为了建立同时测定葡萄酒中喹啉黄、坚牢绿、偶氮玉红(又名酸性红,二蓝光酸性红)和专利蓝等4种色素含量的高效液相色谱方法,采用样品除去乙醇,经水提取和过滤后,使用C18色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm)分离,以甲醇和乙酸铵(0.02mol/L)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,二极管阵列检测器检测,波长410nm,柱温30℃。结果显示:4种色素的工作曲线在1.0~50.0μg/mL范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r均〉0.999。以S/N=3确定各检出限:喹啉黄为0.23mg/kg,坚牢绿为0.37mg/kg,偶氮玉红为0.29mg/kg,专利蓝为0.15mg/kg。精密度(RSD,n=6)〈3.0%。回收率在91.5%~100.8%。说明该方法干扰小,灵敏度高,分离效果好,操作简便、快速和准确可靠。 相似文献

采用紫外分光吸光度-联立方程法检测焦化废水混合模拟废水浓度,以二级出水中主要有机污染物--苯酚、吡啶、喹啉和吲哚为例,分析对比单一与同时竞争吸附下焦煤煤粉对焦化废水中主要有机污染物的吸附容量与吸附速率。研究表明:在竞争吸附中,吸附容量的顺序为苯酚>喹啉>吲哚>吡啶;混合体系焦煤煤粉的总吸附量与单组分体系吸附量之和基本相等。焦煤吸附喹啉可以用多分子层吸附模型描述,吸附苯酚、吡啶和吲哚属于单分子层吸附模型。吡啶和吲哚吸附稳定,不受其它组分浓度变化影响;苯酚不稳定,与喹啉存在吸附质间作用,有直接的吸附位点竞争。在竞争吸附中焦煤吸附苯酚、吡啶、喹啉和吲哚二级动力学模型比一级动力学模型有更好的回归效果。 相似文献

Experimental measurements are presented for the density and viscosity of selected organic compounds and mixtures at ambient pressure (0.083 MPa) and at temperatures of 298, 318, 338, and 358 K. The compounds studied were decalin, 1-methylnaphthalene, tetralin, m-xylene, tetrahydrofuran, thiophene, quinoline 2,6-lutidine, and m-cresol. Measurements were also made on three mixtures of the compounds decalin, 1-methylnaphthalene, tetralin, m-xylene, and m-cresol. The experimental results are compared with predictions made using a modified corresponding states procedure called TRAPP. The density predictions for the individual compounds and mixtures are good in all cases. For the viscosity, however, the predictions are in reasonable agreement with experiment only for nonassociating compounds and mixtures at reduced densities less than 3. These results suggest that TRAPP may prove very useful as a screening test to distinguish between nonassociating and highly associating mixtures. Some aryl and/or heterocyclic mercaptans were allowed to react with 8-quinolyl chloroacetate (II), 8-quinolinoxyacetyl chloride (IV) and 3-(2′-chloroethyl)-2-methyl-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-4-one (X) in dry benzene and/or sodium hydroxide in absolute ethanol to give corresponding 8-quinolyl-α-mercaptoacetate (V), 8-quinolinoxythioacetate (VI) and 3-(2′-arylmercaptoethyl)-2-methyl-4-(3H)quinazolin-4-ones or 3-(2′-heterocyclicmercaptoethyl)-2-methyl-4(3H)-quinazolin-4-ones (XIa-h). The mercaptans V and XI were subjected to oxidation with hydrogen peroxide/acetic acid mixture (1:2) to afford the corresponding sulfones VII and XII. The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic (IR and 1H-NMR) and elemental analyses. RuCu nanocages and core–shell Cu@Ru nanocrystals with ultrathin Ru shells were first synthesized by a one-pot modified galvanic replacement reaction. The construction of bimetallic nanocrystals with fully exposed precious atoms and a high surface area effectively realizes the concept of high atom-efficiency. Compared with the monometallic Ru/C catalyst, both the RuCu nanocages and Cu@Ru core–shell catalysts supported on commercial carbon show superior catalytic performance for the regioselective hydrogenation of quinoline toward 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline. RuCu nanocages exhibit the highest activity, achieving up to 99.6% conversion of quinoline and 100% selectivity toward 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline. 相似文献
