Luminescence glass is a potential candidate for the light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) applications. Here, we study the structural and optical properties of the Eu‐, Tb‐, and Dy‐doped oxyfluoride silicate glasses for LEDs by means of X‐ray diffraction, photoluminescence spectra, Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinates, and correlated color temperatures (CCTs). The results show that the white light emission can be achieved in Eu/Tb/Dy codoped oxyfluoride silicate glasses under excitation by near‐ultraviolet light due to the simultaneous generation of blue, green, yellow, and red‐light wavelengths from Tb, Dy, and Eu ions. The optical performances can be tuned by varying the glass composition and excitation wavelength. Furthermore, we observed a remarkable emission spectral change for the Tb3+ single‐doped oxyfluoride silicate glasses. The 5D3 emission of Tb3+ can be suppressed by introducing B2O3 into the glass. The conversion of Eu3+ to Eu2+ takes place in Eu single‐doped oxyfluoride aluminosilicate glasses. The creation of CaF2 crystals enhances the conversion efficiency. In addition, energy transfers from Dy3+ to Tb3+ and Tb3+ to Eu3+ ions occurred in Eu/Tb/Dy codoped glasses, which can be confirmed by analyzing fluorescence spectra and energy level diagrams.  相似文献

Dense TiC-ZrC-Cr3C2 composites with various TiC content from 19.6 mol% to 78.4 mol% have been fabricated by hot-pressing sintering at 1950 °C using 2.0 mol% Cr3C2 as sintering aid. The effect of TiC content on the microstructure, mechanical and thermal properties of TiC-ZrC-Cr3C2 composites are investigated systematically. The single (Zr, Ti, Cr)C solid solution is obtained when TiC content is 19.6 mol%, while with increasing TiC content, the composites begin to consist of Zr-rich (Zr, Ti)C solid solution and Ti-rich (Ti, Zr, Cr)C solid solution phase. SEM and EDS analysis confirm that Cr element is not favorable to diffuse into ZrC lattice to form (Zr, Cr)C solid solution. Flexural strength and Vickers hardness increase gradually with increasing TiC content, but fracture toughness does not improve significantly. Fracture toughness are in the range of 3.34–4.01 MPa∙m1/2 for all composites, and the optimum value reaches 4.01 MPa·m1/2 with 49.0 mol% TiC. Experimental results of the thermal expansion coefficient reveal that the addition of TiC raises the thermal expansivity of TiC-ZrC-Cr3C2 composites. Noticeably, the thermal conductivities of TiC-ZrC-Cr3C2 composites show a decrement trend with increasing TiC content, not as theoretical predicting by the rule of mixtures. For instance, the thermal conductivity at 25 °C ranges from 18.0 W/m∙K for 8Z2T2C composite down to 10.6 W/m∙K for 2Z8T2C composite.  相似文献

The characterization and understanding of the hydrogen reduction and sintering behavior of powder mixtures prepared from WO3 and WO3-NiO have been investigated. The nano-sized W and W-Ni powders were prepared by ball milling and hydrogen reduction of oxide powders. The reduction behavior is analyzed by temperature-programmed reduction method with different heating rates in Ar-10% H2 atmosphere. X-ray diffractometry analysis revealed that the oxide powders are changed to W and W-Ni powders with an average particle size of about 100 nm by hydrogen reduction at 800 °C for 1 h. The hydrogen reduction kinetics was evaluated by the amount of peak shift with heating rates. The activation energies for the reduction of pure WO3 and WO3-NiO, estimated by the slope of the Kissinger plot, were measured as 87.4–117.4 kJ/mol depending on reduction steps. The consolidated W-Ni by spark plasma sintering has relatively dense and large grains with neck growth by enhanced mass transport due to the addition of Ni. These results are help to optimize the powder synthesis process and to understand the hydrogen reduction behavior and Ni addition effect related to microstructure of powders and sintered bodies.  相似文献

Herein, a reliable diffusion bonding of Ti3Si(Al)C2 ceramic is achieved by applying Au foil as an interlayer at 650 °C for 30 min with an axial pressure of 20 MPa. This novel method significantly decreases the bonding temperature, which is about 150 °C lower than the lowest bonding temperature from current research to the best of our knowledge. Maximum shear strength of 58 MPa is achieved at 650 °C among the bonding temperature range of 600 °C~800 °C. The microstructure evolution mechanism and the relationship between microstructure and mechanical property are discussed. The facile mutual diffusion of Au with de-intercalated Al and Si from Ti3Si(Al)C2 is considered critical in achieving sound interfacial bonding.  相似文献

