Effects of hydroxyl radical induced oxidation on water holding capacity and protein structure of jumbo squid (Dosidicus gigas) mantle

Protein oxidation is considered as an important issue in food preservation process. In the present study, the potential influence of protein oxidation on water holding capacity and protein structure of jumbo squid (Dosidicus gigas) mantle was investigated. After the hydroxyl radical oxidation, it was found that the carbonyl, surface hydrophobicity and dityrosine content of myofibrillar protein significantly increased (P < 0.05), while the content of total sulphydryl decreased significantly (P < 0.01). Meanwhile, the fluorescence intensity of squid was weakened, and the maximum absorption peak of fluorescence red shift as the H₂O₂ concentration increased. The sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) showed that not only the protein cross-linking but also degradation could have occurred. The content of α-helix decreased, the content of β-sheet, β-turn and the unordered structures increased after oxidation. In addition, oxidation resulted in a decrease in water holding capacity. Taken together, oxidation resulted in the damage of the myofibrillar structure, the increase in muscle loss rate and the decrease in water holding capacity.     

无黏结预应力框架结构的拆改加固设计

连续多跨的二层无粘结预应力混凝土框架结构按照改造需要拆成单跨框架结构,且增加一层。某一方向的预应力钢筋将全部切断。通过对多种改造加固方案的比选,最终确定了无粘结预应力钢绞线应力释放和重张拉法。通过与专业施工单位的共同配合,顺利完成了该工程预应力拆除改造关键技术,施工监测表明,通过施工监测表明整个拆改过程变形合理可控。本项目取得了较好的经济效应,且是改造项目中的绿色工程。     

基于衰变链计算的裂变产物缓发γ能谱分析

在军控核查技术中，缓发γ能谱是核材料的“指纹”。为计算和分析铀裂变产物的缓发γ能谱，本文将各种类型的衰变链简化为基态线性链和激发态线性链，推导了零时前后各级核素数目的变化公式，建构了计算缓发γ射线能谱的C语言程序代码，并通过实验对理论推导进行了验证。通过分析几种核素的缓发γ射线计数发现，计算结果与实验数据吻合较好。

骨料浸渍氧化铝浆体对高炉炭砖显微结构和性能影响

针对炭砖为主要原料电煅煤的多孔结构,采用真空浸渍浆体方法对电煅煤骨料进行处理来改善骨料的致密度,从而优化炭砖的微孔结构,提高炭砖性能.首先对电煅煤骨料进行真空浸渍氧化铝浆体处理,得到浸渍氧化铝电煅煤骨料(以下简称浸渍骨料),然后将浸渍骨料取代电煅煤骨料引入到炭砖中,借助场发射扫描电镜、压汞仪和CT扫描仪等研究了浸渍骨料对高温热处理后炭砖显微结构、微孔结构和性能的影响.结果表明:通过真空浸渍氧化铝方法,氧化铝填充进电煅煤骨料的开口气孔和裂缝中,使骨料更加致密.将浸渍骨料引入到炭砖中,炭砖经不同温度处理后的性能得到明显改善,如经1400℃处理后炭砖的耐压强度提高近50％,平均孔径降低至73 nm,<1μm孔容积率达到80％左右.炭砖性能的改善主要与引入更加致密的浸渍骨料和形成更多的原位陶瓷相有关.     

基于ＰＩＤ控制算法的直流微网容错控制方法研究

构建直流微网容错控制对象模型，调节直流微电网的输出回路参数；以输出功率、直流微网的 参考电压、弱电网下系统惯性响应特征等为约束参量，构建直流微网容错控制目标函数，在不同电网强度下 进行直流微网容错控制的参数自整定性调节，采用无功环比例积分控制方法进行直流微网容错寻优分析， 建立模糊 ＰＩＤ控制模型，采用变结构的模糊 ＰＩＤ控制方法进行直流微网容错控制过程中的自适应加权学习 和误差反馈调节，实现直流微网容错控制改进设计。仿真结果表明，采用该方法进行直流微网控制的容错 性能较好，输出稳定性较强，具有较好的直流微网输出增益。
