自然界中茄尼醇在烟叶中含量最高,作为合成辅酶Q10的中间体,具有重要的医药开发价值。从茄尼醇的生物学特性、用途、农业影响措施、提取纯化和检测方法等方面综述了国内外关于茄尼醇的研究进展,探讨烟叶资源的综合利用。目前研究的热点是提取纯化工艺,工业上的茄尼醇是从烟草中提取,采用分级浸提法纯化,高效液相色谱法检测;而调控措施研究很少,烟草不同类型与基因型间的茄尼醇含量差异较大,更重要的是受生产措施的影响,目前仅有水分和氮素方面的部分研究,因此茄尼醇在生物体中的调控研究将可能是新的研究热点。 相似文献

Falling films in wash down process are of major interest for pharmaceutical isolators, which are used for processing of highly potent pharmaceutical products. In this study multiple process parameters were examined with common materials of isolator systems. The importance of material and surface finish in respect of cleanability and complete wetting as well as a combination of process parameters are presented and discussed. For cleaning validation an effect of high interest was discovered: swab sampling areas changed their properties over many repeated cycles and showed decreased cleanability. 相似文献

This paper is motivated by recent experimental research that demonstrated pharmacological efficiency of axonal transport drug delivery. The purpose is to develop a model of this process and to study how the rate of destruction of pharmaceutical agent complexes (PACs) affects their transport in the axon. The model includes two populations of PACs: PACs in the state when they are driven retrogradely (from the axon terminal toward the neuron soma) by dynein motors and PACs residing in the accumulated state (but can still be re-released to the dynein-driven state). The coupling between the kinetic states is accounted for by first-order reactions. Utilizing Laplace transform, analytical solutions for concentrations of these two populations of PACs are obtained. The effect of PAC destruction is investigated for different values of other parameters. It is shown that the shapes of the waves describing the PAC concentrations can be significantly affected by transport parameters. 相似文献

Cool thermal energy storage (CTES) is an advanced energy technology that has recently attracted increasing interest for industrial refrigeration applications such as process cooling, food preservation and building air conditioning systems. An experimental investigation on the performance of an industrial refrigeration system integrated with encapsulated phase change material (PCM)‐based CTES system is carried out in the present work. In the experimental set‐up a vertical storage tank is integrated with the evaporator of the vapour compression refrigeration system. Effect of the inlet temperature of heat transfer fluid (HTF) on the temperature variation of the PCM and the HTF in the storage tank and the performance parameters namely average rate of charging, energy stored, specific energy consumption (SEC) of the chiller with and without storage system are studied in detail. The effect of porosity variation in the storage tank is also studied. A 1°C decrease in evaporator temperature results in about 3–4% increase in SEC and 1°C decrease in condensing temperature leads to 2.25–3.25% decrease in SEC. Optimization of the technological parameters affecting the mechanical properties and permeability of capsules is essential to produce capsules with improved properties for cell immobilization. In the present paper, the effect of different parameters on the technological properties of alginate/Ca2+/oligochitosan capsules has been investigated. The correct adjustment of the alginate concentration in the polymer matrix and the oligochitosan molar mass, concentration and coating time, have been found to be key parameters in obtaining porous and mechanically stable alginate/Ca2+/oligochitosan capsules. Results showed that an increase in the coating time and concentration of the alginate generated more stable capsules with a reduced membrane cut‐off. Furthermore, we have established some correlations between capsule properties and the effectiveness of chitosan binding within the capsule's membrane. Data addressed herein could be a valid tool to fabricate optimized alginate/Ca2+/oligochitosan capsules with a potential for use in cell immobilization technology.
