在复杂装备的使用过程中,在不同的环境和人为因素的影响下,装备的健康状态会发生变化,性能会逐渐衰退。为了确保装备安全运行,装备的健康问题引起了人们的关注。装备健康管理是一种对装备及其部件健康状态的影响因素进行全面管理的过程。状态监测是复杂装备健康管理的重要组成部分,科学的装备健康管理是开展装备状态维修的支撑条件。为了实现装备健康管理模式确定的目标,提出了装备健康管理的核心思想,分析了装备健康管理的重点环节,阐述了装备健康管理应该采取的主要措施。  相似文献

Stabilization of red anthocyanins on the surface of thermally processed red pears (D'Anjou) through complexation with metallic ions and polymerization was investigated. Pears were treated briefly in an aqueous solution containing stannous (Sn) ion, hydrochloric acid, formaldehyde, and tannic acid prior to steaming and canning processes. Polymerization capacity of the treatment solutions was investigated by monitoring the haze formation of the solutions. Aqueous acetone extracts of the peels from fresh and treated pears at major processing steps (pre-treatment, steam-heating, and canning) were subjected to HPLC qualitative analysis on anthocyanins. The total phenolics (TP) and anthocyanin content (ACN) of the peels were measured by Folin-Ciocalteu assay and pH-differential method, respectively. Polymerization capacity of the solution was influenced by the composition, setting-time, and the time of Sn addition into the formulated solutions. The pre-treatment along with steam-heating resulted in stable red pigments on the peels of canned pears. The new pigments are believed to be the complexes of stannous and phenolics, including anthocyanins. No major newly formed anthocyanins or small phenolics were detected in treated pears. Although developed treatment formula did not represent a commercial application yet, this study revealed an effective approach of retaining red anthocyanins on thermally processed fruits.  相似文献

The interaction of the main‐chain polycations 2,2‐ionene (I2,2) and 3,3‐ionene (I3,3) with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) has been investigated in aqueous solution. It was confirmed that the interaction is cooperative and a stoichiometric 1:1 complex of I2,2–SDS or I3,3–SDS with regular structure forms as a precipitate irrespective of the molar ratio of the components. It is completely different from the interaction of side‐chain polycations such as the poly[(vinyl pyridine)‐co‐styrene] copolymer cation (PVSC) with SDS, in which no cooperative effect was observed. The driving force responsible for the cooperative effect is believed to be the hydrophobic attraction between the SDS molecule already linked on the ionene chain and the next SDS molecule to be entered. It was also confirmed that the structures of the complexes are very different, ie the ionene–SDS complexes exhibit high regularity whereas the PVSC–SDS complex is irregular. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

A homogeneous complex solution, formed through inter‐polyelectrolyte complexation of poly(acrylamide‐co‐acrylic acid) (P(AM‐AA)) with poly(acrylamide‐co‐dimethyldiallylammonium chloride) (P(AM‐DMDAAC)) and interaction of the P(AM‐AA)/P(AM‐DMDAAC) complex with M n+ hydrated metal ion, was prepared and the structure and properties of the P(AM‐AA)/P(AM‐DMDAAC)/M n+ homogeneous complex solution were studied by UV spectrometry, dynamic light scattering and viscometry. The experimental results show that the homogeneous complex solution can be obtained by controlling the composition of the P(AM‐AA)/P(AM‐DMDAAC) complex and the M n+ metal ion content. Compared to the constituents, ie the P(AM‐AA) solution, the P(AM‐DMDAAC) solution and the P(AM‐AA)/P(AM‐DMDAAC) complex solution, the P(AM‐AA)/P(AM‐DMDAAC)/M n+ complex solution has a new peak at 270 nm in its UV spectrum, a larger hydrodynamic radius, and hence a higher solution viscosity, all of which indicate that there exist specific interactions between polymers and M n+ metal ions. These interactions lead to the formation of a network structure and hence an obvious increase not only in solution viscosity but also in resistance of the polymer solution to simple salts, to temperature changes and to shearing. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

This work reports on the optical and electrical characterization of crystalline silicon based solar modules encapsulated with ethylene-vinyl-acetate layers (that is the encapsulating matrix used nowadays by the photovoltaic industry) doped with a single europium complex whose sensitized region is broadened due to the presence of a co-ligand. Such europium doped EVA layers are able to realize down-shifting of photons with wavelength lower than 460 nm without introducing modifications of the industrial process leading to the fabrication of the photovoltaic modules. This effect has been proven under Air Mass 1.5 conditions (simulating terrestrial applications), where a 2.9% relative increase of the total power delivered by the encapsulated modules has been observed, allowing a reduction in the watt-peak price.  相似文献
