双玻光伏组件以其抗PID性强、防隐裂、防水汽透过、抗蜗牛纹、可靠性优异、轻量化等诸多优点,在晶硅太阳能组件市占比逐步提高。双玻光伏组件用背板玻璃一般需要预留出线孔,光伏背板玻璃的出线孔主要有两种打孔方式:金钢钻上下同步钻孔的模式和激光打孔。激光打孔以其易维护、可异形孔加工、效率高、生产成本低等优势得到各大玻璃厂的认可。通过分析在实际生产中激光打孔出现的打孔缺陷问题,提出了改善措施,有助于工厂的降本增效。  相似文献

Aluminoborate glasses have recently been found to feature high resistance to crack initiation during indentation due to a highly flexible network structure. In cesium aluminoborate glasses, it has been found that the use of a simple post-treatment, namely aging in a humid atmosphere, can further improve this resistance. To better understand the mechanical properties of this glass family upon humid aging, we here study the effect of aging conditions on the structure and mechanical properties of Li,K,Cs-aluminoborate glasses. As expected, we find that higher humidity and longer aging time cause more pronounced permeation of atmospheric water into the glasses. Due to their denser structure and stronger modifier-oxygen bonds, the humid aging has a relatively smaller effect on the mechanical properties of Li- and K-containing glasses relative to Cs-containing glasses, with the latter achieving an ultrahigh crack resistance. We find that the humid aging leads to the formation of a hydration layer in the Cs-aluminoborate glass surface, with a thickness of around 26 μm upon aging at 23 °C with 40% relative humidity for 7 days. Moreover, a remarkable indentation behavior, that is, the observation of μm-sized shear bands inside the imprint of the Cs-glass upon aging at 60% relative humidity is reported. Taken as a whole, the work provides guidelines for how to control the humid aging rate as a function of relative humidity and temperature to form a hydration layer and thus achieve improved crack resistance in such glasses.  相似文献

石英玻璃相对于金属、晶体、陶瓷等大多数固体材料具有更小的机械振动能量损耗,是许多精密测量器件的首选材料。本文测试对比了四种类型(Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类和Ⅳ类)石英玻璃的振动能量损耗特性,从材料化学组分和结构缺陷方面分析了石英玻璃本征损耗的影响因素及作用机理。结果表明:Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类石英玻璃的本征损耗显著大于Ⅲ类和Ⅳ类石英玻璃,主要是由金属杂质含量高和气泡等级低造成的;羟基含量不是影响石英玻璃本征损耗的主要因素;表面损耗是石英玻璃器件振动能量损耗的主要来源之一,可以通过湿法刻蚀消除。  相似文献

In this work, we revealed the possible mechanisms of the photodarkening in Pr3+ ions singly doped and Pr3+/Ce3+ co-doped silicate glasses and fibers induced by X-ray and 488-nm laser radiations and studied the role of Ce3+ in increasing radiation resistance in Pr3+-doped silicate glasses and fibers. The absorption, emission, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), radiation induced attenuation spectra, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) of Pr3+ singly doped and Pr3+/Ce3+ co-doped silicate glasses before and after X-ray radiation were measured and analyzed. The fluorescence intensity and photoinduced attenuation of Pr3+ singly doped and Pr3+/Ce3+ co-doped silicate fibers at visible wavelengths pumped by 488-nm laser were measured and analyzed. The influence of Ce3+ ions co-doping on the spectroscopic properties of Pr3+ ions as well as the radiation-induced defects in silicate glasses was studied. Results demonstrate that both X-ray and 488-nm laser radiations will induce photodamage in Pr3+ ions-doped silicate glasses and fibers. Co-doping Ce3+ (by up to 1 mol%) is efficient to suppress the darkening induced by both X-ray and 488-nm laser radiations without influence on the luminescence behavior of Pr3+ ions in silicate glasses and fibers. Our studies demonstrate the promising potential of Pr3+/Ce3+ co-doped silicate glasses for visible lasing applications.  相似文献

