从动量和能量守恒方程出发,提出速度场与温度场的协同耦合作用对聚合物流动与换热具有重要影响,并以此为依据设计了新型扭转螺杆结构和场协同螺杆。以聚丙烯(PP)和聚苯乙烯(PS)为原料制备PP/PS复合材料体系,通过挤出试验对比研究了常规螺杆与场协同螺杆的传热传质性能。结果表明,相对于常规螺杆,设置有扭转螺杆结构的场协同螺杆的数均粒径更小、粒径分布密度和平均停留时间更大,提高了挤出机的混合能力;场协同螺杆的对流换热系数更大、径向温差更小,提高了挤出机的换热能力。  相似文献

Hydroisomerization of linear alkanes to branched isomers is an important petrochemical process for production of gasoline with high octane number.Non-noble metal bifunctional catalysts used in this process always suffer from low metal dispersion and poor metal-acid synergy.Herein,a facile one-pot synthesis method was used to simultaneously regulate metal particle sizes and acidity of the Ni-SAPO-11 hydroisomerization catalyst.The physicochemical properties are investigated using XANES,EXAFS,TEM/STEM,FT-1R,XPS,UV-vis and NH3-TPD.Apart from the highly dispersed nickel nanoparticles with an average diameter of 8 nm,the framework Ni2+ions are generated via substituting framework Al3+ions of the SAPO-11.The formed NiP-OH structures have lower deprotonation energy(DPE)than the SiAl-OH ones,contributing more and stronger acid sites to the Ni-SAPO-11 catalyst.The great metal-acid synergy including high metal to acid sites ratio(nNi/nA)and close intimacy is obtained for the Ni-SAPO-11 catalyst.The Ni-SAPO-11 catalyst outperforms the counterpart prepared by the impregnation method and exhibits comparable activity and isomers selectivity to the Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst in the n-hexane hydroisomerization.  相似文献

In parts of Africa and Asia, self‐medication with a hot water infusion of Artemisia annua (Artemisia tea) is a common practice for a number of ailments including malaria and cancer. In our earlier work, such an extract showed better potency than artemisinin alone against both chloroquine‐sensitive and ‐resistant parasites. In this study, in vitro tests of the infusion in MCF7 cells showed high IC50 values (>200 μM ). The combination of artemisinin and 3‐caffeoylquinic acid (3CA), two major components in the extract, was strongly antagonistic and gave a near total loss of cytotoxicity for artemisinin. We observed that the interaction of 3CAs with another cytotoxic compound, cisplatin, showed potentiation of activity by 2.5‐fold. The chelation of cellular iron by 3CA is hypothesized as a possible explanation for the loss of artemisinin activity.  相似文献

为了分析换热管几何参数对扭曲椭圆管换热器管程和壳程的传热与压降性能以及场协同关系的影响,今运用Fluent 6.3.26对不同几何参数的扭曲椭圆管换热器的管内和管外对流传热进行了数值模拟,并编写UDF程序计算温度场与速度场的夹角,即场协同角。结果表明:Realizable k-ε模型相对更好地模拟出扭曲椭圆管换热器管内和管外的流场和温度场,努赛尔数Nu以及摩擦系数f与实验结果的差别都在5%以内。在扭曲椭圆管换热器的管程和壳程,Nu和f都随着扭曲椭圆管长短轴比的增大而增大,随着扭矩的减小而增大。基于场协同理论分析,协同角随Re的变化不大,但不同几何参数的扭曲椭圆管管内和管外的协同角都存在差异,二次流的出现优化了速度场以及温度场分布,减小了速度场以及温度梯度场之间的夹角,实现强化传热。  相似文献

A spiroindolinone, (1S,3R,3aR,6aS)‐1‐benzyl‐6′‐chloro‐5‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐7′‐methylspiro[1,2,3a,6a‐tetrahydropyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐3,3′‐1H‐indole]‐2′,4,6‐trione, was previously reported to enhance the antifungal effect of fluconazole against Candida albicans. A diastereomer of this compound was synthesized, along with various analogues. Many of the compounds were shown to enhance the antifungal effect of fluconazole against C. albicans, some with exquisite potency. One spirocyclic piperazine derivative, which we have named synazo‐1, was found to enhance the effect of fluconazole with an EC50 value of 300 pM against a susceptible strain of C. albicans and going as low as 2 nM against some resistant strains. Synazo‐1 exhibits true synergy with fluconazole, with an FIC index below 0.5 in the strains tested. Synazo‐1 exhibited low toxicity in mammalian cells relative to the concentrations required for antifungal synergy.  相似文献

Corrosion is one of the major causes of failure in onshore and offshore oil and gas operations. Microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) is inherently more complex to predict, detect and measure because, for instance, the presence of biofilm and/or bacterial products is not sufficient to indicate active microbiological corrosion. The major challenge for current MIC models is to correlate factors that influence corrosion (i.e. chemical, physical, biological and molecular variables) with the potential of having MIC. Previous work has proposed the potential for MIC as a simple product of multiple factors, without fully considering the synergy or the interference among the factors. The present work proposes a network-based approach to analyse and predict MIC potential considering the complex interactions among a total of 60 influencing factors and 20 screening parameters. The proposed model has the ability to capture the complex interdependences and the synergic interactions of the factors used to assess MIC potential and uses an object-oriented approach based on a Bayesian Network. The model has been tested and verified using real data from a pipeline leakage incident that was a result of MIC. The proposed model constitutes a significant step in deepening the understanding of when MIC occurs and its predictability.

2020年以来,在应对突发疫情公共危机过程中,物业服务企业担当了社会防控主力军重任,充分展示了其协同政府应对公共危机的重要作用,但也面临着缺乏防控物资保障、缺乏防控措施依法授权及缺乏相应指导和扶持等突出问题的制约。本文旨在通过分析物业服务企业在疫情防控中面临的困难,并结合近年来物业管理工作中出现的一些普遍性问题,研究提出将物业服务企业更加充分地纳入疫情防控体系及基层社会治理体系的具体措施。  相似文献
