吐哈盆地红台地区辫状河三角洲沉积体系研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过对研究区内11口探井的岩心进行观察分析,结合粒度特征、测井电性特征及地震属性等相关资料,认为研究区主要发育2种沉积相:辫状河三角洲和滨浅湖。三间房组底部的红色泥岩段主要发育滨浅湖相;从三间房组S4砂层组到七克台组的中下部均发育辫状河三角洲相。在三间房组S1—S4砂层组和七克台组Q1—Q2砂层组辫状河三角洲平原亚相和前缘亚相详细研究的基础上,建立了适合工区的辫状河三角洲沉积相模式,平原亚相进一步划分出辫状河道、河漫滩、心滩和河漫沼泽4种沉积微相;前缘亚相分为水下辫状分流河道、水下分流间湾、河口坝3种微相。  相似文献

In vertebrates, bile salt hydrolysis plays an essential role in fat metabolism. Bile salts are synthesized in the liver. And in the small intestine glycine and taurine are de-conjugated from bile salts by the enzyme bile salt hydrolase (BSH) from intestinal microbes. However, the mechanism of bile salt hydrolysis in Lactobacillus plantarum is still ambiguous. Four predicted bile salt hydrolase (bsh) genes from L. plantarum ST-III were cloned into Escherichia coli. The function of these genes was explored by overexpression. All 4 proteins that were studied showed activity against glycine- or taurine-conjugated bile salts. Substrate preference was also observed in BSH proteins, especially for the enzyme BSH1, which had high hydrolysis activity for glycodeoxycholic acid. These results suggest that all 4 bile salt hydrolases may be responsible for the bile salt hydrolysis activity in L. plantarum ST-III. PRACTICAL APPLICATION: Hypercholesterolemia is considered one of the major risk factors for coronary heart disease. More interest has focused on intestinal microbes because of their role in the decrease of serum cholesterol. BSH proteins play an important role in the reduction of cholesterol. This paper adds to a better understanding of BSH proteins of intestinal microbes. It gives a great hint that probiotics can be used to solve hypercholesterolemia one day.  相似文献

航空电子全双工交换以太网(AFDX)是下一代航空数据网络的最佳选择,AFDX端系统保证了AFDX网络航电系统之间数据交换的安全和可靠性;为了研制具有我国自主产权的新型机载数据网络端系统协议芯片,基于ARINC664规范第7部分,提出符合该规范的基于FPGA的AFDX端系统协议芯片和相应AFDX端系统板卡的设计方案,并给出关键模块的具体实现;通过对端系统协议芯片进行测试验证,证明该端系统协议芯片符合AFDX协议标准,具有较高的通信性能及稳定性,可为新一代航空电子设备中的数据通信提供保障。  相似文献

选用三种粒径的麦秸纤维分别与聚乳酸(PLA)粉末组成各种配方,采用挤出注塑的方法制成复合材料。通过红外光谱分析、力学性能测试、断口扫描电镜(SEM)分析以及差示扫描量热(DSC)测试探索了试样的力学性能和结晶度变化趋势,并对结果进行了理论分析,最终确定最佳配方为精细处理且纤维含量为15%的C3组分,此时复合材料的结晶度达到43.44%,玻璃化温度为63.53℃,与纯PLA比较分别提高了29.3%和6%,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击韧性与纯PLA相比有轻微降低,分别为51.07 MPa,55.16 MPa,4.08 kJ/m2。  相似文献

选用聚己内酯(PCL)与聚乳酸(PLA)进行共混改性,经挤出、发泡制备出性能良好的PLA/PCL复合泡沫板材。经红外光谱分析、断口扫描电镜、力学性能测试及差示扫描量热分析分别探究了PCL含量对复合发泡材料发泡效果、力学性能及结晶性能的影响。结果表明,PCL的加入能有效改善复合发泡材料的发泡效果。当PCL含量为10%时,试样的综合性能最优,冲击强度、压缩强度分别达到了8.9kJ/m2,31MPa;平均泡孔直径则由未改性发泡体系的2.8mm降低至1.1mm;结晶度由12.68%上升到17.95%,得到了泡孔尺寸小,分布均匀,表面质量佳,综合力学性能优良的复合发泡材料。  相似文献

A novel interpenetrating three‐dimensional (3D) network polyaniline/phenolic (AP/RF) aerogel was prepared via a three‐step method. Micro‐, thermal, and electrical analyses were conducted for analyzing the pore morphology, thermal, and electrical performance of the aerogel. From the experimental results, AP/RF aerogel prepared by a three‐step compound method and freeze‐drying exhibited an interpenetrating 3D network structure with nanopores. In addition, compared with single AP aerogel, AP/RF aerogel had lower heat conductivity and higher heat‐resistance. What's more, it exhibited superior electrical performance as compared with that of RF aerogel. In general, AP/RF aerogel with low heat conductivity [0.022 W/(m K)], high heat resistance, electrical conductivity (0.09 S/cm), and specific capacitance (420 F/g) exhibited more excellent thermal and electrical comprehensive performance than single AP or RF aerogels. Owing to its high energy density and environmentally friendly nature, hydrogen has already been regarded as the ultimate energy of the 21st century and gained significant attention from the worldwide researchers. Meanwhile, there are increasing concerns about its safe use, storage and transport as, despite being colorless and odorless, after certain concentration level it becomes flammable and explosive in air. Therefore, it is imperative to develop H2 sensors for real-time monitoring of the H2 leakage for an early warning. This paper firstly introduces the general hydrogen gas sensing mechanism of TiO2-based hydrogen sensors. Then we summarize and comment on the current hydrogen gas sensor based on various TiO2 materials, which include pristine TiO2, metal-assisted TiO2, organic-TiO2 composites, carbon-TiO2 composites, MOX-TiO2 composites and novel sensor concept with effective top-bottom electrode configuration. Finally, we briefly discuss the obstacles that TiO2-based H2 sensors have to overcome in the progress of the systematically practical application, possible solutions, and future research perspectives that can be focused in this area.  相似文献

Sapphire, belonging to hexagonal crystal system, is typically anisotropic which makes it direction-sensitive. To research the effects of growth directions on properties of sapphire, c-[0001] seed (c-sapphire) and a-[11-20] seed (a-sapphire) were used to prepare sapphire by edge-defined film-fed growth (EFG) method. The samples were analyzed through lattice integrity, dislocation and corrosion performance by double-crystal XRD, OM, AFM, SEM and EDX. It was shown that the lattice integrities of two growth-direction crystals were both well due to the small FWHM values. While the average densities of dislocation in c-sapphire and a-sapphire were 9.2×103 and 3.9×103 cm-2 respectively, the energy of dislocation in c-sapphire was lower than that in a-sapphire. During Strong Phosphoric Acid (SPA) etching, the surface of c-sapphire basically kept smooth but in a-sapphire there were many point-like corrosion pits where aluminum and oxygen atoms lost by 2:1. Our work means that it will be promising for growing c-[0001] seed sapphire by EFG if aided by parameter optimization.  相似文献
