Structural modification in a Zr-based metallic glass caused by irradiation with 7 MeV Xe26+ ions was investigated. Needle-like nanocrystalline structures, formed under ion irradiation, consist of Cu10Zr7 phase (primary) and/or minor (NixCu1−x)10Zr7 phase. The formation of needle-like nanocrystals suggested an anisotropic atomic diffusion caused by ion irradiation.  相似文献

Nonequilibrium carrier dynamics in the scintillators prospective for fast timing in high energy physics and medical imaging applications was studied. The time-resolved free carrier absorption investigation was carried out to study the dynamics of nonequilibrium carriers in wide-band-gap scintillation materials: self-activated led tungstate (PbWO4, PWO) ant two garnet crystals, GAGG:Ce and YAGG:Ce. It was shown that free electrons appear in the conduction band of PWO and YAGG:Ce crystals within a sub-picosecond time scale, while the free holes in GAGG:Ce appear due to delocalization from Gd3+ ground states to the valence band within a few picoseconds after short-pulse excitation. The influence of Gd ions on the nonequilibrium carrier dynamics is discussed on the base of comparison the results of the free carrier absorption in GAGG:Ce containing gadolinium and in YAGG without Gd in the host lattice.  相似文献

Diazo Meldrum’s acid undergoes a photoreaction induced by UV light and it is used as photosensitizer in photoresists. Upon photoreaction, a change in refractive index occurs, which makes this system interesting for volume holography. We report on the sublimation effect at room temperature and the effect of photoirradiation on the refractive index in thin films of CAB (Cellulose acetate butyrate) doped with different amount of diazo Meldrum’s acid. A net modulation of the refractive index of 0.01 is achieved with 40% of doping ratio together with a reduction of the film thickness.  相似文献

Decomposition reaction of monosilane in glow discharge plasma of both direct (DC) and alternating current (AC) have been performed. The possibility of nanosilicon synthesis using the glow discharge plasma has been shown. The Raman spectroscopy is applied to study the phase composition and granulometric analysis of the obtained nanosilicon samples. The possibility of the structure and size control of amorphous silicon films with nano crystalline inclusions (a-Si:H/c-Si + nc-Si) by varying pressure and composition of a gas mixture in the process of synthesis has been demonstrated.  相似文献

The solubility and diffusivity of CO2 in polyethylene glycols (PEGs) of different molecular weight measured by two different methods are discussed in the present work. Before solubility measurements, the melting temperatures of PEG with different molecular weights were determined by means of differential scanning calorimetry. For the purpose of the present study a temperature of 343 K was chosen as the working temperature for both employed methods since all studied polymers are in liquid state at this temperature. All samples were analyzed at isothermal conditions and in the pressure range from 0 MPa up to 30.0 MPa. A set of absorption experiments on the PEG/CO2 systems was performed using an external balance method. In order to validate results obtained by the new method they were compared to the data obtained at the same process conditions by a method using magnetic suspension balance (MSB).  相似文献

Tm3+ activated germanate-tellurite glasses with good thermal stability and anti-crystallization ability were prepared. Efficient 2 μm fluorescence was observed in the optimal concentration Tm3+ doped glass and the corresponding radiative properties were investigated. For Tm3+: 3F4 → 3H6 transition, high spontaneous radiative transition probability (260.75 s−1) and large emission cross section (7.66 × 10−21 cm2) were obtained from the prepared glass. According to Dexter's and Forster's theory, energy transfer microscopic parameters were computed to elucidate the observed 2 μm emissions in detail. Besides, the effect of hydroxy groups quenching was also quantificationally investigated based on simplified rate equations. Results demonstrate that the optimal concentration Tm3+ doped germanate-tellurite glass possessing excellent spectroscopic properties might be an attractive candidate for 2 μm laser or amplifier.  相似文献

In this paper, a method is proposed to overcome the saturation non-linearity linked to the microphones and loudspeakers of active noise control (ANC) system. The reference microphone gets saturated when the acoustic noise at the source increases beyond the dynamic limits of the microphone. When the controller tries to drive the loudspeaker system beyond its dynamic limits, the saturation nonlinearity is also introduced into the system. The secondary path which is generally estimated with a low level auxiliary noise by a linear transfer function does not model such saturation nonlinearity. Therefore, the filtered-x least mean square (FXLMS) algorithm fails to perform when the noise level is increased. For alleviating the saturation nonlinearity effect a nonlinear functional expansion based ANC algorithm is proposed where the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is suitably applied to tune the parameters of a filter bank based functional link artificial neural network (FLANN) structure, named as PSO based nonlinear structure (PSO-NLS) algorithm. The proposed algorithm does not require any computation of secondary path estimate filtering unlike other conventional gradient based algorithms and hence has got computational advantage. The computer simulation experiments show its superior performance compared to the FXLMS, filtered-s LMS and genetic algorithms under saturation present at both at secondary and reference paths. The paper also includes a sensitivity analysis to study the effect of different parameters on ANC performance.  相似文献

本文采用中频孪生靶非平衡磁控溅射技术在不同氮气流量比例的条件下制备出氮化硅薄膜。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、椭偏仪等研究了氮气流量比率对氮化硅薄膜的微观结构、表面形貌、沉积速率、折射率的影响。结果表明:中频孪生非平衡磁控溅射技术制备的薄膜为非晶态氮化硅。随着氮气流量比率的增加,Si-N键红外光谱吸收带向低波数漂移,薄膜的沉积速率降低,表面结构更为光滑致密,氮化硅薄膜的折射率降低。薄膜的硬度和杨氏模量分别达到22和220GPa左右。  相似文献
