国内高岭土填充塑料的研究进展

高岭土是一种重要的非金属矿产,在我国有极其丰富的储量。高岭土不仅综合性能优良,而且价格低廉,在塑料用填料领域具有光明的发展前景。本文综述了高岭土的性能特点以及国内高岭土填充塑料的研究现状,并对今后的研究发展方向进行了展望。     

瞬间耐1500℃以上聚氨酯泡沫研制

主要介绍采用在聚酯 多元聚合成中，引入含得核及阻燃基团的结构等方法，使合成的聚氨酯 泡沫在瞬间达到耐１５００℃以上的烧蚀，并具有阻燃自熄及及高的机械强度。     

Surface pretreatment of plastics for adhesive bonding

Abstraet-Many plastics have a poor tendency to bond to other materials because of their inherent inert chemical structure and thus require a pretreatment. Wet chemical methods are expensive because of the disposal of the waste liquids. In this study, the corona treatment (Ional process), the low-pressure plasma process, and the fluorination process were tested and compared with each other. The following plastics were tested: PP (polypropylene), PBT (polybutyleneterephthalate), PBT blends, and a high-temperature thermoplastic, PEEK (polyetheretherketone). In particular, the low-temperature plasma process results in excellent adhesion strength. In addition, we have shown that the stability of freshly plasma-treated surfaces could be maintained for time periods of at least several days.     

Moderately high refractive index,low optical dispersion polymers with pendant diamondoids

Soluble, colorless polymers containing pendant diamondoid moieties (adamantane and diamantane) were synthesized and characterized. The materials exhibited an unusual combination of moderately high refractive index with low optical dispersion. 超细粉体在复合材料中的功能作用及加工技术

矿物超细粉体作为高性能混凝土、塑料、纸张等复合材料的填充组分，具有降低成本、改善制品性能的作用。论述了矿物超细粉体的功能作用及产生原因和超细粉碎、表面改性技术。     

基于单片机的PID温控系统在塑料挤出机中的应用

针对在塑料挤出过程中温度控制的重要性，介绍了一种新型的PID温度控制系统。该系统采用高性能单片机芯片，可以方便地对系统加热、冷却周期及PID的各个参数进行在线设定和修改，提高了塑料挤出机的温控精度。     

基于UG平台的塑料异型材挤出模标准件库的建立

针对塑料异型材挤出模中存在大量标准件这一特点,以UG软件为开发平台,利用VC++6 0面向对象的编程技术,在UG/OpenAPI开发平台上,创建参数化图库、设计用户界面、实现参数化尺寸驱动,总结了系统的主要功能和特点,建立了三维塑料异型材挤出模的标准件库。     

Structure–property relationships for sulfonated poly(butylene terephthalate)

Structure–property relationships have been developed for sulfonated poly(butylene terephthalate) copolymers. The compositional variables investigated were sulfonate content, molecular weight, and polymer endgroup composition, and the fundamental polymer properties evaluated were melt viscosity, crystallization kinetics, and impact strength. It was found that all compositional variables significantly affect all of the polymer properties of interest. The most interesting effect is the influence of polymer endgroup composition on polymer properties. The trends indicate that the carboxylic acid endgroups form intermolecular interactions with sodium sulfonate groups, resulting in a decrease in the strength of intermolecular ionic interactions between sodium sulfonate groups. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
