在雷达结构设计领域,Pro/E软件得到了广泛的应用,但随着工程技术人员对Pro/E应用层次的不断加深,对软件的个性化、专业化功能提出了更高的要求。通过定制开发,可以开发出适合企业产品的应用程序,提高产品的设计效率,加快产品的更新速度,从而提高企业的市场竞争能力。文中首先分析了Pro/E二次开发的必要性和存在的问题,之后结合自身的使用经验和体会,讨论了Pro/E软件在雷达结构设计领域定制开发的功能和实现途径,提出了定制开发的方向和基本思路,为Pro/E软件的推广与高效应用提供了参考。  相似文献

冷轧带钢的生产模式正在向多品种、小批量、低库存转变,这直接导致了轧制过程中需要更频繁地切换品种规格。由于变规格过程中轧制工艺状态变化较大,传统机理模型加常规自学习和自适应方法很难保证规格切换后首卷产品设定精度。为提高变规格过程中轧制力预报精度,本文提出一种机理模型与轧制过程海量历史数据相融合的复合模型。该方法建立在轧制力理论模型的基础上,采用遗传算法优化BP神经网络的方法对模型轧制力进行校正。使用该算法进行轧制力预报,使变规格后首卷钢轧制力预报的平均相对误差控制在±5.5%内,远高于常规机理模型的设定精度,该方法具有现场应用价值。  相似文献

Fingerprints possess wide applications in personal identification, tactile perception, access control, and anti-counterfeiting. However, latent fingerprints are usually left on touched surfaces, leading to the leakage of personal information. Furthermore, tactile perception greatly decreases when fingerprints are covered by gloves. Customized fingerprints are developed to solve these issues, but it is a challenge to develop fingerprints with various customized patterns using traditional techniques due to their requiring special templates, materials, or instruments. Inspired by ripples on the lake, blowing air is used to generate surface waves on a colloidal polyelectrolyte complex, leading to vertical stratification and the accumulation of particles near the top of the film layer. As water rapidly evaporates, the viscosity of these particles significantly increases and the wave is solidified, forming fingerprint patterns. These customized fingerprints integrate functions of grasping objects, personal identification without leaving latent fingerprints and tactile perception enhancement, which can be applied in information security, anti-counterfeiting, tactile sensors, and biological engineering.  相似文献

Plantar ulceration is one of the leading complications for diabetic patients. To reduce the risk of plantar ulceration, people with diabetic neuropathy often used custom insoles to offload high pressures from the metatarsal. However, the current custom arch‐conforming insoles, totally contact with the foot, could affect the flow of blood and produce adverse effects on foot ulcers. This study is aimed to propose novel custom insoles for diabetic foot and to make a comparison between the traditional insoles and the proposed one. The novel pressure‐relieving insole is a layered modular insole that includes eight layers of small cushions. The results showed that the current custom insoles would increase the insole volume and squeeze the space available for the foot, and then the constrictive box of the footwear could deteriorate the blood flow of the foot and produce adverse effects on foot ulcers. The novel insoles were found to reduce the peak pressure from 208.86 to 160.02 kPa. High pressure was not observed in the sensitive locations of diabetic foot in this study, and the novel insoles fit diabetic foot better.  相似文献

The efficiency and dynamism of unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones, have presented substantial application opportunities in several industries in the last years. Notably, logistic companies have given close attention to these vehicles to reduce delivery time and operational cost. A variant of the traveling salesman problem (TSP), called the flying sidekick traveling salesman problem, was introduced involving drone‐assisted parcel delivery. The drone launches from the truck, proceeds to deliver parcels to a customer, and then is recovered by the truck at a third location. While the drone travels through a trip, the truck delivers parcels to other customers as long as the drone has enough battery to hover waiting for the truck. This work proposes a hybrid heuristic where the initial solution is created from the optimal TSP solution reached by a TSP solver. Next, an implementation of the general variable neighborhood search is employed to obtain the delivery routes of truck and drone. Computational experiments show the potential of the algorithm to improve significantly delivery time. Furthermore, we provide a new set of instances based on the well‐known traveling salesman problem library instances.  相似文献

Currently, most customized hydrogels can only be processed via extrusion-based 3D printing techniques, which is limited by printing efficiency and resolution. Here, a simple strategy for the rapid fabrication of customized hydrogels using a photocurable 3D printing technique is presented. This technique has been rarely used because the presence of water increases the molecular distance between the polymer chains and reduces the monomer polymerization rate, resulting in the failure of rapid solid-liquid separation during printing. Although adding cross-linkers to printing inks can effectively accelerate 3D cross-linked network formation, chemical cross-linking may result in reduced toughness and self-healing ability of the hydrogel. Therefore, an interpenetrated-network hydrogel based on non-covalent interactions is designed to form physical cross-links, affording fast solid-liquid separation. Poly(acrylic acid (AA)-N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP)) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) are cross-linked via Zn2+-ligand coordination and hydrogen bonding; the resulting mixed AA-NVP/CMC solution is used as the printing ink. The printed poly(AA-NVP/CMC) hydrogel exhibited high tensile toughness (3.38 MJ m−3) and superior self-healing ability (healed stress: 81%; healed strain: 91%). Some objects like manipulator are successfully customized by photocurable 3D printing using hydrogels with high toughness and complex structures. This high-performance hydrogel has great potential for application in flexible wearable sensors.  相似文献

文中综述了目前直流工程最后断路器保护研究及应用现状,针对目前各种最后断路器保护策略在实际工程应用中存在的缺点,提出了一种模块化的最后断路器保护策略。模块化指按阀组配置最后断路器保护功能模块,功能模块由输入信号、输出信号、逻辑判据组成。保护策略为:在最后断路器保护使能的情况下,与运行阀组存在电气连接的交流母线上无交流出线相连且满足功能辅助判据则最后断路器保护动作,立即闭锁该运行阀组。理论分析和工程实际案例表明,该保护策略适用于不同的直流运行方式和交流场接线方式,模块化配置灵活便于校验和重用,无需新增硬件设备节省投资,无额外延时动作迅速,模拟量辅助判据避免保护误动,更好地保障了设备和电网安全。  相似文献

成功地实现了ADAMS软件与自编机构优化设计程序的结合。由ADAMS软件完成机构运动学或动力学仿真,然后利用ADAMS软件的用户化设计中的条件循环语句编制遗传算法优化程序,依据仿真结果进行机构优化设计。以曲柄摇杆机构摇杆角速度曲线拟合为例,验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献
