对时钟电路设计中的3个主要问题：阻抗、传输延迟以及容性负载分别进行了阐述、分析与计算，得出了能够改善时钟电路电磁兼容性（EMC）的设计方法，并通过实践得以证实。     

Updated semi‐discretization method for periodic delay‐differential equations with discrete delay

An updated version of the semi‐discretization method is presented for periodic systems with a single discrete time delay. The delayed term is approximated as a weighted sum of two neighbouring discrete delayed state values and the transition matrix over a single period is determined. Stability charts are constructed for the damped and delayed Mathieu equation for different time‐period/time‐delay ratios. The convergence of the method is investigated by examples. Frequency domain solution to delay-type Nehari problem

This paper generalizes the frequency-domain results on the delay-type Nehari problem in the stable case to the unstable case. The solvability condition of the delay-type Nehari problem is formulated in terms of the nonsingularity of three matrices. The optimal value γ_opt is the maximal γ∈(0,∞) such that one of the three matrices becomes singular. All sub-optimal compensators are parameterized in a transparent structure incorporating a modified Smith predictor.     

一种实现目标定位与跟踪的新方法

本文介绍了一种采用圆周阵对目标声源进行被动定位和跟踪的方法，与线阵不同，圆四可对目标进行全方位跟踪，且测距精度不受目标方位变化的影响，文中给出了圆周阵的测距，测向公式，并从理论上分析了测距性能，计算机仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

通过对某型杀伤枪榴弹引信所发生的三次弹道炸的原因进行分析，提出用延期索替代延期药盘，并对有关机构进行再设计的对策。     

一种简便的评定引战配合效率方法

在导弹近炸引信起爆延时具有随机性基础上，本文建立了一种用延时及其数学特征表示的评定引战配合效率的简便方法，并对有关应用问题进行了讨论。     

煤矿许用毫秒延期电雷管研究

文中对影响煤矿许用毫秒延期电雷管沼气安全性与延期时间精度的因素进行了研究。应用正交设计研制了新的延期药配方，确定了合理的雷管结构及装配工艺参数，产品性能达到ＧＢ８０３１《工业电雷管》的规定。     

IPv6 delay and loss performance evolution

Although packet delay and loss are two important parameters of the Internet performance, to the best of our knowledge, the evolution of large‐scale IPv6 delay and loss performance has previously not been studied. In this paper, we analyze more than 600 end‐to‐end IPv6 paths between about 26 testboxes of RIPE Network Coordination Centre over two years, and compare the delay and loss performance over time with their IPv4 counterparts. We present and discuss the measurement methodologies and show that IPv6 paths have a higher delay and loss than their IPv4 counterparts. The main reason for the worse performance stems from IPv6‐in‐IPv4 tunnels rather than from native IPv6 paths and such tunnels are still widely used today. Switching between tasks of unequal familiarity: The role of stimulus-attribute and response-set selection.

It has been reported that it is harder to switch to a strong, well-practiced task from a weaker, less-practiced task than vice versa. Three experiments replicated this surprising asymmetry and investigated how it is affected by a reduction in interference between tasks. Experiment 1 progressively delayed the onset of the stimulus attribute associated with the stronger task. Experiments 2 and 3 separated the response sets of the tasks. Both manipulations reduced, without eliminating, interference of the stronger with the weaker task but reversed the asymmetry of switch costs, resulting in a larger cost of switching to the weaker task. The results are interpreted in terms of a model of the interactions between control input, task strength, and task priming. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

Delay discounting of real and hypothetical rewards.

The degree to which real and hypothetical rewards were discounted across delays ranging from 6 hr to 1 year was explored in a within-subjects design. An adjusting-amounts procedure was used to estimate the subjective value of real and hypothetical rewards at each delay. A hyperbolic discounting function provided a significantly better fit to individual participants' preferences than did an exponential function. No significant effect of reward type on degree of hyperbolic discounting or area under the discounting curves was detected. These findings offer some support for the validity of using hypothetical rewards to estimate discounting rates in substance-abusing and other populations, but caution is suggested because this support is gleaned from a failure to detect an effect of reward type.
