In the last decade, interest in the functionalization of surfaces and materials has increased dramatically. In this regard, click chemistry deserves a central focus because of its mild reaction conditions, high efficiency, and easy post‐treatment. Among such novel click reactions, those that do not require any metal catalyst are of special interest, as metals may have undesirable effects in many fields. 通过光学显微镜,配备能量色散光谱仪的扫描电子显微镜,X射线衍射仪,浸泡法和电化学测试的方法研究了Mn的添加对挤压Mg-Zn-Y-Nd合金在3.5wt.%NaCl溶液中的微观组织和腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在研究的Mg-Zn-Y-Nd合金中添加Mn可以诱导Mg3Y2Zn3(I相)沉淀,可以抑制热挤压过程中动态再结晶(DRX)晶粒的粗化。同时,添加了Mn也可以提高合金的耐腐蚀性。不含Mn的Mg-5.6Zn-1Y-0.4Nd合金与含锰1.0 wt.%的Mg-5.6Zn-1Y-0.4Nd合金腐蚀速率分别为18.78 mm·y-1和9.89mm·y-1。而耐腐蚀性的提高主要归因于腐蚀产物层保护性的增强。 相似文献

An enantioselective protonation by means of chiral scandium complex‐catalyzed aza‐Michael reaction was realized. A series of α‐aryl‐substituted vinyl ketones reacted with pyrazoles smoothly, affording the corresponding enantiomerically enriched pyrazole derivatives with excellent results (up to 99% yield, 94% ee). Water and hydrogen chloride were found to accelerate the protonation process.

AbstractThe effect of Mo additions on the development of bainitic ferrite in hot rolled low carbon (0·05 wt-%C) Nb containing steel strips has been studied. The steel strips were fabricated by a combined process of controlled rolling and accelerated cooling. Microstructural characterisation and mechanical testing for the corresponding strips were investigated. The results indicated that a small amount of Mo addition (0·1–0·3 wt-%) causes the production of a high volume fraction of bainite, which undergoes significant secondary hardening after tempering treatment at 600°C for 1 h. It is noticeable that the secondary hardening effect provides an additional way to significantly increase the strength of low carbon Nb–Mo containing bainitic steels. 相似文献

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of process parameters, binder content and binder addition method on characteristics of the granules obtained by melt granulation (MG) in fluidized bed.Methods: Spray-on experiments were performed according to 23 full factorial design. The effect of binder content, molten binder feed rate, and spray air pressure on granule size and size distribution, granule shape, ?owability and drug release rate was investigated. In the in situ experiments, the influence of binder particle size and binder content was evaluated. Solid-state characterization was performed by means of differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray powder diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Results: Size of the granules obtained by spray-on procedure was significantly influenced by binder content and spray air pressure, while the width of particle size distribution was mainly affected by binder feed rate. Spray air pressure showed the most significant influence on granule shape. It was shown that smooth and spherical particles with good flow properties may be obtained by both procedures, spray-on and in situ MG. The results obtained indicated the influence of agglomeration mechanism on granule sphericity, with higher degree of granule sphericity observed when immersion and layering was the dominant mechanism. Paracetamol release from granulates was very rapid, but after compression of the granules into tablets, drug release was considerably slower. Solid-state analysis confirmed that the physical form of the granulate components remained unaffected after the MG process.Conclusion: The results presented indicate that MG in fluidized bed could be a good alternative to conventional granulation techniques. 相似文献

用实时傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对乙烯基硅橡胶和含氢硅油的加成聚合过程进行了表征,得到了基团浓度消耗比反应时间变化的曲线,结果表明,在反应过程中,硅氢基与乙烯基的浓度减少呈非线性关系,这可能是硅氢基在反应过程中与空气中的物质进行了反应,从而在消耗量上较乙烯基多的缘故。 相似文献
