Soil effects due to sewage sludge application in agriculture

Field trials show that increased nutrients (mainly P) and heavy metals in soil due to agricultural use of sewage sludge have mainly to be expected when sludge is applied in too high amounts. The biological effects of heavy metals on plants are determined by their solubility which is increased by pH decrease and degradation of organic matter. Normally, it should be expected that the microbial activity in soil would increase with the application of organic matter in sewage sludge. But, also negative effects on the microflora by simultaneous enrichment of organic matter or inorganic and organic pollutants were found. The most important deleterious effects on soil microorganisms are the reduction in size of the total biomass, a reduced nitrogen fixing activity and changes in the composition of microbial populations of the soil. At what stage heavy metal toxicity to soil microorganisms or to microbial processes in soil is likely to become evident is unfortunately still uncertain. Again, the soluble fraction of heavy metals (also of organic pollutants) is a determing factor. To minimize the shown environmental risks an adequate sludge management is proposed.

基于偏差分析的航空装备软件费用控制方法

针对航空装备软件费用控制与管理问题,提出了一种基于偏差分析的费用控制策略,给出了重大偏差标准设定方法,将挣值管理引入到航空装备软件费用监控中,解决了软件费用与进度的控制问题。研究结果表明,基于挣值管理的方法可准确掌握项目费用和进度的实施情况,当费用或进度偏离计划时,能够及时发现项目研发中存在的问题并采取策略进行调整,有效实现了软件费用和进度的监控与管理。     

基于ARED的主动队列管理改进算法

随机早期检测（Random Early Detection,RED）是IETF推荐部署的主动队列管理（Active Queue Management,AQM）算法。 RED存在参数难以配置、无法适应动态网络环境的缺点。 ARED（ Adaptive RED）是RED的自适应版本,通过平均队列长度来动态调整最大丢弃概率,从而达到稳定平均队列长度的目的,但是存在瞬时队列长度振荡的问题。文中研究了拥塞控制中的主动队列管理,对ARED算法进行了改进,优化丢弃概率计算函数,提出TTS-ARED算法,实现在动态网络环境下队列长度的稳定以及丢包率降低。 NS2的仿真结果表明,TTS-ARED算法显著地降低了丢包率,队列长度稳定性比ARED算法更优越。

介绍终端系统的组成及电力负荷管理终端在其中起到的作用,分析终端现场运行故障的原因,并提出相应的处理措施。     

Optimal resource allocation for transmission diversity in multi-radio access networks： a coevolutionary genetic algorithm approach

The next generation wireless communication systems aim at supporting enhanced diversified network access and data transmission abilities via the cooperative integration and unified management of various radio access technologies(RATs).The resource allocation is the core component leading the network system and mobile terminals to the service robustness and performance maximization.In this paper,a numeric optimization model for optimizing terminals’transmission power and allocated RAT bandwidth for maximizing system capacity is proposed with the focal consideration of the multi-radio transmission diversity for parallel transmission through multiple links from diferent RATs,and diferent terminal characteristics on RAT supports.Also,we design a centralized and periodic scheduling algorithm including an improved coevolutionary genetic algorithm for efciently solving the optimization problem.Simulation results demonstrate that our propose algorithm can distinctly enhance the system performance and improve the computational efciency.     

医院信息系统项目管理的现状与突破

自20世纪90年代以来,我国医院信息系统发展迅速。到目前为止,全国绝大部分医院实现了信息化管理,并且逐步向区域医疗信息资源共享模式迈进。在医院信息化建设进程中,随着信息系统规模日益庞大,信息管理部门对它的驾驭能力捉襟见肘,原有粗放式的管理模式已远不能适应工作需要。有必要重新审视医院信息系统项目管理模式,实现新的突破。本文以医院信息科为视角,探讨将项目管理九大手段运用到医院信息系统项目建设过程中的作用及效果。
