Microstructure and tensile behavior of hot extruded AZ91 alloys at room temperature

AZ91 alloys were prepared by hot extrusion and its microstructure and tensile behavior at room temperature were investigated.Compared to as-cast ingot,the grain size of hot-extruded material is more refined,the intermetallic phase Mg17Al12 is broken and dispersed discontinuously.Both strenth and elongation of AZ91 are improved by hot extrusion.Tensile behavior and fracture surface of the experimental material were studied.Due to the change in microstructure,the fracture mechanism of extruded material is different from that of as-cast ingot,the latter is mainly a brittle fracture,Ductile fracture plays a role in hot-extruded AZ91 failure at room temperature.     

板凸度预报的一种应用

介绍了武汉钢铁(集团)有限公司中板厂应用的一套板凸度优化预报程序,该程序运行在ALPHA-4000上.在充分考虑轧辊初始凸度、磨损、热膨胀及受力变形等诸多因素的情况下,通过改变工作辊的初始辊形和以优化板凸度为目标的压下分配,实现了板凸度的控制,并在优化预报的基础上,进一步实现了轧制规程的优化.     

各向异性弹性长条的周期基本问题

根据平面弹性复变方法和解析函数边值问题的基本理论,把各向异性弹性长条静力平衡的周期基本问题归结为一类解析函数的复合边值问题,通过独特的积分变换,将应力函数进行有效分解,并进一步将问题转化为一积分方程,借助级数方法,得到了描述弹性长条应力分布的应力函数封闭形式解.

NdFeB快冷厚带的显微组织与特点

用自制设备成功地制备出了钕铁硼快冷厚带，采用金相和扫描电镜对比分析了此快冷厚带和普通铸锭及其氢爆碎前后的显微组织，与国内两厂家和日本某公司的钕铁硼快冷厚带样品作了比较，结果表明，本实验制备的钕铁硼快冷厚带晶粒细小均匀，无α-Fe，富Nd相分布十分均匀，接近国外样品，其粉碎性能明显优于普通铸锭。

Hot Ductility of Vanadium Micro—alloying Steel Continuous Casting Slabs

The hot ductility of the V-containing micro-alloying steel CC( continuous casting)slabs and precipitation of vanadium carbide and nitride in the tensile specimens were investigated.The results indicate that the preciptiation ratio and precipitation rate of vanadium in the specimens reach maximum respectively at 900,-825 and 825℃ .There is still 10%-17%,of vanadium precipitated when the deformation temperature decreases to 800-700℃.Vanadium largely affects the ductility of the steel in the low ductility temperature Region Ⅲ.Embrittlement of steel with higher V content is severer in the region and the embrittlement extends to lower temperature.     

改性聚酰胺树脂的合成及其在热熔胶领域的应用

以国产低分子聚酰胺树脂为基本原料 ,经过接枝、交联改性 ,在不同合成条件下 ,合成出适应于不同应用场合的三种电性能优异的韧性难燃聚酰胺树脂。该产品可作为热熔粘合剂广泛应用于电子电器、汽车、热缩材料等领域。由于合成中采用来源丰富的国产原料 ,并适量加入废聚酯 ,大大降低了原料成本。测试和应用试验表明 ,产品性能已达到进口同类产品水平。因此该产品具有较大的应用潜力 ,其经济效益和社会效应显而易见
