单面聚酯薄膜补强少胶粉云母带在高压电机主绝缘中的应用研究

将单面聚酯薄膜补强少胶粉云母带与单面玻璃布补强少胶粉云母带交替绕包的绝缘结构用于6kV高压电机主绝缘中，并通过模型线圈的常温介质损耗、介质损耗增量、155℃介质损耗、击穿电压等常规性能测试，样机的测试，研究分析了不同的绕包工艺对绝缘性能的影响。结果表明：采用合理的结构和绕包工艺，绝缘的电气强度有明显提高，综合电气性能获得改善。     

Effect of fluxes on high iron and low silica sintering

Burnt lime and serpentine were incorporated into the sinter mix to improve high iron and low silica sintering. Optimization of how to use burnt lime including dosage of burnt lime, moisture of sinter mix, hydrating and granulation time was performed. Evaluations of sinter characteristics including sinter mineralogy, reducibility, low temperature reduction degradation, softening and melting down properties were carried out. Compared with the results of traditional process in base case, the tumbling index (T7) is increased by 1. 53%-2. 33% through proportioning high ratio of burnt lime or adding serpentine in the sinter mix. It is shown that effective granulation, better permeability and improved high temperature reactivity in the sinter bed are achieved, resulting in an increase in 3. 13% - 5. 10% calcium ferrite occurring in acicular and columnar shape and decrease in glass phase, and with the reducibility index(RI) being increased by 1. 65%- 3. 25%.     

激光区熔Bi系超导复合带组织特征

在 Ag 基带上非平衡凝固熔敷超导厚膜,用激光区熔法制备组织致密、有明显织构取向、与基材结合牢固的柔性 Bi 系超导复合带材。研究了该超导材料的定向结晶特征、凝固表面和内层组织形态、相分布与组成及超导层同基材的结合。此法开辟了制备高 J_c 实用超导带材的新途径。     

非编制作在电视中的应用

介绍了在电视节目的后期制作中，非线性编辑系统在工作方式和工作特点上与传统的线性编辑方式相比所具有的优势，也分析了存在的一些需要解决的问题。     

Synthesis of Thick Tl-Based High-Tc Oxide Layer Through a Diffusion Process

Tl-based high-T _c oxide layers have been synthesized through the reaction between Tl-free substrate and coating layer containing Tl. The coating layer with the eutectic composition in V₂O₅-Tl₂O₃ system much enhances the formation of Tl-2223 phase without degrading its superconducting properties. The TIF substitution for T1₂O₃ in the coating layer promotes the formation of Tl-1223 phase, which significantly improves the I _c-B performance at higher temperatures. The behavior of F during the reaction has been studied. Thick Tl-1223 layer is formed on Ni tape with good bonding through the diffusion reaction.

工作站数据备份管理系统的实现

大庆物探公司研究所有41套工作站，4台磁带机，它们承担着公司二十几个区块的地震资料解释任务，工作非常繁忙。为了避免因数据丢失而影响生产甚至造成无法估量的损失，必须及时地对解释数据进行备份。现有的4台磁带机要供41套工作站使用，不同的工作站备份时就要挪动磁带机，工作起来极不方便。我们开发的“工作站数据备份管理系统”比较好地解决了这一问题，实现了41台工作站共享4台磁带机，每个用户在不挪动磁带机的情况下能随时备份，收到良好的效果。     

Bi-2223/Ag-sheathed tape processing studies

The production of high critical current density J_c Bi-2223/Ag sheathed conductors is a complex process involving interactions among many different parameters. The effects of three factors: 1) powder production path, 2) the first sinter temperature, and 3) the subsequent sinter temperatures were investigated. Statistical methods were used to design the experiment and interpret the results. Transport J_c was the main response for the analysis, but microstructural results were also used to assess the physical basis for the differences in performance. The powder variable had the largest main effect with only very weak main effects for the other factors.     

An n1.618 lower bound on the time to simulate one queue or two pushdown stores by one tape

To simulate two pushdown stores, or one queue, on-line by a one-head tape unit requires Ω(n^1.618) time.     

聚酯薄膜制造的分析检测

本文根据聚合物科学基本原理,从生产实践中总结出聚酯薄膜的分析检测方法,综述了磁带用聚酯薄膜的原料分析,膜质量生产控制及成品检验等问题。这不仅是制备优质磁带用聚酯薄膜必不可少的质量检验要求,也是研究PET薄膜结构与性能以及成膜机理的强有力的手段。
