Time series forecasting concerns the prediction of future values based on the observations previously taken at equally spaced time points. Statistical methods have been extensively applied in the forecasting community for the past decades. Recently, machine learning techniques have drawn attention and useful forecasting systems based on these techniques have been developed. In this paper, we propose an approach based on neuro-fuzzy modeling for time series prediction. Given a predicting sequence, the local context of the sequence is located in the series of the observed data. Proper lags of relevant variables are selected and training patterns are extracted. Based on the extracted training patterns, a set of TSK fuzzy rules are constructed and the parameters involved in the rules are refined by a hybrid learning algorithm. The refined fuzzy rules are then used for prediction. Our approach has several advantages. It can produce adaptive forecasting models. It works for univariate and multivariate prediction. It also works for one-step as well as multi-step prediction. Several experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Cr2AlC and its composites containing α-Al2O3 (6.1 and 15.2 wt %) were prepared by hot pressing and their corrosion behaviors in air-saturated 3.5 wt % NaCl aqueous solution were investigated by electrochemical testing methods. It was revealed that the secondary phase of Al2O3 particles mainly distributed along grain boundaries of Cr2AlC matrix. The potentiodynamic polarization measurements showed that the corrosion current densities of these Cr2AlC composites were lower than that of the pure Cr2AlC. The Aluminum in Cr2AlC was prone to be attacked more easily. When immersed at open circuit potential (OCP), Al readily slipped out from Cr2AlC matrix into NaCl solution in the form of dissoluble species. But in the case of polarization, regardless of potentiostatic polarization or potentiodynamic polarization, more de-intercalated Al, reacted with the electrolyte to form corrosion products of Al2O3 and/or AlOOH and deposited on the sample surface. For Cr2AlC/α-Al2O3 composites, the presence of Al2O3 weakened the corrosion along grain boundaries by partly blocking the permeation of electrolyte and inhibiting the anodic dissolution process.  相似文献

An equiatomic CoCrFeNiMn high-entropy alloy was synthesized by mechanical alloying (MA) and spark plasma sintering (SPS). During MA, a solid solution with refined microstructure of 10 nm which consists of a FCC phase and a BCC phase was formed. After SPS consolidation, only one FCC phase can be detected in the HEA bulks. The as-sintered bulks exhibit high compressive strength of 1987 MPa. An interesting magnetic transition associated with the structure coarsening and phase transformation was observed during SPS process.  相似文献

Early detection of small faults is an important issue in the literature of fault diagnosis. In this paper, for a class of nonlinear systems with output measurements, an approach for rapid detection of small oscillation faults is presented. Firstly, locally accurate approximations of unknown system dynamics and fault functions are achieved by combining a high gain observer and a deterministic learning (DL) theory. The obtained knowledge of system dynamics for both normal and fault modes is stored in constant RBF networks. Secondly, a bank of dynamical estimators are constructed for all the normal mode and oscillation faults. The knowledge obtained through DL is reused with a nonhigh-gain design. The occurrence of a fault can be detected if one of residual norms of a fault estimator becomes smaller than that of the normal estimator in a finite time. A rigorous analysis of the detectability properties of the proposed fault detection scheme is also given, which includes the fault detectability condition and the fault detection time. The attractions of the paper lie in that with output measurements, the knowledge of modeling uncertainty and nonlinear faults is obtained and then is utilized to enhance the sensitivity to small faults.  相似文献

The top illuminated organic photodetectors (OPDs) with a Dielectric/Metal/Dielectric (DMD) transparent anode are fabricated. The transparent electrode is composed of molybdenum trioxide (MoO3)/silver (Ag)/MoO3 layers and zinc oxide (ZnO)/aluminum (Al) is used for bottom cathode. The optimized DMD electrode has an optical transmittance of 85.7% at the wavelength of 546 nm and sheet resistance of ∼6 Ω/sq. The fabricated OPDs exhibit a high detectivity and wide range linearity.  相似文献

以昆明—曼谷国际公路k70路堤加固工程为背景,采用原位测试方法,完成了不同工况下预应力锚索桩板墙承载特性的现场试验。通过观测结构位移、土压力、桩身内力以及锚索预应力等,系统分析了预应力锚索桩板墙的受力特性与力学行为。锚索桩板墙对高路堤的加固效果显著,填筑初期结构位移随填土高度线性增加,锚索施工后增速有所减缓;初始填筑阶段,抗滑桩变形以刚性倾斜为主,随着锚索张拉和桩后填土不断增高桩身产生了较为明显的弯曲变形。作用在抗滑桩后的土压力大致呈三角形分布,板后土压力大致呈抛物线型分布;相同埋深条件下作用在抗滑桩上的土压力明显大于挡板,原因在于相邻抗滑桩间产生了明显的土拱效应,下部相邻抗滑桩间的土拱效应更强;与解析解的对比结果表明,实测最大桩后土压力与滑坡推力接近,远小于被动土压力;实测板后土压力与主动土压力接近,工程设计中可选取Rankine主动土压力作为挡板的设计荷载,在不利位置采取增大板厚等措施避免挡板发生破坏。采用弹性弯曲梁理论对锚索桩板墙内力计算的结果与实测结果基本一致。张拉锁定初期锚索预应力损失较大,约为设计荷载的10%,后期锚索预应力逐渐趋于稳定,锚索预应力长期损失约为设计荷载值的12%~15%。  相似文献