Ideal relaxor antiferroelectrics (RAFEs) have high field-induced polarization, low remnant polarization and very slim hysteresis, which can generate high recoverable energy storage Wrec and high energy storage efficiency η, thus attracting much attention for energy storage applications. True RAFEs, on the other hand, are extremely rare, and the majority of them contain environmentally hazardous lead. In this work, we use a viscous polymer rolling process to synthesize a novel and eco-friendly 0.65Bi0.5Na0.4K0.1TiO3-0.35[2/3SrTiO3-1/3Bi(Mg2/3Nb1/3)O3] (BNKT-ST-BMN) dielectric material, which possesses a very typical RAFE-like characteristic. As a result, this material has a high Wrec of 4.43 J/cm3 and a η of 86% at an electric felid of 290 kV/cm, as well as a high thermal stability of Wrec (>3 J/cm3) over a wide range of 30–140 °C at 250 kV/cm. Our findings suggest that the BNKT-ST-BMN material could be a potential candidate for use in energy storage pulse capacitors.  相似文献

A novel red-emitting phosphor Ca8MgLu(PO4)7:Eu3+ was synthesized by a high-temperature solid-state reaction method. Its crystal structure, photoluminescence emission and excitation spectra, and decay time were investigated in detail. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate that Ca8MgLu(PO4)7 crystallizes in single-phase component with a whitlockite-like structure and the space group R3c of β-Ca3(PO4)2. The emission spectrum shows a dominant peak at 612 nm due to the dipole 5D07F2 transition of Eu3+, and the luminescence intensity keeps increasing with increasing the content of Eu3+ to 100%. The excitation spectrum is coupled well with the emission of near ultraviolet (NUV) LED (380–410 nm). The CIE coordinates of Ca8MgLu(PO4)7:Eu3+ phosphor is (0.654, 0.346), being close to the standard value of National Television Standard Committee (NTSC) for red phosphor, (0.670, 0.330). The internal quantum efficiency of the phosphor is 69% under the excitation of 394 nm. The results show that Ca8MgLu(PO4)7:Eu3+ is a very appropriate red-emitting phosphor with a high ratio of red and orange for NUV-based white LEDs.  相似文献

Classification of heat load applied to milk requires the detection of parameters appropriately related to the intensity of the heat treatment. Current analytical methods based on heat-induced changes in the protein component of milk have been directed either to determine the amount of protein-derived products arised from heat treatments or to evaluate the extent of thermal denaturation of milk proteins. Lately, a new analytical strategy has been developed according to the occurrence of three major whey proteins, namely bovine serum albumin (BSA), beta-lactoglobulin (βlg) and alfa-lactalbumin (αla), normally soluble at pH 4.6 in raw milk, in the pH 4.6 insoluble protein fraction recovered from heat-treated milk. The results have shown that pH 4.6 insoluble BSA, βlg and αla, as detected by ELISA in milk, can be regarded as thermal markers suited for either dairy process control or regulation purposes.  相似文献

Single Ni?P and Ni?Mo?P coatings as well as duplex Ni?P/Ni?Mo?P coatings with the same compositions were prepared by electroless plating. The residual stresses of the coatings on the surface and cross sections were measured by nanoindentation and AFM analysis, and the corrosion behaviour of the coatings in 10% HCl solution was evaluated by electrochemical methods, to establish the correlation between the residual stresses and corrosion behaviour of the coatings. The results showed that the single Ni?P and duplex Ni?P/Ni?Mo?P coatings presented residual compressive stresses of 241 and 206 MPa respectively, while the single Ni?Mo?P coating exhibited a residual tensile stress of 257 MPa. The residual compressive stress impeded the growth of the pre-existing porosity in the coatings, protecting the integrity of the coating. The duplex Ni?P/Ni?Mo?P coatings had better corrosion resistance than their respective single coating. In addition, the stress states affect the corrosive form of coatings.  相似文献
