超导故障限流器对限制短路电流和短路容量具有重要的研究意义。文中基于MgB2的特性,采用先变形后退火的方法,并利用特制高温玻璃纤维进行绝缘,在退火处理后再通过环氧树脂胶黏剂固化,研制了一台小体积电阻型超导故障限流器样机。同时通过液氦和氦气冷却,对其性能进行测试;通过建立电阻型超导故障限流器的一维热传导模型和电路方程,对其动作特性进行仿真。测试和仿真结果表明该样机限流效果明显,限流百分比可达44%以上,然而限流器的失超长度、超导线材温度和失超电阻随着时间呈非线性变化且限流器的线材并未全部失超。失超恢复时间约为1.5s,可通过交替连接方式满足重合闸需求。最后针对10kV电力系统,提出了MgB2的小体积电阻型超导故障限流器工程设计原理,并分析了其在工程应用中的可行性。 相似文献

风力发电所面临的两大重要问题是低电压穿越能力弱和功率输出不稳定。为了同时解决这两个问题,我们提出了超导限流-储能系统,并进行了单机系统的仿真研究,证实了该方案的有效性。然而对于风电场的应用,目前尚无研究。本文将超导限流-储能系统的应用扩展到风电场,分析了其提高低电压穿越能力和稳定有功功率输出的机理,并进行了仿真研究。从仿真结果来看,超导限流-储能系统能够同时提高风电场所有风机的低电压穿越能力,并能有效地平滑整个风电场的有功输出功率。考虑不同风机的互补效应,将该系统应用于风力发电场与直接应用于单台风机相比,其储能量和功率输出的要求可以大大降低,从而可以有效地减少系统总成本,因而具有更好的应用前景。 相似文献

借助EMTP对10 kV配电系统中引入超导限流器的短路行为进行了仿真。给出了超导限流器的数学模型,着重分析了超导限流器限流电阻和故障检测时间对短路电流峰值、非故障线电压、超导限流器上的电压的影响。仿真结果表明, 增大限流电阻可以显著降低短路电流的峰值,并有利于维持非故障线的电压,但限流器上的电压也会增加。故障检测时间是影响超导限流器性能的关键参数,快速故障检测对提高超导限流器的性能、降低开关开断后的恢复电压非常有利。 相似文献

The electrical properties of solder contact layers between Cu-Ni shunt metal and tube type Bi2212 superconductor that is applied in superconducting fault current limiter were studied. The contact properties of the solders are improved not only by Ag precoating layers, but also by the pre-sprayed Ag layer and subsequent Ag precoating layers. The annealed Ag sprayed layers onto Bi2212 superconductor prior to Ag electroplating work as protecting layers for the superconductor from plating solutions. The contact angle of the electroplated Ag layer is 42.91° and decreases to 15.25° and 5.88° with Ag sprayed layer and additional Ag electroplated layers. The Ag sprayed layer with suitable annealing prior to Ag electroplating improves contact strength of the Ag electroplated layer by about 12% due to denser microstructure of the Ag electroplated layers. 相似文献

current. This paper introduced the principles and impedance characteristic of the active SISFCL. Then, it shows the
current-limiting effects of the SISFCL. Besides, the impact of the active SISFCL on the distance protection of the EHV
transmission line is evaluated. Based on that, the coordination scheme of the distance protections is proposed. A
500 kV double-circuit transmission system with SISFCLs is simulated by Electro-Magnetic Transients Program including
