For the three‐phase identification of solid oxide cuel cell (SOFC) electrode, this paper presents a novel segmentation method based on gaussian mixture model (GMM) for YSZ/Ni anode optical microscopy (OM) images. A coarseness‐entropy adaptive factor is defined to incorporate the spatial information based on markov random field (MRF) into GMM. Furthermore, the proposed method can obtain the trade‐off between robustness to noise and effectiveness of preserving the details. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the compared method on three‐phase microstructure identification. It can provide reliable foundation for the quantification of SOFC microstructure parameters. 相似文献

This paper addresses estimation fusion in the presence of possible mismatches of sensor model. The main concerns of the paper lie in two aspects. One is to improve the filter performance of the single sensor when there are possible mismatches about the sensor model. The other one is to adopt a good fusion scheme to combine local estimates. For these purposes, the measurement process of the local sensor is modeled by multiple models firstly, and the IMM (interacting multiple model) estimator is implemented to produce estimates for individual models. Next, we describe the local estimate by a Gaussian mixture rather than a single Gaussian density in the baseline IMM filter. Such a GMM (Gaussian mixture model) representation of the system state allows us to keep the detailed information about the local tracker, which contributes to the further fusion if treated properly. Finally, the fusion of two Gaussian mixtures is done in the probabilistic framework, and a close-form solution is derived without complex numerical operations. 针对夜间车辆检测精度相对不高的问题,提出通过构建车头灯对空间几何关系的高斯混合模型(GMM)和采用逆投影车辆样本的AdaBoost分类器准确检测夜间车辆的方法。首先,在交通场景中根据车头灯对的空间位置关系设置逆投影面,通过图像预处理粗定位车灯区域;其次,在逆投影图像下利用车头灯对的空间几何关系构建车灯对的高斯混合模型,初步匹配车头灯对;最后,采用逆投影车辆样本,利用AdaBoost分类器进一步准确检测车辆。实验在3个交通场景的检测结果表明,与原始图像下的AdaBoost方法相比,所提方法的检测率提高了1.93%,漏检率降低了17.83%,误检率降低了27.61%;与D-S (Dempster-Shafer)证据理论方法相比,检测率提高了2.03%,漏检率降低了7.58%,误检率降低了47.51%。所提方法提高了相对检测精度,减少了地面反光和影子等的干扰,满足交通场景中夜间车辆检测的可靠性和准确性的要求。 相似文献

This paper presents a novel framework for detecting abandoned objects by introducing a fully-automatic GrabCut object segmentation. GrabCut seed initialization is treated as a background (BG) modelling problem that focuses only on unhanded objects and objects that become immobile. The BG distribution is constructed with dual Gaussian mixtures that are comprised of high and low learning rate models. We propose a primitive BG model-based removed object validation and Haar feature-based cascade classifier for still-people detection once a candidate for a released object has been detected. Our system can obtain more robust and accurate results for real environments based on evaluations of realistic scenes from CAVIAR, PETS2006, CDnet 2014, and our own datasets. 相似文献

说话人识别的关键在于如何为集合中的每一个人建立一个能表征该说话人个性特征的声学模型,建模方法将会严重影响系统的性能。基于当今与文本无关的话者识别的主流模型——高斯混合模型(Gaussian Mixture Model,GMM)的基础上,从声学的角度剖析了男女发音的差别,以增加说话人之间的差异性为出发点,引入竞争性思想和通用背景模型(Universal Background Model,UBM),提出了具有区分性的GMM的建模方法,克服了传统GMM需要大量训练样本的局限性和UBM将说话人强制服从统一分布的弱点。最后实验的对比结果表明,具有区分性的GMM相比传统的高斯混合模型在识别率上有所提高。 相似文献

无线定位是车联网中各应用的基础,对实时性和精度要求更高。基于此,本文提出了一个在WAVE系统下基于混合高斯模型的位置指纹定位算法。该算法由离线训练和在线定位两部分组成,采用GMM对离线训练阶段的指纹数据库进行聚类建模处理,并在定位阶段对结果采用多点均值方法,不仅降到了系统定位误差,也减少了定位阶段的运算量,提高了定位的实时性。实验结果表明,该算法有较好的定位精度和实时性,为WAVE环境下的快速定位进一步研究提供有效参考价值。 相似文献

In this paper we present a novel foreground segmentation system that combines color and depth sensors information to perform a more complete Bayesian segmentation between foreground and background classes. The system shows a combination of spatial-color and spatial-depth region-based models for the foreground as well as color and depth pixel-wise models for the background in a Logarithmic Opinion Pool decision framework used to correctly combine the likelihoods of each model. A posterior enhancement step based on a trimap analysis is also proposed in order to correct the precision errors that the depth sensor introduces. The results presented in this paper show that our system is robust in front of color and depth camouflage problems between the foreground object and the background, and also improves the segmentation in the area of the objects’ contours by reducing the false positive detections that appear due to the lack of precision of the depth sensors. 相似文献
