Moral value transfer from regulatory fit: What feels right is right and what feels wrong is wrong.

People experience regulatory fit (E. T. Higgins, 2000) when the strategic manner of their goal pursuit suits their regulatory orientation, and this regulatory fit feels right. Fit violation feels wrong. Four studies tested the proposal that experiences of fit can transfer to moral evaluations. The authors examined transfer of feeling wrong from fit violation by having participants in a promotion or prevention focus recall transgressions of commission or omission (Studies 1 and 2). Both studies found that when the type of transgression was a fit violation, participants expressed more guilt. Studies 3 and 4 examined transfer of feeling right from regulatory fit. Highly ordered microstructures of poly(styrene-b-isoprene) block copolymers induced by solution meniscus

Microstructures of hundreds of micron thick poly(styrene-block-isoprene) copolymer films solution-cast in a cylindrical tube with the solvent evaporation controlled were investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM), small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and optical microscope (OM). In a block copolymer with cylindrical polyisoprene microdomains, the orientation of the cylinders was varied along radial direction of the cylindrical tube. Highly aligned hexagonal arrays of in-plane polyisoprene cylinders were formed with their cylindrical axis parallel to the circumference of the tube in the regimes close to the wall edge. In contrast randomly ordered microdomains were observed at the center of the tube. We have also found that the orientation depends on the solvent evaporation rate and an intermediate rate (∼2.3 nL/s) provides the best orientation. In the case of a block copolymer with a bicontinuous double gyroid structure, we obtained a globally ordered microstructure where [111] crystallographic direction was parallel to the circumference of the tube. For both block copolymers, the area of highly ordered arrays of nanoscopic domains is over 1 mm². Development of the orientation was explained by coupling two orthogonal fields: (1) The flow of a solution induced by strong capillary force at a meniscus between the cylindrical tube wall and the block copolymer solution and (2) the solvent evaporation.     

Customer service providers' attitudes relating to customer service and customer satisfaction in the customer-server exchange.

The authors proposed and tested a model describing the relationship between customer service providers' perceptions and attitudes toward their service-related duties and their customers' perceptions of satisfaction with their service experiences. Results indicated that the perception of having standards for service delivery in an organization is strongly related to line-level employees' perceptions of support from coworkers and supervisors. Perceived support from coworker, was significantly related to service providers' customer orientation, whereas perceived support from supervisors showed a weaker relationship to a customer orientation. Ultimately, service providers' customer orientation was strongly related to customers' satisfaction with service. Finally, a set of post hoc analyses indicated that coworker and supervisory support explained a greater proportion of incremental variance in the model than did perceived organizational support alone. 本文主要阐述了通过爆炸焊接和热轧的方法,研制成功可焊性良好的且具有较好强度、韧性与综合性能的双相耐应力腐蚀的不锈复合钢板。还将热轧与热处理的两种试验作了较全面的常规、特殊检验试验,结果完全达到使用要求。     

不锈钢管子—管板的激光焊接

试验研究了不锈钢的深溶焊接。研究了聚焦光束回转的光具。在工件不动的情况下,焊接管子—管板连接环缝。焊缝质量满足压力容器的要求,焊接效率大大提高。     

Using internal fibre geometry to improve the performance of pin-loaded holes in composite materials

The anisotropic nature of fibre reinforced composites leads to large stress concentrations around pin-loaded holes through standard weave cloths. Proper understanding of how this anisotropic nature affects the load distribution around holes can be utilised to reduce these concentrations if sufficient thought is given to the internal fibre geometry near to the hole. Such local reinforcements need not be highly complex and can be readily produced without excessive effort, producing significant improvements in performance.     

利用钨极氩弧焊技术修复1#汽轮机转子的实践

应用ART2人工神经网络自组织形成焊缝图象中的典型空间模式

应用ＡＲＴ２人工神经网络算法，使采集到的焊缝横截面方向上的灰度分布数据自组织形成若干种空间模式，并把它们作为典型空间模式存储在ＡＲＴ２人工神经网络的ＬＴＭ中。对实时采样到的灰度分布进行空间模式匹配程度检验，根据模式分布情况确定出焊缝位置。文中对梯度法检测结果进行了分析和比较，结果表明基于ＡＲＴ２人工神经网络的焊缝位置检测方法具有更强的噪声抑制能力，因而检测结果更准确、可靠。
