A microbubble phenomenon induced by micro-oscillation in the grease lubricating film confined within a nanogap between a highly polished steel ball and a smooth glass disc has been observed with an interferometer. Experimental results show that when the micro-oscillation frequency is a constant value, the microbubble number increases with the micro-oscillation amplitude. When the micro-oscillation amplitude is a constant value, the microbubble number increases with the micro-oscillation frequency when the latter is lower than the critical value and decreases with the micro-oscillation frequency when it is higher than the critical value. Theoretical models and analyses have been used to discuss the bubble formation and describe the characteristics of bubble movement.  相似文献

The electrochemical stability of lithium bis(oxatlato) borate (LiBOB) containing solid polymer electrolyte has been evaluated both by inert electrode and real cathodes. Enhanced intrinsic anodic stability and decreased interface impedance, are obtained by addition of nano-sized MgO to PEO20-LiBOB. It is also found that the LiBOB-containing SPEs exhibit prominent kinetic stability between 3.0 and 4.5 V. For cells using SPEs as the separators, good cycling performance is obtained for real 4 V class cathodes material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 and LiCoO2. The Li|PEO20-LiBOB|LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cell takes an initial capacity of 156.8 mAh g−1, with retention of 142.5 mAh g−1 after 20 cycles at 0.2C-rate. The cell also works well up to 1C-rate. The addition of nano-sized MgO into PEO20-LiBOB readily reduces the irreversible capacity per cycle, both for LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 and LiCoO2 cathodes. In addition, the critical role of LiBOB in obtaining kinetic stability and passivating ability towards cathodes are specially discussed.  相似文献

Roaring natural gas demand, energy security and environment protection concerns coupled with stringent emission reduction requirement have made China's abundant coalbed methane (CBM) resource an increasingly valuable energy source. However, not all of China's CBM resource is economic to develop under current technological condition and economic situation. In order to locate the CBM resource with economic viability to develop in China, economic evaluation of CBM production is conducted by applying net present value (NPV) method. The results indicate that more than half of CBM resource in China is economic to develop. It shows that CBM price, production rate and operating costs are the three major factors with most impact on the economic viability of the CBM development in target areas in China. The result also demonstrates that the economic limit production is roughly 1200 cubic meters per day. These economic evaluation results provide important information for both CBM companies and China government.  相似文献

With the rapid development of global economy, an increasing amount of attention has been paid to the emission of greenhouse gases, especially CO2. In recent years, dominated by the governments around the world, several significant projects of CO2 sequestration have been conducted. However, due to the huge investment and poor economic effects, the sustainability of those projects is not satisfactory. Supercritical CO2 (SC-CO2) has prominent advantages in well drilling, fracturing, displacement, storage, plug and scale removal within tubing and casing, which could bring considerable economic benefits along with CO2 sequestration. In this paper, based on physicochemical properties of SC-CO2 fluid, a detailed analysis of technical advantages of SC-CO2 applied in oil and gas development is illustrated. Furthermore, the implementation processes of SC-CO2 are also proposed. For the first time, a recycling process is presented in which oil and gas are extracted and the CO2 generated could be restored underground, thus an integrated technology system is formed. Considering the recent interests in the development of enhancing hydrocarbon recoveries and CO2 sequestration, this approach provides a promising technique that can achieve these two goals simultaneously.  相似文献

分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)的稳定运行依赖于其高度的可靠性。针对大容量火电机组的工艺对象特点和控制技术要求,为提高分散控制系统可靠性,提出了实现广义可靠的三原则,即预防为主、弱化影响和在线维修三原则,从系统的网络通信、硬件性能、电源供应、功能预警、软件优化和工程设计方面讨论了三原则的实现方法、原理及具体措施。其中双网双发的通信方式提高了工作链路故障时的系统容错性;公用系统冗余供电方案提高了公用系统的电源可靠性设计;标准化的算法设计规范了软件使用,实现了故障时安全动作。以此整体解决思路设计的1 000 MW等级超(超)临界火电机组控制系统在某大型机组实现了成功应用,通过了恶劣实验的检验和长期运行的考验,可以实现广泛推广。  相似文献
