ITER超导纵场线圈内馈线系统冷却过程分析

国际热核聚变实验堆（ITER）超导纵场线圈内馈线系统位于主机杜瓦内,由18个盒体分别悬挂于相应纵场磁体终端,通过连接件组成多边形环。在装置降温过程中,内馈线与磁体冷却收缩的不同步导致相邻盒体环向端面发生相对位移,这要求连接件具有位移补偿功能。通过对内馈线收缩过程的研究,采用有限元分析法对内馈线稳态及瞬态温度场进行数值模拟,得到内馈线的热负荷值、温度及热应力分布、温度及变形的时间历程曲线,结果证明,内馈线无需主动冷却且热负荷小,热应力对结构强度影响小。研究结果同时为具有补偿功能连接件的设计提供了初步参数。     

HELIMAK装置真空室结构设计及应力强度分析

HELIMAK装置真空室作为该装置的重要部件,是等离子体运行的直接场所,在装嚣运行期问町以为等离子体的运行提供一种超高真空运行环境。对于此类核聚变装置的结构设计,必须考虑运行时的实际工况载荷,进行详细的结构力学分析,使结构设计充分安全可靠。文中首先借用大犁有限元分析程序NASTRAN,对该结构的力学性能进行数值模拟分析,获得了HELIMAK真空室的应力云图和位移变形,最大应力强度为144MPa,最大何移变形为1．98mm。然后在力学分析的基础上对结构进行优化,为该装置的最终研制提供详实的理论依据。

烘烤工况下的ITER中子屏蔽块整体结构分析

中子屏蔽块分布于国际热核聚变实验堆(ITER)超导托卡马克真空室双层壳体内部,由多个组件装配而成,用于屏蔽核聚变产生的中子。在烘烤工况下,承受螺栓预紧力作用的中子屏蔽块受200℃烘烤温度的影响,产生热应力。为校核在烘烤温度下中子屏蔽块的应力强度,本文采用ANSYS软件对其整个装配体进行整体结构分析。分析中将螺栓预紧力导致的模型位移作为边界条件,分预紧力载荷、温度载荷、重力载荷等载荷步进行热-结构耦合分析,分析结果按照ASME评定标准可以表明,中子屏蔽块各组件的最大应力强度在许用应力之内,满足结构强度要求。该分析的类型是典型的多接触高度非线性分析,对模型网格化和接触对设置的质量要求较高,处理不当会导致分析计算不收敛,同时该分析能正确地反映各结构件之间的实际连接关系,避免零件单独分析时用刚性连接代替弹性连接的状况。该分析方法为承受预紧力的复杂模型进行接触和耦合分析提供参考。     

Static Structural Analysis for a Neutron Shielding Block in ITER

The ITER neutron shielding blocks are located between the outer shell and the inner shell of the vacuum vessel to provide neutron shielding. Considering the combined loads acting on the shielding blocks during ITER plasma operation, the structure of the shielding blocks must be evaluated. Using the finite element method with ANSYS analysis software, static structural analysis is performed, including elastic analysis and limit analysis for one typical shielding block. The evaluated results based on RCC-MR code show that the structure of this shielding block can meet the design requirement.

EASTICRF天线真空馈口热-结构分析

真空馈口是ICRF天线中的一个重要部件,它对ICRF天线起真空密封作用。鉴于真空馈口的重要性和安全性,运用有限元方法对两种形式的真空馈口进行了热和热-结构分析,给出了两种形式的真空馈口上的温度分布和应力分布。结果显示：镀银的真空馈口上的温度变化和应力均小于未镀银的真空馈口上的温度变化和应力,但两种形式的真空馈口上的应力均小于材料的许用应力。分析结果验证了真空馈口结构设计的可行性和安全性。     

Thermal-Structural Coupled Analysis of ITER Torus Cryo-Pump Housing

An ITER torus cryo-pump housing(TCPH),which encloses a torus cryo-pump,is connected to a vacuum vessel(VV) by a set of associated double bellows.There are complicated loads due to two different operating states(pumping and regeneration) and foreseeable accidents with the cryo-pump.This paper describes a thermal-structural coupled analysis of the present TCPH according to the allowable stress criteria of RCC-MR,in which the worst cases and outcomes of various load combinations are obtained.Meanwhile,optimization of the structure has been carried out to obtain positive analysis results and an adequate safety margin.
