通过微波加热包埋渗法在高铌钛铝合金基体上制备了硅化物涂层,微波加热功率2.6 kW,埋渗时间2 h。利用扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线衍射等手段研究了氧化前后涂层的表面形貌、截面形貌、涂层中元素分布和物相组成。结果表明:涂层外部主要物相为TiSi2和NbSi2,并有少量的Ti5Si3和Nb5Si3相,厚度约为15μm;内侧涂层有大约15μm的富铝层。1000℃下氧化100 h的氧化动力学测试结果表明:高铌钛铝合金渗硅后的抗高温氧化性能、抗剥落性能有了显著提高,其单位面积增重量和剥落量分别是0.5714 mg/cm2和0.7143 mg/cm2,仅为无涂层试样氧化增重量和剥落量的1/22倍和1/59倍。 相似文献

A new exact analytical approach for free vibration of Reissner-Mindlin functionally graded rectangular plates 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
An exact closed-form procedure is presented for free vibration analysis of moderately thick rectangular plates having two opposite edges simply supported (i.e. Lévy-type rectangular plates) based on the Reissner-Mindlin plate theory. The material properties change continuously through the thickness of the plate, which can vary according to a power law distribution of the volume fraction of the constituents. By introducing some new potential and auxiliary functions, the displacement fields are analytically obtained for this plate configuration. Several comparison studies with analytical and numerical techniques reported in literature are carried out to establish the high accuracy and reliability of the solutions. Comprehensive benchmark results for natural frequencies of the functionally graded (FG) rectangular plates with six different combinations of boundary conditions (i.e. SSSS-SSSC-SCSC-SCSF-SSSF-SFSF) are tabulated in dimensionless form for various values of aspect ratios, thickness to length ratios and the power law index. Due to the inherent features of the present exact closed-form solution, the present results will be a useful benchmark for evaluating the accuracy of other analytical and numerical methods, which will be developed by researchers in the future. 相似文献

The low thermophysical characteristics of air used as a heat transfer fluid in the solar collectors with thermal conversion require a fully developed turbulent flow. This increases the thermal heat transfer between the absorber plate and the fluid, which clearly improves the thermal performances of the solar collector with obstacles arranged into the air channel duct. In the present work, we introduce, in solar collector, the offset rectangular plate fins, which are used in heat exchangers. An experimental investigation carried out showed the generated enhancement of thermal performance. The offset rectangular plate fins, mounted in staggered pattern, are oriented parallel to the fluid flow and are soldered to the underside of absorber plate. They are characterized by high heat transfer area per unit volume. High thermal performances are obtained with low pressure losses and in consequence a low electrical power consumption by the fan in comparison to the flat plate collector. Piezoelectric c-textured Al(1−x)ScxN thin films, where the Sc relative concentration, x, varies in the range 0-0.15 have been studied in view of radio frequency (RF) electro-acoustic applications. Thin film bulk acoustic wave resonators (FBARs) employing these films were fabricated and characterized as a function of the Sc concentration for the first time. The measured electromechanical coupling is found to increase by as much as 100% in the above concentration range. The results from this work underline the potential of the c-textured Al(1−x)ScxN based FBARs for wide band RF applications. 相似文献