目的制备一种低堆密度高强度的Claus尾气加氢水解催化剂,以解决尾气加氢水解催化剂堆密度高所造成的成本高的问题。 方法考查对氧化铝粉体和载体性能影响最大的焙烧过程,采用TG、SEM、XRD等表征手段,研究低堆密度克劳斯尾气加氢水解催化剂的制备方法,筛选出最优控制条件,提升催化剂综合性能。 结果所制备的三叶草形催化剂堆密度仅为0.50 g/cm3,载体强度达到189 N/cm,比表面积达到312 m2/g。 结论通过浸渍法制备的低堆密度催化剂显示出良好的尾气加氢水解性能,可大大降低催化剂装填成本。   相似文献

概述了裂解汽油一段选择加氢钯系和镍系催化剂在我国的工业化应用情况,并从载体材料、制备工艺优化以及添加助剂改性3个方面,综述了此系列钯系和镍系催化剂在国内外的研究进展,预测了今后需持续注重及改进的相关方面;最后展望指出,针对特定原料性质开发与之相匹配的选择加氢工艺及其配套专用催化剂,将是未来裂解汽油一段选择加氢催化剂研发的主方向。  相似文献

This work reports the innovative development of a borosilicate glass/Al2O3 tape for LTCC applications using an eco-friendly aqueous tape casting slurry. Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyacrylic acid (PAA) were the respective dispersants, while carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and styrene acrylic emulsion (SA) were the respective binders. The results showed that PVP was more suitable than PAA as the dispersant for the aqueous casting slurry, and that 1.5 wt% PVP would achieve well dispersion of CABS glass/Al2O3 powder in the aqueous slurry. Moreover, a small amount of 2.0 wt% CMC binder could yield smooth CABS glass/Al2O3 tapes crack free. A high-quality CABS glass/Al2O3 tape with a smooth surface was made from an aqueous slurry containing 1.5 wt% PVP dispersant, 2.0 wt% CMC binder, and 2.0 wt% PEG-400 plasticizer. The density, tensile strength, and surface roughness of the green tape were 2.05 g/cm3, 0.87 MPa, and 148 nm, respectively. The resulting CABS glass/Al2O3 composites sintered at 875 °C exhibited a bulk density of 3.14 g/cm3, a dielectric constant of 8.09, a dielectric loss of 1.0 × 10?3, a flexural strength of 213 MPa, a thermal expansion coefficient of 5.30 ppm/°C, and a thermal conductivity of 3.2 W m?1 K?1, thus demonstrating its broad prospects in LTCC applications.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the remineralization of enamel caries lesions using the self-assembling peptide P11-4 associated with different materials. Artificial early enamel lesions were prepared on 154 primary teeth. The samples were randomly divided into eight groups: (1) control, (2) P11-4, (3) fluoridate toothpaste (FT), (4) P11-4 + FT, (5) casein phosphopeptide–amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP–ACP), (6) P11-4 + CPP–ACP, (7) fluoridate bioactive glass toothpaste (BT), and (8) P11-4 + BT. The surface enamel microhardness (EMH) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) of the teeth were then measured at the baseline, after demineralization, and after 28 days of remineralization. The enamel surfaces were assessed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The data were analyzed with one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) (p < .05). EMH after demineralization was significantly lower than the baseline value (p < .001). The interventions led to an enhanced percentage of EMH recovery (%REMH), which was higher in Groups 6 and 7. There was no significant difference between Groups 3 and 4. Groups 1 and 2 had the lowest %REMH. The mean calcium/phosphate weight percentage ratio of P11-4 was significantly lower than the others (p < .001). The FESEM and AFM images revealed mineral deposition on the eroded enamel and reductions in surface roughness in Groups 5 and 7.  相似文献

为研究聚丙烯纤维(PP纤维)、耐碱玻璃纤维(BX纤维)、钢纤维(GX纤维)对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)电杆力学性能和耐久性能的影响,在前期掺量优选试验基础上,采用卧式离心工艺成型了规格为φ190×12×M×BY的UHPC电杆,并进行了力学性能和耐久性能试验。结果表明:不同纤维种类对UHPC折压比的影响从高到底依次为:GX纤维、BX纤维、PP纤维;三种纤维均可提高UHPC的耐久性,但效果不显著;三种纤维对UHPC电杆力学性能的影响由高到低依次为:GX纤维、BX纤维、PP纤维;三种纤维UHPC电杆均满足相关标准要求,考虑电杆外观和经济性,可使用PP纤维和BX纤维生产UHPC电杆。  相似文献
