在纺牵联合一步法纺丝机上研究了丙纶切片的熔融指数对纤维沸水收缩率的影响,发现熔融指数高的切片,其纤维的沸水收缩率变化大。沸水收缩率随热定型的温度升高而下降。沸水收缩率可根据用户提供中心值(M)通过实验确定,一般以M±1.5为宜。  相似文献

This paper presents the results of investigations to assess the suitability of using volcanic ash (VA) as a cement replacement material to produce high performance concrete. Tests were conducted on concrete mixtures replacing 0 to 20% by mass of ordinary Portland cement (OPC) by VA. The performance of high performance volcanic ash concrete (HPVAC) mixtures was evaluated by conducting comprehensive series of tests on fresh and hardened properties as well as durability. The mechanical properties were assessed by compressive strength, while durability characteristics were investigated by rapid chloride permeability (RCP), drying shrinkage (DS), mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and microhardness tests. HPVACs showed better durability properties compared to control concrete with 0% VA. The improved performance of HPVACs was attributed to the refinement of pore structure, and pozzolanic action of VA. HPVAC having a minimum 28-day compressive strength of 60 MPa can be obtained by replacing up to 20% (by mass) of cement by VA. Development of non-expensive and environmentally friendly HPVAC with acceptable strength and durability characteristics (as illustrated in this study) is extremely helpful for the sustainable development and rehabilitation of volcanic disaster areas around the world.  相似文献

The features extracted from the cardiac sound signals are commonly used for detection and identification of heart valve disorders. In this paper, we present a new method for classification of cardiac sound signals using constrained tunable-Q wavelet transform (TQWT). The proposed method begins with a constrained TQWT based segmentation of cardiac sound signals into heart beat cycles. The features obtained from heart beat cycles of separately reconstructed heart sounds and murmur can better represent the various types of cardiac sound signals than that from containing both. Therefore, heart sounds and murmur have been separated using constrained TQWT. Then the proposed novel raw feature set has been created by the parameters that have been optimized while constraining the output of TQWT together with that of extracted by using time-domain representation and Fourier–Bessel (FB) expansion of separated heart sounds and murmur. However, the adaptively selected features have been used to obtain the final feature set for subsequent classification of cardiac sound signals using least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) with various kernel functions. The performance of the proposed method has been validated with publicly available datasets and the results have been compared with the existing short-time Fourier transform (STFT) based method. The proposed method shows higher percentage classification accuracy of 94.01 as compared to 93.53 of STFT based method. In comparison with STFT based method, it is noteworthy that the proposed method uses well defined and lower dimensionality of feature vector that can reduce the computational complexity.  相似文献

The important mechanical mechanism for the electrical conduction of anisotropic conductive films (ACFs) is the joint clamping force after the curing and cooling processes of ACFs. In this study, the mechanism of shrinkage and contraction stress and the relationship between these mechanisms and the thermomechanical properties of ACFs were investigated in detail. Both thickness shrinkages and modulus changes of four kinds of ACFs with different thermomechanical properties were experimentally investigated with thermomechanical and dynamic mechanical analysis. Based on the incremental approach to linear elasticity, contraction stresses of ACFs developed along the thickness direction were estimated. Contraction stresses in ACFs were found to be significantly developed by the cooling process from the glass‐transition temperature to room temperature. Moreover, electrical characteristics of ACF contact during the cooling process indicate that the electrical conduction of ACF joint is robustly maintained by substantial contraction stress below Tg. The increasing rate of contraction stresses below Tg was strongly dependent on both thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) and elastic modulus (E) of ACFs. A linear relationship between the experimental increasing rate and E × CTE reveals that the build‐up behavior of contraction stress is closely correlated with the ACF material properties: thermal expansion coefficient, glassy modulus, and Tg. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以小波的相关理论为基础,先把水印图像预置乱处理,对宿主图像直接进行小波包分解,之后将水印的低频部分和中高频部分分别采用Hilbert曲线扫描和位置自调节法嵌入到宿主图像中,嵌入强度可根据图像的内容自适应调节。通过实验观察,新算法在抗压缩和抗剪切性能有所提升,同时隐蔽性和抗噪能力也得到了较大改观,结果充分说明该算法是一种性能较为优良的图像版权保护算法。  相似文献

针对如何提取纸币图像特征和提高识别率的问题,综合利用退化四元小波变换具有的相位特性,提出一种基于退化四元小波变换的纸币识别方法.该方法首先对采集的纸币图像进行倾斜校正和边缘检测,然后运用退化四元小波对纸币图像进行分解操作,并对分解系数进行统计分析,将每个分解子带系数的能量和标准差作为该纸币图像的特征向量,最后将支持向量机作为分类器对纸币图像进行识别.本文方法在资源约束的嵌入式清分系统上实现,实验结果表明采用本文提出的算法突破了传统纸币识别系统识别率很难再提高的瓶颈,同时能够满足清分系统的实时性要求.  相似文献

总结了经共混和辐射交联制备柔软耐老化的热收缩材料的研制过程。测得了不同乙丙橡胶含量和不同辐照剂量下的共混物的力学性能和凝胶含量,确定了共混物辐射交联的合适剂量。此外,还测试了EPDM和PE共混物经辐照后的耐油性能。在此基础上,制得了手感柔软的热收缩管材。  相似文献
