云杉八齿小蠹Ips typographus L.虚拟模型构建方法研究

本文以云杉八齿小蠹Ips typographus Linnaeus为例,经标本选取,观察虫体整体形态,绘制整体结构草图,电子显微镜观察局部、得到局部数字图像,分别建立虫体每一部分的高精度细节。把模型每部分拼装在一起组成整体模型,构建出了云杉八齿小蠹三维虚拟昆虫数字化模型。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of data structure course, and puts forward the reform from the as- pects of strengthening basic programming, visualized explanation of abstract theory, combination of C++, Java programming, ratio- nal use of online platform, and stratification of exercises, aiming at improving students' practical ability, learning interest and self- confidence.     

Trajectories of knowledge economy in SSA and MENA countries

In the first critical assessment of knowledge economy dynamic paths in Africa and the Middle East, but for a few exceptions, we find overwhelming support for diminishing cross-country disparities in knowledge-based economy dimensions. The paper employs all the four components of the World Bank's Knowledge Economy Index (KEI): economic incentives, innovation, education, and information infrastructure. The main finding suggests that sub-Saharan African (SSA) and the Middle East and North African (MENA) countries with low levels of KE dynamics and catching-up their counterparts of higher KE levels. We provide the speeds of integration and time necessary to achieve full (100%) integration. Policy implications are also discussed.     

Accounting for the uncertainties in the estimation of average shear wave velocity using V S– N correlations

Site-specific seismic hazard analysis is crucial for designing earthquake resistance structures, particularly in seismically active regions. Shear wave velocity ( V _S) is a key parameter in such analysis, although the economy and other factors restrict its direct field measurement in many cases. Various V _S–SPT– N correlations are routinely incorporated in seismic hazard analysis to estimate the value of V _S. However, many uncertainties question the reliability of these estimated V _S values. This paper comes up with a statistical approach to take care of such uncertainties involved in V _S calculations. The measured SPT– N values from all the critical boreholes were converted into statistical parameters and passed through various correlations to estimate V _S at different depths. The effect of different soil layers in the boreholes on the Vs estimation was also taken into account. Further, the average shear wave velocity of the top 30 m soil cover ( V _S30) is estimated after accounting for various epistemic and aleatoric uncertainties. The scattering nature of the V _S values estimated using different V _S– N correlations was reduced significantly with the application of the methodology. Study results further clearly demonstrated the potential of the approach to eliminate various uncertainties involved in the estimation of V _S30 using general and soil-specific correlations.     

Cheese fortification using saturated monoglyceride self‐assembly structures as carrier of omega‐3 fatty acids

The purpose of this research was to study the capacity of emulsions containing saturated monoglyceride self‐assembly structures to deliver omega‐3 fatty acids in fresh soft cheese. To this aim, fortified emulsions containing different ratios of milk, saturated monoglycerides (MGs) and cod liver oil were added to milk before cheese‐making. These emulsions were characterised by distinct microstructural features observed by polarised light microscopy and apparent viscosity values. The omega‐3 delivery performance of MG emulsions highlighted that this strategy allowed a good retention of the omega‐3‐rich oil in the curd (up to 75%). The fortified cheeses showed yield value and fat content higher than those of control samples. The enriched cheese showed hardness and cohesiveness obtained by texture profile analysis similar to those of the unfortified product. Only a slight decrease in gumminess was detected in fortified cheese.     

生物氧化预处理中进气量实时预测数学模型研究

精准预测生物氧化预处理中的进气量对提高黄金提取率和节能降耗具有重要意义。以气体管流连续性方程和运动方程为控制方程，采用Preissmann隐格式法作为差分方法。同时，根据集合卡尔曼滤波(Ensemble Kalman filter，EnKF)算法原理，构造进气量、压强的状态空间模型。结果表明，基于气体管流控制方程建立的进气量模型预测结果与实际进气量观测值具有较好的一致性；与传统静态预测方法相比，EnKF同化方法引入实时观测值和模型参数的更新，有效提高了进气量的预测精度，其平均绝对误差、平均相对误差和均方根误差有明显的降低。可见，基于气体管流控制方程建立的预测模型结合EnKF同化方法是提高生物氧化槽进气量预测精度的有效手段。     

Design and characterization of PNVCL-based nanofibers and evaluation of their potential applications as scaffolds for surface drug delivery of hydrophobic drugs

In this work, nanofiber scaffolds for surface drug delivery applications were obtained by electrospinning poly(N-vinylcaprolactam) (PNVCL) and its blends with poly(ε-caprolactone) and poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)-b-poly(ε-caprolactone). The process parameters to obtain smooth and beadless PNVCL fibers were optimized. The average fibers diameter was less than 1 μm, and it was determined by scanning electron microscopy analyses. Their affinity toward water was evaluated by measuring the contact angle with water. The ketoprofen release behavior from the fibers was analyzed using independent and model-dependent approaches. The low values of the release exponent (n < 0.5) obtained for 20 and 42 °C, indicating a Fickian diffusion mechanism for all formulations. Dissolution efficiencies (DEs) revealed the effect of polymer composition, methodology used in the electrospinning process, and temperature on the release rate of ketoprofen. PNVCL/poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)-b-poly(ε-caprolactone)-based nanofibers showed greater ability to control the in vitro release of ketoprofen, in view of reduced kinetic constant and DE, making this material promising system for controlling release of hydrophobic drugs. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于哈希链的软件定义网络路径安全

针对软件定义网络中，控制器无法保证下发的网络策略能够在转发设备上得到正确执行的安全问题，提出一种新的转发路径监控安全方案。首先以控制器的全局视图能力为基础，设计了基于OpenFlow协议的路径凭据交互处理机制；然后采用哈希链和消息验证码作为生成和处理转发路径凭据信息的关键技术；最后在此基础上，对Ryu控制器和Open vSwitch开源交换机进行深度优化，添加相应处理流程，建立轻量级的路径安全机制。测试结果表明，该机制能够有效保证数据转发路径安全，吞吐量消耗比SDN数据层可信转发方案（SDNsec）降低20%以上，更适用于路径复杂的网络环境，但时延和CPU使用率的浮动超过15%，有待进一步优化。
