Linear robots, numerically controlled machines and articulated robots are some of the major components in automation. In various applications, these single systems are linked together to become advanced mechatronic systems since they can realize special and general tasks. Unfortunately, the degree of automation in carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) manufacturing is currently rather low. A lot of research still needs to be done in order to achieve the knowledge necessary to gain a consistent, robust and reliable production chain for CFRP. The most decisive criterion in automation is the tradeoff between speed in production and the attainable layup accuracy. One aspect that affects accuracy is vibration caused by rapid movement and interaction forces. In the case of advanced mechatronic systems, the effect of the dynamic coupling is one key factor in accuracy. Over the last few decades, the field of active vibration suppression has made use of its excellent capability to improve the accuracy of machines. Therefore, the paper presents a comprehensive review of active vibration suppression technology for the improvement of precision in manufacturing. The work is mainly focused on, but not limited to, the production of components made of CFRP. The paper concludes with a discussion of promising approaches to identify a trend for future work. 相似文献

高速切削技术一直以来都是提高生产效率和节约成本的关键技术。碳纤维复合材料以其耐磨性、耐腐蚀性等一系列优点倍受人们的青睐。研究了碳纤维复合材料在高速钻削过程中切削速度、进给速度和钻头刀尖角对钻削入口分层的影响;利用三水平的全因子分析法进行钻削试验,同时将得到的分层因子建立二元非线性回归模型,并进行方差分析和响应面分析。研究结果表明:分层对进给速度的敏感性更强;随着切削速度的提高,分层因子逐渐减小;小的刀尖角更有助于获得好的加工孔质量。所构造回归模型的预测结果与试验结果基本一致,表明该模型可以有效地预测钻削表面的分层状况。 相似文献

The production of carbon fiber reinforced (CFR) anionic polyamide 6 (APA6) plates by thermoplastic resin transfer molding (T‐RTM) processing is highly sensitive to the presence of polymer additives such as flame retardants (FRs). However, APA6 is flammable, and therefore, it is mandatory to protect the polymer matrix, especially if the produced materials are intended for aerospace applications. Typically used FR for PA6 cannot be incorporated in the T‐RTM processes. With hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene, an incorporable and effective FR additive for CFR APA6 was discovered. Cone calorimetry measurements indicate a char formation‐based mechanism, and the flame retardancy was further confirmed with limiting oxygen index tests, classification by UL94 (V‐0), and FAR25 tests. The influence of this FR on the thermal (thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry) and mechanical behavior (flexural, compressive and ultimate tensile strength, and Charpy impact tests) on CFR APA6 produced via T‐RTM processing is evaluated and indicates no interaction with the APA6; it works as a passive filler. This study dealt with the use of various quantities of modified red mud as a nanofiller in a poly(hydroxy ether) of bisphenol A (Phe) based matrix. Phe‐based polymer nanocomposites reinforced with acidically and organically modified layered red mud were prepared by a conventional solvent‐casting technique. The best dispersion occurred in the polymer nanocomposites where the interactions between the functional groups of the polymer matrix and those of the organic substitution of the red mud appeared to be the highest. The particle size of the modified red mud was determined by field emission scanning electron microscopy. The as‐synthesized composite films were typically characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction. The dispersion of the modified fillers within the matrix was studied by transmission electron microscopy.
