in a research reactor, the films were etched in alkaline solution. The etch-pits on the films were counted with a spark counter. The single crystal converter of lithium fluoride was found to be the most sensitive for thermal neutron. A method for producing the single crystal converter was described. Linear relation between thermal neutron fluence and spark counts was found to be in the fluence range of 2 × 10?6–3 × 107n/cm2 in case of using a lithium fluoride single crystal converter. 相似文献

Abstract An accurate volume measurement system for a large amount of plutonium nitrate solution stored in a reprocessing or a conversion plant has been developed at the Plutonium Conversion Development Facility (PCDF) in the Power Reactor and Nuclear Fuel Development Corp. (PNC) Tokai Works. A pair of differential digital quartz pressure transducers is utilized in the volume measurement system. To obtain high accuracy, it is important that the non-linearity of the transducer is minimized within the measurement range, the zero point is stabilized, and the damping property of the pneumatic line is designed to minimize pressure oscillation. The accuracy of the pressure measurement can always be within 2 Pa with re-calibration once a year. In the PCDF, the overall uncertainty of the volume measurement has been evaluated to be within 0.2%. This system has been successfully applied to the Japanese government's and IAEA's routine inspection since 1984. 相似文献
