通过4种聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)PID、PIM、PIP和PIB改性3种热固性树脂(环氧、氰酸酯以及双马来酰亚胺树脂)的研究,讨论了PEI结构、用量、分子质量以及固化剂用量等因素对改性体系的相结构以及力学性能的影响,结果表明控制相结构是增韧基体树脂的关键因素,对基体树脂增韧的研究有指导意义。对不同的热固性树脂体系需采用不同的结构、配方和固化工艺。PIP改性环氧体系呈现的双连续相结构,PEI改性双马来酰亚胺体系,PEI质量分数为5%时呈现了PIM分散粒子相结构,PEI质量分数为10%时呈现了双连续相结构而PEI质量分数大于15%时呈现了相反转结构,PIP分子质量为18 000或20 000时呈现了双连续相结构,而对于PIP改性氰酸酯体系高PIP分子质量较低的呈现双连续相结构,该体系在120℃固化6 h呈现相反转结构,而150℃或180℃固化形成双连续相结构,双连续相结构增韧效果明显。 相似文献

A hybrid motion simulator embeds a hardware experiment in a numerical simulation loop. However, it is often subjected to the inherent problem of an energy increase in the collision of two pieces of hardware in a loop because of the delay time. This paper proposes a delay time compensation method based on contact dynamics model for a collision hybrid motion simulator under delay time and establishes a compensation method for coupled translational and rotational motion. The model developed in this paper describes linear uniform motion of a floating object during the period of the delay time until the force and torque are observed and non-linear motion according to environmental stiffness after the initial delay time period in contact. By using the above model, compensation parameters are designed based on desired coefficient of restitution with iterative calculation. The proposed method achieves accurate delay time compensation and simultaneously realizes a variable desired coefficient of restitution over a wide range of frequencies. Furthermore, the compensation method for multi-dimensional motion is established under the assumption that the friction effect is very small. The efficiency of the proposed method is verified through collision experiments for the coupled motion in two dimensions. 相似文献

An abdominal wall hernia is a protrusion of the intestine through an opening or area of weakness in the abdominal wall. Correct pre-operative identification of abdominal wall hernia meshes could help surgeons adjust the surgical plan to meet the expected difficulty and morbidity of operating through or removing the previous mesh. First, we present herein for the first time the application of image analysis for automated identification of hernia meshes. Second, we discuss the novel development of a new entropy-based image texture feature using geostatistics and indicator kriging. Third, we seek to enhance the hernia mesh identification by combining the new texture feature with the gray-level co-occurrence matrix feature of the image. The two features can characterize complementary information of anatomic details of the abdominal hernia wall and its mesh on computed tomography. Experimental results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed study. The new computational tool has potential for personalized mesh identification which can assist surgeons in the diagnosis and repair of complex abdominal wall hernias. 相似文献

This paper presents a dynamic compensation concept to grapple with the dynamic defects of a traditional robot arm, especially while performing high-speed endpoint regulations. The proposed high-speed dynamic compensation concept offers a new point of view for cooperating with a traditional manipulator to realize highly dexterous performance of manipulations. The concept is realized through adoption of a high-speed light-weight actuator as well as endpoint closed loop configured high-speed cameras. The dynamic compensation is analyzed experimentally with 1000 Hz visual feedback and a high-speed finger for a robot arm in the case of one degree of freedom. The advantage of the proposed approach is that the modeling for the robot system’s dynamics is not needed, whereas it is necessary and trivial in order to realize high-speed regulations by traditional approaches. Thus, the control issue becomes easier with the proposed approach. As an application for this concept, fast peg-and-hole alignment with large position and attitude uncertainty is studied. The alignment algorithm is based on a visual compliance strategy. Alignment experiments show that with the proposed concept of dynamic compensation as well as visual compliant motion control, robust and fast convergence was realized for most cases. 相似文献

A method to produce nanocomposite polymer electrolytes consisting of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) as the polymer matrix, lithium tetrafluoroborate (LiBF4) as the lithium salt, and TiO2 as the inert ceramic filler is described. The ceramic filler, TiO2, was synthesized in situ by a sol–gel process. The morphology and crystallinity of the nanocomposite polymer electrolytes were examined by scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. The electrochemical properties of interest to battery applications, such as ionic conductivity, Li+ transference number, and stability window were investigated. The room‐temperature ionic conductivity of these polymer electrolytes was an order of magnitude higher than that of the TiO2 free sample. A high Li+ transference number of 0.51 was recorded, and the nanocomposite electrolyte was found to be electrochemically stable up to 4.5 V versus Li+/Li. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. FTIR spectra are reported of CO2 and CO2/H2 on a silica-supported caesium-doped copper catalyst. Adsorption of CO2 on a “caesium”/silica surface resulted in the formation of CO2
− and complexed CO species. Exposure of CO2 to a caesium-doped reduced copper catalyst produced not only these species but also two forms of adsorbed carboxylate giving
bands at 1550, 1510, 1365 and 1345 cm−1. Reaction of carboxylate species with hydrogen at 388 K gave formate species on copper and caesium oxide in addition to methoxy
groups associated with caesium oxide. Methoxy species were not detected on undoped copper catalyst suggesting that caesium
may be a promoter for the methanol synthesis reaction. Methanol decomposition on a caesium-doped copper catalyst produced
a small number of formate species on copper and caesium oxide. Methoxy groups on caesium oxide decomposed to CO and H2, and subsequent reaction between CO and adsorbed oxygen resulted in carboxylate formation. Methoxy species located at interfacial

In this paper, a fault tolerant control (FTC) strategy using virtual actuators and sensors for linear parameter varying (LPV) systems is proposed. The main idea of this FTC method, initially developed for LTI systems, is to reconfigure the control loop such that the nominal controller could still be used without need of retuning it. The plant with the faulty actuator/sensor is modified adding the virtual actuator/sensor block that masks the actuator/sensor fault. The suggested technique is an active FTC strategy that reconfigures the virtual actuator/sensor on-line taking into account faults and operating point changes. The stability of the reconfigured control loop is guaranteed if the faulty plant is stabilizable/detectable. The LPV virtual actuator/sensor is designed using polytopic LPV techniques and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). A two-tank system simulator is used to assess the performance of the proposed method. Steganography is knowledge and art of hiding secret data into information which is largely used in information security systems. Various methods have been proposed in the literature which most of them are not capable of both preventing visual degradation and providing a large embedding capacity. In this paper, we propose a tunable visual image quality and data lossless method in spatial domain based on a genetic algorithm (GA). The main idea of the proposed technique is modeling the steganography problem as a search and optimization problem. Experimental results, in comparison with other currently popular steganography techniques, demonstrate that the proposed algorithm not only achieves high embedding capacity but also enhances the PSNR of the stego image. 相似文献
