台湾土地使用计划实施问题的探索

作者从台湾的土地使用计划层级、拟定、变更、审议、执行等方面切入,藉由归纳分析,探索都市计划的重点问题,希望对关心台湾都市计划者有所助益。     

金花茶多糖分离纯化、结构表征及其体外抗氧化性

采用水提醇沉法提取金花茶叶多糖，并采用DEAE-纤维素阴离子交换法对其进行分级纯化，获得TPS1、TPS2、TPS3 3个级分；通过凝胶色谱法、PMP柱前衍生高效液相色谱法、傅里叶红外光谱法对TPS1、TPS2、TPS3的分子量、单糖构成及微观结构进行分析，并研究其体外抗氧化性。结果表明：TPS1主要由葡萄糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖构成，而且是由两种不同分子量（1.55×10⁵，1.05×10⁴ Da）多糖组成的杂多糖；TPS2与TPS3主要由鼠李糖、半乳糖醛酸、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖构成，而且二者为单一组分的均一多糖，平均分子量分别为4.21×10⁵，6.67×10⁵ Da；傅立叶红外光谱分析表明，3种金花茶多糖级分的异头碳连接方式均为β-构型；各级分金花茶多糖均具有一定的自由基清除作用，且存在量效关系，其中糖醛酸含量最高的酸性多糖TPS3体外抗氧化活性最佳，说明金花茶多糖的抗氧化活性与其结构组成相关。综上，金花茶多糖具有潜在的抗氧化活性。     

基于太极图形符号的现代家具设计的研究

本文首先分析了太极图形符号的构成形式和语义及现代家具设计在本土文化上的欠缺,进而运用现代设计语言去重新诠释太极符号的现代语义,提出了太极图形符号运用于现代家具设计的方法,从而启发我们从民族传统图形中去思考现代家具设计,使传统符号获得新生,同时为家具创作提供了一种思维方法。

Precipitation of secondary phases in super duplex stainless steel ZERON100 isothermally aged

Abstract

In the present paper the results of secondary phases determination and quantification in ZERON100 duplex steel, heat treated at 850–1000°C for 180–2400 s, are presented. During the isothermal heat treatments, at 850°C, the χ phase is the only phase to precipitate at α/γ boundaries and triple points, while at 900 and 950°C, χ phase is the first phase to precipitate after 180 s, followed by σ phase 300 s later. At all the temperatures the total amount of secondary phases is ～3% after <600 s aging.

近三十年来，中国整个社会各方面都在逐步地迈向现代化，作为首当其冲的城市建设和建筑创作亦不例外。本文通过对美籍华裔建筑大师贝聿铭先生和本土建筑大师程泰宁先生三十年来分别设计的香山饭店与黄龙饭店、苏州博物馆与浙江美术馆进行横向分析比较，他们到底是殊途同归还是异曲同工？或者大相径庭？他们的实践和理论又会给我们当下的建筑创作带来怎样的启示与反思？     

THE DIPLOMACY OF SECURITY: BEHIND THE NEGOTIATIONS OF ARTICLE 18 OF THE SINO-AMERICAN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

In early February, 1942, Commander M. E. Miles proposed the establishment of a radio intelligence unit in China. His proposal led to the creation of Naval Group China (NGC), the umbrella organization for units that performed weather forecasting, advised and trained Chinese guerillas, and intercepted and analyzed Japanese radio traffic. NGC was part of the Sino-American Cooperative Organization (SACO). Most of the commitments of China and NGC were formalized on 15 April 1943 with the signing of the Sino-American Cooperative Agreement (SACO). Article 18 required further delicate negotiations between Miles and General Tai Li, head of the Bureau of Investigation and Statistics (China's secret service). Miles was soon trapped between his commitment to Tai Li and Joseph Wenger's concern that any intercepted traffic shared with the Chinese would quickly become available to the Japanese via insecure Chinese codes. Fleet Radio Unit, China (FRUCHI) resolved this dilemma.     

红外系统和台达变频器在自动扶梯中的应用

自动扶梯是一种常用的载人提升设备,广泛用于商场、宾馆、车站、机场、高铁、地铁等场合。它在方便顾客和提高服务质量等方面起到了相当重要的作用,但由于其使用场合的特殊性,运转时间长,空载率高,存在很大的能量浪费。经变频调速改造后,节电效果显著。本文主要讲述自动扶梯节能改造原理,通过红外传感器开关系统和变频器对自动扶梯的控制,达到节能的目的。此应用具有很重要的意义。
