MATAB在自适应滤波器设计中的应用研究

本文基于最小均方误差（least mean square,LMS）算法自适应滤波器的基本原理．介绍了一种在Xilinx公司System Generator开发环境中采用MATLAB语言建立算法模型并在FPGA实现的设计方法。整个设计在Xilinx Virtex-5sx50tf1136型芯片下验证。相比使用传统硬件描述语言的设计方法,MATLAB语言具有编写灵活简单易调试、设计效率高等优点。该方法不但可以很好的完成设计指标,还有效地提高了FPGA系统级设计的效率,同时降低了设计人员对硬件底层结构知     

Development and characterization of simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers for the mushroom Flammulina velutipes

Ten polymorphic SSR markers of Flammulina velutipes were developed and characterized with FIASCO methods. The polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.13 to 0.69. This is the first report on development of SSR markers in F. velutipe.     

Determination of benzo[a]pyrene-7,10-quinone in airborne particulates by using a chemiluminescence reaction of hydrogen peroxide and hydrosulfite

An ultraweak chemiluminescence (CL) was observed when sodium hydrosulfite (NaHSO(3)) reacts with hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2)) and was enhanced 70 times by adding 10 pmol benzo[a]pyrene-7,10-quinone (7,10-BaPQ). The CL reaction is fast, and it reached maximum intensity in 0.1 s, and then decayed to baseline in 3 s. Mechanism of NaHSO(3)-7,10-BaPQ-H(2)O(2) system were investigated by CL spectrum, radical scavengers and electron spin resonance (ESR). Hydroxyl radical ((?)OH), super oxide anion radical ((?)O(2)(-)), and sulfite radical ((?)SO(3)(-)) were generated in the NaHSO(3)-7, 10-BaPQ-H(2)O(2) system. Reduction of 7,10-BaPQ by (?)O(2)(-) radical gave excited semiquinone, which showed strong CL emission when decayed to its ground state. Maximum CL emission wavelength was located at 440 nm, which may belong to the excited semiquinone. This CL system was developed as post column detection of high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of 7,10-BaPQ. Linearity ranged from 50 fmol to 20 pmol (R(2) = 0.9995) with limit of detection of 30 fmol (S/N = 3). The proposed method was used to determine 7,10-BaPQ in airborne particulates. Average atmospheric concentrations of 7,10-BaPQ in Kanazawa in December 2010 and Wajima in October 2007 were 2.0 and 1.6 pg/m(3), respectively.     

HC型微量硫分析仪标定方法的改进

针对HC型微量硫分析仪标定中出现的问题，改进了标定方法，采用与甲醇合成原料气组分相同的标准混合气作为稀释气，使分析结果更加准确。     

考虑三维圆柱铰间隙碰撞的空间机构柔性多体动力学分析方法

三维圆柱铰的动态性能对空间机构的运动精度和动力学特性有着重要的影响。基于多体动力学方法和刚体有限元方法,提出考虑三维圆柱铰的间隙碰撞和动态接触作用的空间机构柔性多体接触动力学方法。采用圆柱-圆柱的线接触力学模型和切片法,计算圆柱-圆柱的接触变形量和接触力,建立三维圆柱铰的轴销与轴套之间的间隙碰撞作用和三维动态接触关系。以等效刚体单元和Timoshenko梁单元描述柔性杆件的刚性有限元模型,建立柔性连杆和三维圆柱铰的具有多刚体系统的统一形式的动力学方程。计算分析了含三维圆柱铰的空间机构的运动精度和动力学特性,获得空间机构的位移响应,三维圆柱铰的相对运动轨迹和动态作用力等动力学响应。采用三维圆柱-圆柱动态线接触方法,能有效地预测空间机构系统的三维圆柱铰持续接触、间隙碰撞状态和摩擦作用下的动力学特性。计算结果表明三维圆柱铰的间隙碰撞作用对空间机构的运动精度和动态特性的影响较为显著。动力学模型和计算结果对复杂工况下高精度多间隙的空间机构的动态设计和动力学研究具有重要的理论意义。     

Self‐Assembly of Enzyme‐Like Nanofibrous G‐Molecular Hydrogel for Printed Flexible Electrochemical Sensors

Conducting hydrogels provide great potential for creating designer shape‐morphing architectures for biomedical applications owing to their unique solid–liquid interface and ease of processability. Here, a novel nanofibrous hydrogel with significant enzyme‐like activity that can be used as “ink” to print flexible electrochemical devices is developed. The nanofibrous hydrogel is self‐assembled from guanosine (G) and KB(OH)₄ with simultaneous incorporation of hemin into the G‐quartet scaffold, giving rise to significant enzyme‐like activity. The rapid switching between the sol and gel states responsive to shear stress enables free‐form fabrication of different patterns. Furthermore, the replication of the G‐quartet wires into a conductive matrix by in situ catalytic deposition of polyaniline on nanofibers is demonstrated, which can be directly printed into a flexible electrochemical electrode. By loading glucose oxidase into this novel hydrogel, a flexible glucose biosensor is developed. This study sheds new light on developing artificial enzymes with new functionalities and on fabrication of flexible bioelectronics.

本文报道由液晶电光开关构成的光学逻辑门和双稳态存贮器件.这些器件具有结构简单和可靠性高的特点,是进行光学数字计算的理想实验元件.     

Transflective In-Plane Switching Liquid Crystal Display

A single cell gap, single gamma curve, and low operating voltage transflective liquid crystal display (LCD) using an in-plane switching (IPS) cell is proposed. In the IPS cell, the pixilated transparent indium tin oxide electrodes are on the top substrate and the reflectors are on the bottom substrate. The electro-optic properties of the transflective IPS LCD are calculated using three-dimensional simulation software. By optimizing the reflector width, the voltage-dependent transmittance and reflectance curves can be matched     

基于Web Services信息系统的远程动态配置方法

文章提出了一种基于WebServices,并结合JMX技术,来实现对不同平台开发的信息系统进行远程动态配置的方法,并进行了技术验证。相对于以往使用配置文件的方法,该方法对于实现信息系统的配置具有远程性、动态性和更高的安全性。     

高速纺锦纶帘子线油剂的研制

探讨了高速纺锦纶－６６帘子线生产工艺对油剂性能的要求,使用特种合成酯与聚醚、研制开发了适合锦纶－６６的帘子线纺丝油剂,进行了工业小试、中试及工业应用、结构表明,研制了油剂的废丝率低于同类产品油剂,所纺原丝、浸胶帘子布的各面指标均达到优级品标准,可取代同类进口油剂。
