金属单向诱导横向晶化激光修饰多晶硅薄膜晶体管

对采用金属诱导单一方向横向晶化(metal induced unilaterally crystallization,MIUC)并结合激光后退火技术,以提高多晶硅薄膜晶体管的性能,进行了深入研究.MIUC薄膜晶体管已具有良好的器件性能和均匀性,再加以三倍频YAG激光退火后的MIUC薄膜晶体管,其场效应迁移率则可提高近一倍.器件的多种性能和参数的均匀性与所用修饰性的激光处理条件密切相关,具有规律性,故而是可控的,这为工业化技术的掌控提供了基础.

用重傅氏积分变换法求解达朗贝尔方程

把时变电磁场中的达朗贝尔方程加以定解条件，使其成为定解问题，并用垂傅氏积分变换法把三维非齐次偏微分波动方程变为常微分方程，使其求解过程大为简化，并推导出了时变电磁场的动态位函数和电磁波激励源之间准确的数学表达式。     

The completeness and applications of the formal system B

Since the formal deductive system (?) was built up in 1997, it has played important roles in the theoretical and applied research of fuzzy logic and fuzzy reasoning. But, up to now, the completeness problem of the system (?) is still an open problem. In this paper, the properties and structure of R0 algebras are further studied, and it is shown that every tautology on the R0 interval [0,1] is also a tautology on any R0 algebra. Furthermore, based on the particular structure of (?) -Lindenbaum algebra, the completeness and strong completeness of the system (?) are proved. Some applications of the system (?) in fuzzy reasoning are also discussed, and the obtained results and examples show that the system (?) is suprior to some other important fuzzy logic systems.     

ST■UBLI2232多臂机运动分析

ST(?)UBLI多臂机是目前织机上应用最广泛的开口机构之一.本文以ST(?)-UBL12232为例来对这类多臂机的运动规律进行分析.从实测的凸轮尺寸来推算转子臂的运动规律,进而计算出提综臂的运动规律.     

裂缝和洞与井筒连通的三重介质油藏试井解释方法研究

针对由基岩、裂缝和溶洞组成的三重介质油藏提出了裂缝和洞与井筒连通的试井解释模型,建立了相应的数学模型,并采用Laplace变换和数值Laplace反演方法进行了求解,分析了介质的弹性储容比、窜流因子以及裂缝渗透率比对压力响应的影响,同时还提出了三重介质油藏的试井解释方法——利用遗传算法进行自动拟合,并编制了实用软件,实例分析表明了该新方法的可靠性和实用性。     

Apparatus for realizing the ITS-90 in the temperature range from the triple point of argon to the melting point of gallium

Systems for realizing the fixed points of the ITS-90 for calibrating column and capsule standard platinum thermometers, namely, the triple points of argon and mercury and the melting point of gallium, are constructed and investigated. The errors of the values of the metrological characteristics of the systems obtained enable one, using platinum resistance thermometers, to reproduce and transfer the temperature scale in the 83.8–302.9 K range. The extended uncertainty in reproducing the temperatures of the fixed points does not exceed 0.4 mK. Determination of isothermal section of Ag-Ti-Zr ternary system at 1 023 K

The isothermal section of Ag-Ti-Zr ternary system at 1023 K was determined by diffusion triple and electron probe microanalysis. The results indicate that four binary intermetallic phases of AgTi, AgTi2, AgZr and AgZr2 are found in Ag-Ti-Zr ternary system at 1 023 K. AgZr2 and AgTi2 form a continuous solid solution, namely Ag(Ti,Zr)2. Four three-phase regions: AgTi AgZr Ag, AgTi AgZr Ag (Ti, Zr)2, α-Zr β(Ti, Zr) Ag (Ti, Zr) 2 and α-Ti β(Ti, Zr) Ag (Ti, Zr)2 exist in the isothermal section. No ternary compound is observed.     

采油厂保密信息管理系统的设计与实现

微型燃气轮机冷热电联产系统经济性分析

建立了微型燃气轮机冷热电三联产系统经济性分析的数学模型。以满足某建筑冷热电负荷为例,与现有的冷热电分产系统进行了经济性比较,得出了三联产系统的经济性优势。分析了电、气价格对联产、分产系统年运行成本及联产系统投资回收期的影响,给出了电、气价格比与联产、分产年能耗比的关系。
