目的 麦胚孵育过程中蛋白酶将蛋白质水解成肽和氨基酸,多肽具有明确的生理活性和营养调节作用。本研究以麦胚为试验原料,采用微波辅助预处理的方法,研究孵育的温度、时间、pH及料液比4种因素对孵育后的蛋白酶活力及多肽含量的影响。 方法 通过单因素和响应曲面试验进行工艺条件优化。 结果 与未进行微波辅助预处理的样品相比,微波辅助处理(600 W, 10 s)能显著提高孵育后样品中的蛋白酶酶活力(约9.4倍)和肽含量(约3.1倍)。经过微波辅助处理后,孵育温度为51.5℃、pH为4.0、时间为6.33 h、料液比为1:7时,蛋白酶活力达最高为3826.24 U/g;孵育温度为45.0 ℃、pH为4.8、时间为8 h、料液比为1:7时,肽含量达最高为262.63 mg/g。 结论 微波辅助处理能有效的激活麦胚孵育液中的内源性蛋白酶活性,促进蛋白水解反应,显著提高孵育后的肽含量。该研究结果为麦胚多肽的制备新工艺开发提供了研究基础。  相似文献

系统阐述了基准平面垂直断面法在爆破漏斗试验中测量爆破漏斗体积的基本原理,并将隧道激光断面仪应用于金厂河矿1 750 m水平15#采场底部切割巷道爆破漏斗试验爆破漏斗体积测量中。通过与传统体重法等计算法所得漏斗体积分析比较,结果表明基于隧道激光断面仪与3D Mine软件分析的基准平面垂直断面法实用性强、操作方便、结果直观可靠,达到试验预期目的。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of tumbling at different post-mortem times on the proteolytic features and quality attributes of beef loins (M. longissimus lumborum). Loins (n = 12) were cut into 4 sections and assigned to tumbling at 1, 6 or 11 days post-mortem or non-tumbled control. Upon tumbling, additional ageing was applied to a common post-mortem time of 16 days. In general, tumbling had no considerable impacts on water-holding ability of samples. Tumbling resulted in an immediate decrease in shear force values (WBSF) of beef samples. Tumbling at 1 day post-mortem with no ageing had similar WBSF compared to the non-tumbled controls at 16 days (P > 0.05). With ageing, tumbling increased amounts of protein degradation, myofibrillar fragmentation and calpain-1 autolysis of samples. These results suggest that early post-mortem tumbling coupled with ageing can synergistically impact the tenderness development of beef loins and shorten the necessary ageing period.  相似文献

Minimizing entropy generation is a technique that helps improve the effectiveness of real processes by studying the associated irreversibility of system performance of nanofluid. This study examines the entropy generation analysis of electromagnetohydrodynamic radiative Casson flow induced by a stretching Riga plate in a non-Darcian porous medium under the influence of internal energy change, Arrhenius activation energy, chemical reaction, and melting heat transfer. The thermophysical features of the fluid are assumed constant in most of the literature. However, this current research bridges this gap by considering viscosity, conductivity, and diffusivity as temperature-dependent variables. Also, the exponential decaying Grinberg term is used as a resistive force in this investigation due to the electromagnetic properties of the Riga plate in the momentum conservation equation. Some suitable dimensionless variables are introduced to remodel the transport equations into unitless ones and then solved numerically by employing Galerkin Weighted Residual Method. Analyses reveal that the Casson parameter declines the fluid velocity, while the existence of the melting parameter has the opposite effect. This work is focused on the explosion characteristics of premixed gas containing different volume fractions of hydrogen in a narrow channel (1000 mm × 50 mm × 10 mm) under the circumstance of stoichiometric ratio. The ignition positions were set in the closed end and the middle of the pipeline respectively. The results showed that when the gas was ignited at the pipeline closed end, the propagating flame was tulip structure for different premixed gas. When the hydrogen volume fraction was less than 40%, the flame propagation speed increased significantly with the rise of hydrogen volume fraction, and the overpressure peak also appeared obviously in advance. However, when the volume fraction of hydrogen was more than 40%, the increase of flame propagation speed and the overpressure peak occurrence time varied slightly. Furthermore, when the ignition position was placed in the middle of the pipeline, the flame propagation speed propagating to the opening end was much faster than that propagating to the closing end, and there was no tulip shape when the flame propagates to the opening end. The flame propagating to the closed end appeared tulip shape under the influence of airflow, and high-frequency flame oscillation occurred during the propagation. This work shows that the hydrogen volume fraction and ignition position significantly affected the flame structure, flame front speed, and explosion overpressure.  相似文献

In this study, the hydraulic reactivity and cement formation of baghdadite (Ca3ZrSi2O9) was investigated. The material was synthesized by sintering a mixture of CaCO3, SiO2, and ZrO2 and then mechanically activated using a planetary mill. This leads to a decrease in particle and crystallite size and a partial amorphization of baghdadite as shown by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and laser diffraction measurements. Baghdadite cements were formed by the addition of water at a powder to liquid ratio of 2.0 g/ml. Maximum compressive strengths were found to be ~2 MPa after 3-day setting for a 24-h ground material. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) measurements showed an incongruent dissolution profile of set cements with a preferred dissolution of calcium and only marginal release of zirconium ions. Cement formation occurs under alkaline conditions, whereas the unground raw powder leads to a pH of 11.9 during setting, while prolonged grinding increased pH values to approximately 12.3.  相似文献

To save bandwidth and storage space as well as speed up data transmission, people usually perform lossy compression on images. Although the JPEG standard is a simple and effective compression method, it usually introduces various visually unpleasing artifacts, especially the notorious blocking artifacts. In recent years, deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have seen remarkable development in compression artifacts reduction. Despite the excellent performance, most deep CNNs suffer from heavy computation due to very deep and wide architectures. In this paper, we propose an enhanced wide-activated residual network (EWARN) for efficient and accurate image deblocking. Specifically, we propose an enhanced wide-activated residual block (EWARB) as basic construction module. Our EWARB gives rise to larger activation width, better use of interdependencies among channels, and more informative and discriminative non-linearity activation features without more parameters than residual block (RB) and wide-activated residual block (WARB). Furthermore, we introduce an overlapping patches extraction and combination (OPEC) strategy into our network in a full convolution way, leading to large receptive field, enforced compatibility among adjacent blocks, and efficient deblocking. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our EWARN outperforms several state-of-the-art methods quantitatively and qualitatively with relatively small model size and less running time, achieving a good trade-off between performance and complexity.  相似文献

Several studies have confirmed the geocell reinforcement system as potential road material. However, there is a wide gap between the number of research studies evaluating the geocell in the laboratory and those dealing with road design methods using the geocell. Due to this gap, the geocell system has not reached its full potential in highways. The present study proposes fragility modeling to design low volume roads by considering the geocell reinforced layer's modulus. A predictive model was developed to estimate the geocell layer's modulus using laboratory and finite element analysis results. The results indicate that geocell reinforcement reduces the stresses on the underlying road layers. The developed fragility approach is then used to examine three road designs for Texas's low volume road involving different geocell reinforced layers. The obtained fragility curves indicate the reliability of each of the three road designs against the traffic load and can thereby assist decision-makers in selecting the optimum design. By designing geocell reinforced roads via fragility modeling, highway officials will be able to integrate any uncertainties in the design inputs and check designs against road performance criteria such as rutting and fatigue cracking, and against decision criteria such as cost, emissions, etc.  相似文献
