为制备高过滤效率、低过滤阻力的空气过滤材料,将氧化石墨烯纳米颗粒(GO)掺杂到聚酰亚胺(PI)纺丝溶液中,制备氧化石墨烯/聚酰亚胺(GO/PI)复合纳米纤维过滤材料。通过观察其形貌、过滤性能来确定最优纺丝工艺参数。结果表明:当PI质量分数为30%,GO质量分数为1%,纺丝电压为25 kV,接收距离为20 cm时,复合纳米薄膜的纤维形貌较好,过滤性能优良。与PI纯组分纳米纤维过滤材料相比,GO/PI复合纳米纤维过滤材料的过滤性能更好,制得GO/PI复合纳米纤维膜的平均孔径为1.8μm,过滤效率为99.68%,过滤阻力仅为85.35 Pa。 相似文献

为拓展纳微米纤维的制备方法,拓宽防护服面料的来源,对闪蒸法制备纳微米纤维非织造布及其用于防护服的研究进展进行综述。介绍了闪蒸纺丝所用原料的种类及目前存在的问题,对纺丝工艺、纺丝过程及产品进行阐述;总结了闪蒸纺丝技术国内外研究现状及趋势,分析了闪蒸非织造布的特点和应用;讨论了闪蒸非织造布防护服的分类以及目前使用中存在的问题;最后提出闪蒸纺丝技术是目前发展前景良好的纳微米纤维非织造布制备技术,闪蒸非织造布可作为一种理想的防护服面料,发展该技术对提高我国非织造行业技术水平,保护人民生命健康具有重要意义。 相似文献

AbstractIn this study, the physical–mechanical properties of ring spun, ring compact, rotor and air-vortex yarns were investigated. The study was carried with yarn having linear densities of 24.4 tex and 36.7 tex, which were then converted to woven fabrics. The ring spun yarns have higher values of strength but also with higher strength irregularities. Extra-ordinarily low hairiness was observed in air-vortex yarns due to its unique yarn formation technique. The deviation rate (DR) of yarns have correlation with the mass spectrogram of respective yarns obtained from USTER Tester 5. Rotor and air-vortex yarns exhibited higher coefficient of friction. The woven fabrics made from ring spun yarns exhibited higher tensile and tear strength with higher elongation at break. The fabrics made from air-vortex yarns have very good pilling grade due to less protruding fibres on their surface and good structural integrity. 相似文献

根据角接触球轴承自旋运动特征,同时考虑弹流润滑效应,建立角接触球轴承考虑自旋运动的弹流润滑模型;采用多重网格法求解弹性变形,利用有限差分法迭代求解雷诺方程,得到较为精确的数值解;分析不同赫兹接触压力、滚道表面粗糙度下自旋对角接触球轴承弹流润滑和油膜刚度的影响。结果表明:考虑自旋时随着Hertz接触压力、自旋角速度增大,油膜厚度减小,油膜压力增大,油膜承压区域呈细长状,并向接触中心靠近;随着滚道表面粗糙度幅值增大,油膜压力和膜厚均出现了波动,且考虑自旋运动时,轴承油膜厚度明显减小,油膜局部压力峰值更大;随着卷吸速度、润滑油黏度增大,油膜刚度减小,而考虑自旋运动时油膜刚度值更大;随着自旋角速度增大,油膜刚度逐渐增大。 相似文献

At present, several composite insulation systems were proposed that can be used for passive insulation systems, including foam-variable density multilayer insulation (VDMLI), aerogel-VDMLI and hollow glass microspheres (HGMs)-VDMLI. The passive insulation systems with different inner material (IM) showed different performances. However, the relationship between the average thermal conductivity of IM and the insulation performance of the whole system has rarely been investigated. It is of great significance for efficient configuration and matching of the passive insulation system. In this paper, a series of average thermal conductivity of IM were assumed to predict the insulation performance of the whole system at 20 K–300 K and high vacuum. In order to further illustrate the relationship between IM and MLI/VDMLI, the foam was replaced by the HGMs as 5 mm a unit forming a series of HGMs-foam-MLI/VDMLI insulation systems. The performance of the systems was investigated. After the foam was completely replaced by the HGMs, the performance of MLI and VDMLI systems was improved 33% and 13%, respectively. Moreover, each mode of heat transfer including solid conduction, radiation, and gas conduction for foam-MLI/VDMLI and HGMs-MLI/VDMLI insulation systems were calculated and analyzed. 相似文献

针对镍基高温合金因加工硬化严重成形时极易产生破裂和起皱等典型缺陷的问题,以锥筒形壳体类零件为对象,提出了一种由锥形预制坯经过真空固溶处理后拉深旋压成形锥筒形件的方法,并对其成形机理进行了研究。基于Abaqus/Explicit平台,建立了锥筒形件拉深旋压有限元模型,分析了成形过程中的瞬态等效应力、等效塑性应变、切向应力、壁厚及三向应变分布规律。结果表明:在旋压成形过程中,最大瞬态等效应力位于旋轮接触区及附近区域、最大瞬态等效塑性应变位于坯料口部;瞬态切向压应力最大值位于旋轮接触区,而瞬态切向拉应力最大值位于旋轮接触区附近的两侧区域。筒形段中部壁厚减薄,而坯料口部壁厚增厚。旋压成形试验表明,锥形预制坯经拉深旋压后可获得壁厚均匀的锥筒形件。 相似文献

This paper discusses relation between fiber quality parameters and yarn quality, presenting results of the quality assessment of Pakistan’s five popular cotton varieties. Abadgar-901 was found to have highest effective length followed by Tarzen-1 when compared to other fibers studied and the Sattari showed the least effective length. Whereas, Tarzen-1 showed highest tenacity, Sindh-1 was second to that, yet Nayab-78 showed the least strength of the studied cotton fibers. Further, it was also found that except Nayab-78, all the other cotton varieties were found to have fineness value of premium cotton standards, however, Nayab proved to be a coarse fiber, Sindh-1 was finest fiber of them all. Moreover, Sattari was found to be the whitest in color when measured for CIE and Berger whiteness index, Nayab-78 followed it just after and the Abadgar proved to be the least white compared to the studied cotton varieties. 相似文献

Abstract This research investigates the influence of the commercial photochromic dye concentration, expressed as a percentage, and polymer type and their interaction on the photocoloration properties of the as-spun and drawn fibres regarding the melt-spinning process. As-spun fibres made of polypropylene, polyethylene and polyester were spun with different percentages of the photochromic dye, drawn, tested and analysed under a factorial experimental design using appropriate experimental and statistical methods. According to the analyses and by using an independent source of ultraviolet irradiation and traditional colour measurement instrumentation of the degree of photocoloration and background colour, the most effective and significant parameter influencing the as-spun fibre’s photocoloration properties are the polymer type; the dye percentage effect was noted in the degree of photocoloration. The effects of the multi-stage hot-drawing process on the photocoloration properties of the drawn polypropylene and polyethylene fibres were characterised and statistically modelled. The dyed fibres showed reversible photochromism, developing pronounced colours from weak background colours on irradiation with ultraviolet light and returning to their original state when the ultraviolet light source was removed. The dye percentage positively affects the photocoloration of the as-spun and drawn polypropylene and polyethylene fibres. A new forecasting data source was achieved to optimise the selection of the polymer and the dye percentage and to specify the direction of increasing or decreasing of the significant process parameters.
