1 INTRODUCTION The suspensions employed in ceramic processing are highly concentrated. These snspensions are normally known as slip or slurry in materials science and engi-neering. It is of great interest that concentrated sus-pension exhibit many of the phenomena of very dilute colloidal suspensions[i].
