在去产能成为供给侧结构性改革首要任务之一的背景下,从政策视角探讨政府补贴对煤炭企业产能过剩的影响及其作用机制。基于2009—2019年沪深A股上市40家煤炭企业的数据,采用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数测算其产能利用率,并运用多元回归分析法探究政府补贴、技术创新与煤炭企业产能过剩三者间的相互关系。研究结果表明:我国煤炭行业产能过剩问题依然严重,政府补贴正向促进煤炭企业产能过剩,技术创新能弱化这一正向影响。进一步地,运用Richardson投资期望模型测度了煤炭企业的过度投资程度,通过建立中介效应模型分析发现:过度投资在政府补贴促进煤炭企业产能过剩的过程中发挥了部分中介作用。据此提出:政府可通过建立以技术创新为目标导向的补贴机制、理清政府和市场的职能边界、构建完善的地方政府绩效考核体系等方式提升煤炭企业产能利用率。研究结论对促进我国煤炭企业早日实现高质量发展具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

Since the inception of blockchain-related technologies over a decade ago, investors’ uptake of the technologies has grown rapidly. But even with the advancement in standing from conceptual beginnings to real-world experimentation, mainstream adoption of the technologies in either organizational or individual contexts has yet to eventuate. To resolve this paradox, we examine progression of the technologies’ diffusion instead, and in the process, seek to uncover the underlying dynamics of sentiments at play. Diffusion involves multiple actions by different parties, with social discourses via diverse media playing an essential role. In demonstrating the interplay of support to resistance via media framing and the diffusion of innovation theory, findings from our paper contribute to the technology adoption literature. Understanding resistant behavior toward a new technology area could help resolve potential issues that may arise. This would hopefully lead to better technological implementation outcomes in future.  相似文献

In many developing countries such as Saudi Arabia the adoption of cloud computing is still at an early stage. This research aims to investigate the influencing factors in the decision to adopt cloud computing in the private sector. An integrated model is proposed incorporating critical factors derived from a literature review, along with other factors (such as physical location) that have not been examined in previous studies as main factors in the organisation’s decision to adopt cloud services. Data were collected from 300 IT staff in different organisations in the private sector in Saudi Arabia, in order to test the cloud adoption model and explore factors that were positively or negatively associated with cloud adoption. The most influential determinants of cloud adoption were found to be quality of service and trust. However, security and privacy concerns still prevent cloud adoption in this country. This study also showed that the effect of these variables differed according to organisation size and in adopter and non-adopter companies. Overall, these research findings provide valuable guidelines to cloud providers, managers, and government policy makers on ways of encouraging the spread of cloud computing in Middle Eastern countries and increasing its implementation, particularly in Saudi Arabia.  相似文献

The ecosystem approach, as a comprehensive way of understanding multi-aspect environments, has recently gained so much attention in entrepreneurship and innovation studies. The application of this approach has led to the introduction of the currently available ecosystem frameworks that are dealing with some issues such as infirm structure and heterogeneity of components. In this research, by adopting the grounded theory approach in the context of Iran, we defined a novel and comprehensive framework for the technological entrepreneurship ecosystem (TEE). Twenty-six in-depth and semi-structured interviews have been conducted and analysed through a modified grounded theory procedure. Seventy-four secondary sources were added to the study to expand the breadth of our analysis and reach a stronger saturation. The concluded framework comprised of four interconnected layers representing environmental conditions, entity domains, functional realms, and tech-entrepreneurial agents. In addition, we identified some general principles and rules as important underlying aspects of this framework. The inferred components and structure of this novel framework not only could enable us to design the relations between the ecosystem components, but also prompt and support further research on each dimension of the ecosystem.  相似文献

