原子力显微镜及其在矿物加工中的应用

对原子力显微镜的基本原理、成像模式、实验装置及其在矿物加工中的新应用进行了评述和介绍。原子力显微镜将用于矿物表面原子级的显微在线分析, 可测量浮选体系中矿物的范氏力、水化力和疏水力。     

α-PSMA共聚物与PMMA共混物的相容性

用浊点测定、傅里叶变换红外光谱、微差扫描热分析和透射电子显微镜等方法研究了苯乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐交替共聚物(α-PSMA)与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)的相容性。结果表明:α-PSMA共聚物与PMMA共混物在共混比7/93～30/70范围内相容性得到改善,其原因是由于α-PSMA与PMMA之间存在特殊的相互作用。

基于工业污染源环境统计数据的总量制度的作用与局限研究

以上海市某区2012—2016年工业企业环境统计数据为例,介绍了该区实施总量制度以来,区域工业企业的总量控制指标变化趋势,分析了工程减排、结构减排和管理减排在促进产业结构升级调整、污染物减排等方面总量制度实施的重要作用。提出了加大重点区域环境综合整治、加强工业企业事中事后监管、推进环境污染第三方治理模式等工作建议。     

Mutagenic breeding of silver-resistant Acidithiobacillusferrooxidans and exploration of resistant mechanism

The silver-resistant Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans were isolated from 22 acid mine drainage （AMD） samples collected from Dexing Copper Mine and Chengmen Mountain Mine, Jiangxi Province, China. Isolate DX16 is obtained from the sample taken from Dexing Copper Mine and still carries out ferrous ion oxidation when incubated in 9K medium containing silver nitrate （240 mg/L）. While isolate HI, a less resistant strain taken from Yin Mountain Mine, has a tolerate level of only 60 mg/L. Based on 16S ribosomal DNA sequencing, both bacterial 16SrDNA sequences are 100% similar to Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans ATCC 23270. Through ultraviolet irradiation induced mutations, isolate mDX16 that is obtained from DX16 carries out ferrous ion oxidation when incubated in 9K medium containing higher concentration of silver nitrate （250 mg/L）. When silver-resistant gene （SilC） analysis is carried out on the two isolates, it is seen that this gene was absent in both.     

16s rDNA based microbial diversity analysis of eleven acid mine drainages obtained from three Chinese copper mines

Eleven acid mine drainage (AMD) samples were obtained from southeast of China for the analysis of the microbial communities diversity, and the relationship with geochemical variables and spatial distance by using a culture-independent 16S rDNA gene phylogenetic analysis approach and multivariate analysis respectively. The principle component analysis (PCA) of geochemical variables shows that eleven AMDs can be clustered into two groups, relative high and low metal rich (RHMR and RLMR) AMDs. Total 1 691 clone sequences are obtained and the detrended correspondence analysis (DCA) of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) shows that, γ-Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria, Firmicutes and Nitrospirae are dominant species in RHMR AMDs. In contrast, α-Proteobacteria, β-Proteobacteria, Planctomycetes and Bacteriodetes are dominant species in RLMR AMD. Results also show that high-abundance putative iron-oxidizing and only putative sulfur-oxidizing microorganisms are found in RHMR AMD. Multivariate analysis shows that both geochemical variables (r=0.429 3, P=0.037 7) and spatial distance (r=0.321 3, P=0.018 1) are significantly positively correlated with microbial community and pH, Mg, Fe, S, Cu and Ca are key geochemistry factors in shaping microbial community. Variance partitioning analysis shows that geochemical variables and spatial distance can explain most (92%) of the variation.     

数字化印刷工作流程中的油墨预置技术

为了使JDF(job definition format)数字化印刷工作流程中油墨预置更加准确,根据胶印机中的油墨转移,对墨键开度和印张实地密度值的关系进行了理论分析;并结合油墨预置试验,拟合出墨键开度与印版网点面积率的关系曲线;在流程中用程序语言实现该关系的算法,从而实现油墨预置.结果表明,与传统油墨控制技术相比,该技术缩短了胶印机开机后的调整时间,量化了油墨预置数据,提高了印刷效率,降低了印刷成本.

本文通过对某锅炉项目末再出口小集箱角焊缝根部存在裂纹样品,进行化学成分分析、维氏硬度分析、扫描电镜分析及宏微观分析,分析结果表明:末再出口小集箱管接头角焊缝附近的裂纹属于低周疲劳裂纹。
