The overall efficiency of photovoltaic power systems (PVPS) depends on the efficiency of the PV panels, the storage batteries, and the efficiency of the inverter circuitry. The last is greatly influenced by the connected load, as the efficiencies are severly reduced when operating at low loads. This is especially effective when the PVPS is most likely to operate with a fraction of the full load. The suggested inverter has excellent efficiency characteristics over a wide power range, and because it contains only electronic components further cost reduction can be expected. Experimentally this inverter is designed for a 120 W output using thyristor switching devices; the efficiency obtained is 88% at full load and 85.2% at 10% of full load, with a maximum output voltage of 60 V stepped sinewave with frequency of 50 Hz. However, higher power outputs could also be achieved with this type of inverter. 相似文献

The predicted growth of small-scale non-50/60 Hz power sources and the desire to be able to support loads independently of the public electricity grid requires the development inverter-based micro-grids. Power electronic interfaces have very different characteristics to conventional electrical machines and, therefore, different operation, control and protection schemes are required. Attention also needs to be given to the dominance of single-phase harmonically distorting loads in some networks and control schemes put in place that maintain voltage quality. A control scheme that exploits the controllability of inverters to operate a micro-grid and provide good power quality is examined and compared with both traditional power systems and with control of dc/dc power converters. The limitations of communication and control bandwidth are discussed. Experimental results are used to illustrate the performance that can be achieved with various combinations of linear and non-linear, three-phase and single-phase loads. 相似文献

In the framework of the European research project PV2GO, a new AC-module inverter was developed, taking into account all relevant aspects from a European market's point of view (standards, market, application, and research and development goals). The project goal was to achieve the overall system costs of 3 Euro per Wp for a modular plug-and-play photovoltaic system. For the photovoltaic-module, a standard 130-Wp Eurosolare module was chosen. The research and development (R&D) goal was to develop an advanced DC-control system consisting of a state-of-the-art programmable digital device and an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) for the AC-control of the inverter. According to the topology concept, thermal and magnetic designs were optimized with regard to production technology and packaging for large-scale production. The new AC-modules were tested in a number of field-test sites in various parts of Europe and their reliability was assessed through Highly Accelerated Stress Tests. Efficiency and power quality have been tested in the laboratory. Further in the PV2GO project an optimization study of the manufacturing process of the new generation of AC-modules for high volume output was done. 提出了一种电流型调节逆变器的冗余并联控制方法.并联逆变器模块之间仅通过一个三线总线互连构成分布式冗余并联系统而与模块数无关,各逆变模块的电压调节器的输出信号由一种分布在各逆变模块中的平均电路综合后生成各模块共享的基准电流信号、实现瞬时均流.分析了系统结构和工作原理,证明了并联系统具有与原单个模块等效的传递函数和控制性能、以及与主从并联控制方式相同的动静态均流性能,仿真和实验验证结果证明了方法的有效性. 相似文献

该文提出将PWM技术应用于阶梯波合成逆变器,以实现逆变器的输出电压调节。该文分析了方案的基本原理和性能,将单脉冲调制应用于12阶梯波逆变器,可以在较大的输入电压范围内调节输出电压同时保证波形具有良好的正弦性。研制的80kVA逆变器证明了该技术的可行性,由于功率管开关频率低,具有效率高的突出优点。 相似文献