土壤水分的降尺度研究为解决被动微波产品的粗分辨率问题,更好地服务于流域小尺度应用提供了技术手段。以美国俄克拉荷马州为研究区域,基于SMAP土壤水分产品和MODIS产品等多种辅助数据,在地表分类数据的支持下,结合参量统计降尺度和时空融合降尺度发展了一种土壤水分混合降尺度方法,并利用SMAP 9 km产品和站点实测数据对降尺度效果进行了评估。结果表明:混合降尺度方法可以得到细节丰富、空间覆盖完整的降尺度结果。相较于参量统计或时空融合两种单一降尺度而言,混合降尺度结果的空间分布与SMAP 9 km真实产品最为相似,并且混合降尺度结果与站点的整体时序精度最高,在不同地表分类下的时序精度也优于单一方法的降尺度结果。由此证明结合参量统计与时空融合的降尺度方法是可行的。  相似文献

文中提出了一种混合方法,将指纹识别与机器学习方法相结合,实现了IPSec VPN加密流量的识别。该方法首先基于负载特征从网络流量中筛选出IPSec VPN流量;接着,基于时间相关的流特征,利用随机森林算法建立了IPSec VPN流量分类模型,通过参数优化以及特征选择,整体流量识别的准确率达到了93%。实验结果验证了通过流特征提取的机器学习方法识别IPSec VPN流量的可行性;同时表明了该方法能够有效均衡识别精度与识别速度,达到了高效识别IPSec VPN加密流量的效果。  相似文献

糖厂的产糖率主要由甘蔗的工艺性状决定,甘蔗工艺性状有多个重要的指标。本研究将灰色系统理论应用于甘蔗工艺性状综合评估,通过测定瑞丽地区旱地秋植、水田地春植蔗区多个甘蔗品种的6个工艺性状指标,得到甘蔗品种工艺性状的综合评估值,筛选出适合于不同蔗区的品种。本研究还进一步提出相对蔗糖分的概念,即品种灰色关联度与甘蔗蔗糖分之积。相对蔗糖分与糖厂的产糖率直接相关,可作为评估糖厂效益的重要指标。目前已通过应用灰色关联度分析方法,对瑞丽蔗区品种进行优化布局,瑞丽糖厂产糖率得到了显著的提高。  相似文献

Given the accelerating pace of technological advances and environmental changes, technology-based companies are required to predict and understand future events in their environments. However, there is a wide range of forecasting methods creating confusion on which method to use. This paper demonstrates the selection of an appropriate technique for technology forecasting in the Iran Aviation Industries Organization (IAIO). To this end, a review of the literature was first reviewed to extract the proper criteria for selecting a forecasting method. Next, the SWARA and fuzzy MUTLIMOORA methods were used to evaluate and prioritize a total of twelve forecasting methods proposed for the case study. The results suggested that the Delphi method for technology forecasting in the IAIO. Scenario writing and the relevance tree are the next proper alternatives that can be used.  相似文献

Key areas of robot agility include methods that increase capability and flexibility of industrial robots and facilitate robot re-tasking. Manual guidance can achieve robot agility effectively, provided that a safe and smooth interaction is guaranteed when the user exerts an external force on the end effector. We approach this by designing an adaptive admittance law that can adjust its parameters to modify the robot compliance in critical areas of the workspace, such as near and on configuration singularities, joint limits, and workspace limits, for a smooth and safe operation. Experimental validation was done with two tests: a constraint activation test and a 3D shape tracing task. In the first one, we validate the proper response to constraints and in the second one, we compare the proposed approach with different admittance parameter tuning strategies using a drawing task where the user is asked to guide the robot to trace a 3D profile with an accuracy or speed directive and evaluate performance considering path length error and execution time as metrics, and a questionnaire for user perception. Results show that appropriate response to individual and simultaneous activation of the aforementioned constraints for a safe and intuitive manual guidance interaction is achieved and that the proposed parameter tuning strategy has better performance in terms of accuracy, execution time, and subjective evaluation of users.  相似文献

Environmental justice (EJ) and climate justice are becoming central foci of climate policy. Awareness is also growing on the need for some amount of carbon dioxide removal (CDR) to curb warming to 1.5 °C. In this paper we map dimensions of environmental and climate justice that stakeholders and communities will need to consider -- from local to global scales. Mapping issues is a step towards developing frameworks to undertake CDR in an environmentally just way.  相似文献
