X-type samarium-cadmium co-substituted hexaferrite with compositions Ba2-xSmxCo2CdyFe28-yO46 (0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.08, and 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.4) were prepared at 1340 °C using a simple heat treatment technique. All heated samples were characterized using FTIR, XRD, SEM, VSM, M?ssbauer, and low-frequency dielectric measurements. XRD analysis of prepared samples shows the formation of X as a major phase along with hematite. The MS value varied from 67.01 Am2/kg to 50.43 Am2/kg; whereas the Hc value changed from 2.95 kA/m to 6.17 kA/m, A high value of MS (67.01 Am2/kg) is observed in the pure sample, and a very low value of Hc (2.95 kA/m) is observed for x = 0.06, y = 0.3 compositions, but Mr/Ms < 0.5 confirm the multi-domain nature of prepared hexaferrites. Hysteresis loops of all samples are narrow, and confirmed that formed samples belong to magnetically soft. Mössbauer spectra of the three samples (S1, S3, and S5) show the existence of doublets. Significantly low values of coercivity, retentivity, and loss tangent in Sm–Cd substituted samples signified those prepared materials can be used to design electromagnets, transformer cores, electric motors, and maybe a potential candidate for lossless low-frequency applications.  相似文献

In this work, a series of fluorine‐functionalized polysulfone (F‐PSU) copolymers with intrinsic low dielectric constants (low ε) are reported, which are derived from the polycondensation reaction of 4,4′‐dichlorophenyl sulfone with bisphenol A and bisphenol F (BPF) compounds. The resulting F‐PSU copolymers show high glass transition temperatures (Tg) varying from 187 to 201 °C and are thermally stable up to 500 °C under an N2 atmosphere. The introduction of BPF units into the PSU copolymers imparts enhanced hydrophobic properties to the F‐PSU films with increased water contact angle values from 66.2° to 93.7°. Moreover, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the F‐PSU (sample V) film are as low as 2.2 and 0.003 at 1 kHz, respectively. Interestingly, the dielectric properties are relatively stable to near the glass transition temperature, which is because of the existence of BPF structures in the molecular backbone. Furthermore, the F‐PSU copolymers are soluble in common solvents and can be readily fabricated into flexible transparent films by the spin casting method. © 2020 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Cancer is going to be the first cause of mortality worldwide in the 21th century. It is considered a multifactorial disease that results from the combined influence of many genetic aberrations, leading to abnormal cell proliferation. As microtubules are strongly implicated in cellular growth, they represent an important target for cancer treatment. The well-known microtubule-targeting agents (MTAs) including paclitaxel, colchicine and vinca alkaloids are commonly used in the treatment of various cancers. However, adverse effects and drug resistance are major limitations in their clinical use. To find new candidates able to induce microtubule alteration with reduced toxic effects or drug resistance, we studied a small new series of derivatives that present imidazolinic, guanidinic, thioureidic and hydrazinic groups ( 1 – 9 ). All the compounds were tested for their antitumor activity against a panel of six tumoral cell models. In particular, compound 8 (nonane-1,9-diyl-bis-S-amidinothiourea dihydrobromide) showed the lowest IC50 value against HeLa cells, together with a low cytotoxicity for normal cells. This compound was able to induce the apoptotic mitochondrial pathway and inhibited tubulin polymerization with a similar efficacy to vinblastine and nocodazole. Taken together, these promising biological properties make compound 8 useful for the development of novel therapeutic approaches in cancer treatment.  相似文献

Direct measurements of the intrinsic torque profile in L-mode plasmas on the EAST tokamak have been performed using the balanced neutral beam injection. Co-and counter-current neutral beams are modulated to balance the intrinsic and externally injected torques, which result in the rotation profile close to zero and flat. The experimental results show that the intrinsic torque derived from momentum balance equations is found to be in the co-current direction, peaked in the plasma edge and negligibly small in the core.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

High strength structural (HSS) steels are widely used in many construction equipment and infrastructures. Currently, there is a substantial demand of Non-Destructive Testing of these steel structures. In this research, the electromagnetic technique was utilised to assess the plastic damage in a typical HSS steel (i.e. Q690 steel). The results showed that the magnetic hysteresis loop of this material changed apparently after the tensile deformation, and the relevant magnetic parameters such as coercivity, remanence, and maximum permeability were sensitive to the cumulative plastic strain. The results demonstrated that there is a good coherence between the plastic damage evolution and the magnetic parameters variation, which indicated that the electromagnetic technique is an effective method to assess the plastic damage of HSS steel.  相似文献

针对煤矿井下孔内仪器续航能力差且现有的发电技术难以满足煤矿钻探安全性要求等技术问题,设计开发了一套煤矿井下涡轮发电机装置。流动的泥浆进入转子涡轮叶片流道,带动涡轮高速旋转,从而驱动发电机组件的转子旋转,产生交流电能;将交流电能转化为直流电后对充电电池组进行充电,电池组经过本安保护后提供电能给负载使用。经过搭建试验平台,对样机转速和水流驱动性能进行了测试,试验数据证明样机符合设计目标,能够满足煤矿井下钻孔内探测仪器的使用要求。  相似文献

Inhalational anesthetics are routinely employed in clinical practice to accomplish general anesthesia. Concerns have recently emerged regarding the deleterious impact of these volatile agents on cognitive performance, immune functions, and tumor recurrence and metastasis. These agents have been shown to modify the gene‐expression pattern as well as cell signaling in tumor cells, but the underlying molecular mechanisms remain a matter of conjecture. Regulatory/signaling proteins either of cytosolic or membrane origin abundantly contain intrinsically disordered sequences, the conformational pliability of which is pivotal in their biological functions. It is well known that chloroform (an anesthetic itself), trifluoroethanol, hexafluoroisopropanol, and related haloalcohols markedly affect the structure of disordered proteins and protein regions by inducing folding, misfolding, or even aggregation. Taking into consideration the physicochemical similarities and protein interaction modes of these volatile solvents and inhaled anesthetics, it is postulated that administration of these drugs can also modify the secondary structure of disordered protein segments. Accordingly, pharmacological effects of anesthetics may, at least in part, be mediated by conformational perturbations of intrinsic disorder‐based regulatory protein networks of cells.  相似文献
