2D layered metal-halide perovskites combine efficient exciton radiative recombination in crystal interior with long-distance free-carrier conduction at layer edges, which are promising candidates for realizing high-performance photovoltaic, light-emission and photodetection devices. The anisotropic electrical conductivity in layered perovskites imposes an additional requirement of orientational control for enabling favorable charge transport. However, rational fabrication of single-crystalline nanostructures with pure crystallographic orientation is still elusive. Herein, large-scale pure (101)-orientated 2D-perovskite single-crystalline nanowire arrays are realized by combining solvent engineering with the capillary-bridge lithography technique. Ordered nucleation at liquid–air interface and unidirectional growth along the dewetting direction are demonstrated by fluorescence microscopy and grazing-incidence X-ray scattering in discrete capillary bridges. In consideration of crystal interior exhibiting high resistance arising from the serial insulating organic barriers and ultrafast dissociation of excitons to generate long-lived free carriers at layer edges, ultrasensitive photodetectors are demonstrated with average responsivity exceeding 1.1 × 104 A W−1 and detectivity exceeding 9.1 × 1015 Jones.  相似文献

A critical issue facing mankind is how to effectively recycle plastic grocery bags. Currently, the most proven practice for bag recycling is to create numerous returning sites throughout the nation. However, the success is compromised by the voluntary nature of such activities. In this work, we investigate an alternative approach to bag returning, by diverting recycling activities directly to consumers or end users at home. Specifically, a simple process for converting waste bags into high-strength fibers and yarns is designed and tested in an experimental feasibility study. The results from tensile testing and thermal analysis demonstrate that by a combined process sequence of cutting, knotting, twisting, hot drawing, and heat setting, high-strength polyethylene yarns with mechanical properties comparable to those of melt-spun polyethylene fibers can be produced. Without the involvement of melt processing, yarns made of a waste high-density polyethylene grocery bag material were hot drawn and heat set to achieve a tensile strength of 330 MPa. Yarns with such ternacity are expected to find numerous applications in textile, flooring, and leisure products. This may open up a new paradigm in plastic bags recycling and allow part of the recycling burden to be shifted to local residential communities. POLYM. ENG. Loss of β-cell mass and function can lead to insufficient insulin levels and ultimately to hyperglycemia and diabetes mellitus. The mainstream treatment approach involves regulation of insulin levels; however, approaches intended to increase β-cell mass are less developed. Promoting β-cell proliferation with low-molecular-weight inhibitors of dual-specificity tyrosine-regulated kinase 1A (DYRK1A) offers the potential to treat diabetes with oral therapies by restoring β-cell mass, insulin content and glycemic control. GNF4877, a potent dual inhibitor of DYRK1A and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) was previously reported to induce primary human β-cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo. Herein, we describe the lead optimization that lead to the identification of GNF4877 from an aminopyrazine hit identified in a phenotypic high-throughput screening campaign measuring β-cell proliferation.  相似文献

Abstract

The knowledge of moisture content (MC) and drying stress are crucial parameters to control the drying process and maintain the quality of dried wood. Herein, we investigated the pattern of moisture transfer and stress development in Chinese fir during the high-temperature drying process. The MC in each layer of lumber was separated into bound water and free water via nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and the drying and residual stress were measured using prong test method. There was different MC in each layer along the thickness, resulting in an MC gradient that initially increased and then decreased, which is consistent with the trend of drying stress. The T21 peak indicating bound water shifted to the left especially when MC was below the fiber saturation point, signifying that the discharge of moisture became difficult with prolonged drying time. The ratio of bound water to free water was different in each layer, indicating that the moisture transfer was different along the thickness. Furthermore, the residual stress was greater than the corresponding drying stress though the disparity reduced gradually, which suggests that the MC gradient was the largest affecting factor for drying stress at high MC stages but decreased to some extent as the drying process continued.  相似文献

针对某5A06铝合金鞍型横梁,设计了等温挤压近净成形试验。通过Deform有限元分析研究了鞍型横梁等温挤压过程中金属流动规律和缺陷产生原因,并进行了毛坯尺寸和热挤压件图的优化。设计了鞍型横梁等温挤压近净成形模具,可实现在普通压力机上加热管加热方式升温、成形后多顶杆同步脱模功能。通过等温挤压近净成形方法制备了长为580 mm、最薄壁厚为4 mm、筋高为8 mm、筋宽为6 mm的薄壁复杂多筋鞍型横梁,该构件90%以上部位尺寸精度可达到±0. 3 mm,其余部位尺寸精度可达±0. 5 mm,抗拉强度达340 MPa,伸长率约为25%。对等温挤压件装配部位进行少量机加,可获得3种不同尺寸的鞍型横梁。  相似文献
