结合预应力碳纤维布技术特点、材料特性及加固后混凝土构件的延性问题,对预应力碳纤维布张拉控制应力取值问题进行分析和试验研究,结果表明,碳纤维布张拉应力控制限值取0.45fcfk,可以保证建立有效应力且张拉过程中不出现破坏,同时,被加固构件截面破坏时具有充分的延性。  相似文献

如何全面地考虑风电功率的波动性和随机性,提高风电场出力概率分布采样的速度及精度,进而有效评估可用输电能力(ATC)成为亟待解决的问题。为此,提出基于切片反射采样(RSS)的改进方法对风电并网系统的ATC进行概率风险评估。对风电场出力进行优化建模,利用RSS对模型进行采样并构建样本空间,将样本值代入潮流方程进行最优潮流计算,并对ATC评估指标进行统计分析。含有风电场模型的IEEE 30节点系统仿真结果表明,与常规Gibbs采样算法相比,所提方法在确保计算效率的同时显著提高了采样方法的准确度。  相似文献

提出了一种三次样条多尺度有限单元法(MSFEM-C)模拟非均质介质中的地下水流运动。该方法将三次样条法和多尺度有限单元法(MSFEM)有机结合,能够高效、精确地求解水头和达西渗透流速。MSFEM-C应用三次样条函数逼近多尺度基函数,保证了基函数的一阶导数的连续性,从而得到连续的水头一阶导数。因此,MSFEM-C通过达西定律得到的渗透流速在节点上是连续的。MSFEM-C是基于MSFEM的,它可以在局部网格单元上求解达西渗透流速,而无需在整个研究区上求解,从而可以节省很大计算量。因此,MSFEM-C在求解大尺度、长时间、非线性等高计算量问题时十分高效。通过对二维稳定流以及非线性潜水流的模拟,发现MSFEM-C在计算水头和达西渗透流速时的具有很高的效率和精度。  相似文献

利用NORDTEST实验方法对中国长江中下游地区(以南京为例)多孔调湿材料的湿缓冲值(Moisture Buffer Value)进行测定,同时,研究湿缓冲值对建筑能耗及室内湿度的影响。实验结果显示,高湿度区间内材料的湿缓冲测定值较大,且不同材料的湿缓冲值存在较大差异。分析表明在长江中下游地区,使用具有吸放湿特性的建筑内表面材料可有效降低建筑能耗10%以上,同时,室内环境湿度也会得到一定程度的调节。  相似文献

Tetrahedral amorphous carbon (a-C) films have been grown by pulsed laser deposition to investigate a liquid phase process for surface immobilization of electroactive [Mo6Ii8]4 + transition metal cluster cores using a complexation reaction with a pyridine-terminated alkyl monolayer covalently bonded to the a-C surface (PyS–alkyl/a-C). These films are stable against thermally-assisted grafting of alkene molecules and the covalent CC interface provides a robust monolayer/a-C assembly. Octahedral [Mo6Ii8]4 + cluster cores with iodine inner ligands and labile triflate apical ligands [Mo6Ii8(CF3SO3)a6]2  have been immobilized through partial complexation in apical positions by surface pyridine groups (PyS). The remaining CF3SO3 apical ligands of [Mo6Ii8 (PyS)ay(CF3SO3)a6  y] cluster units were further substituted with bromopyridine (Py-Br) to obtain air stable surface with expected final composition [Mo6Ii8 (PyS)ay(Py-Br)a6  y]. The yield of the different reaction steps is followed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, providing cluster coverage ΣMo6I8 = 9 × 1012 cm 2. Each [Mo6I8]4 + cluster is bound to the carbon surface through multiple anchoring metal sites (NPYR = 3 or 4), indicating that pyridine-terminated alkyl chains are flexible enough to accommodate four bonds. Electrical transport through Hg//Mo6I8–PyS–alkyl/a-C/p-Si(111) junctions shows rectifying current–voltage characteristics but does not reveal any signature of cluster immobilization.  相似文献

Hydrothermally synthesized BaTiO3 was colloidally consolidated by slip casting and by electrophoretic deposition in a high strength magnetic field of 17.4 T. Textured BaTiO3 was successfully prepared by both processing techniques, with the {001} plane aligning normal to the direction of the magnetic field. The initial alignment in the green powder compact was preserved and enhanced after sintering from 1400 °C to 1500 °C. The sintering temperature hardly influenced the degree of texture in slip cast samples but did influence the grain size of all BaTiO3 ceramics and the degree of texture in the electrophoretically deposited samples. The BaTiO3 ceramics processed in the strong magnetic field showed crystallographic texture but not morphological, so the microstructure did not show any anisotropy. The highest Lotgering factor (0.85) was measured for the ceramics made by electrophoretic deposition and sintered at 1500 °C.  相似文献

Endogenous small non-coding RNAs play pivotal roles in regulating gene expression in eukaryotes. Many studies have investigated the function and molecular mechanism of microRNAs in the development and disease of various organisms via mRNA repression of protein-coding genes. Recent findings indicate microRNAs might trigger the generation of trans-acting small interfering RNAs (ta-siRNAs). The interaction among different types of small RNA molecules reveals an even more complicated and elaborate pattern of RNA regulation during gene expression than previously thought. We developed a method for mining ta-siRNA sequences and evaluated the performance of our novel method using data from Arabidopsis thaliana. Additionally, using small RNA and degradome data for the human brain, we identified 155 small RNAs that satisfied ta-siRNA characteristics. The DRAXIN and ATCAY genes, which are preferentially expressed in the human brain, were predicted to be the targets of 12 potential ta-siRNAs.  相似文献

A novel cerium(IV)-hybridizing selenotungstate with Dawson-like structure Na13H7[Ce(SeW17O59)2]·31H2O (1) has been synthesized by reaction of Na2WO4·2H2O, Na2SeO3 and (NH4)2Ce(NO3)6 in the aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, UV spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. To the best of our knowledge, 1 stands for 1:2-type Dawson-like selenotungstate constructed from two identical [SeW17O59]12  moieties combined via one Ce4 + ion. The Ce4 + cation displays a distorted square prismatic geometry defined by eight oxygen atoms from two [SeW17O59]12  moieties. In the [Ce(SeW17O59)2]20  polyoxoanion, the {SeO3} trigonal pyramid encapsulated into the [SeW17O59]12  fragment is situated on the side close to the Ce4 + ion. The TGA curve of 1 reveals two steps of weight loss between 25 °C and 700 °C. Furthermore, the electrochemical and the electrocatalytic properties of 1 have been measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 0.5 M Na2SO4 + H2SO4 aqueous solution.  相似文献

为了研究AlGaN/GaN HEMT器件中场板结构对电流崩塌效应影响的物理机理,我们运用数值模拟的方法研究了场板结构和与表面态相关的栅延迟现象之间的关系。模拟显示场板结构可以显著地抑制电流崩塌效应的强度,但是对延迟时间没有影响。场板结构可以增大AlGaN表面附近的空穴积累,导致表面态的离化率增大从而抑制器件的电流崩塌。  相似文献
