利用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamic, CFD)方法,针对连续螺旋折流板换热器建立物理模型和数学模型,在管侧介质为水和壳侧介质为原油条件下,研究不同原油流量及螺旋角对螺旋折流板换热器内部流场、换热性能及阻力性能的影响,并拟合了水油换热时螺旋折流板换热器的Nu、f与Re的关联式。结果表明:22°螺旋角的螺旋折流板换热器与其它较小螺旋角换热器对比,壳侧压降和换热系数逐渐减小,综合换热性能最佳。通过对壳侧原油为层流状态下的阻力系数和对流换热系数关系式进行拟合,更好地指导水-油连续螺旋折流板换热器的热力设计。 相似文献

Food additives, often used to guarantee the texture, shelf-life, taste, and appearance of processed foods, have gained widespread attention due to their increased link to the growing incidence of chronic diseases. As one of the most common additives, carrageenans have been used in human diets for hundreds of years. While classified as generally recognized as safe (GRAS) for human consumption, numerous studies since the 1980s have suggested that carrageenans, particularly those with random coil conformations, may have adverse effects on gastrointestinal health, including aggravating intestinal inflammation. While these studies have provided some evidence of adverse effects, the topic is still controversial. Some have suggested that the negative consequence of the consumption of carrageenans may be structure dependent. Furthermore, pre-existing conditions may predispose individuals to varied outcomes of carrageenan intake. In this review, structure–function relationships of various carrageenans in the context of food safety are discussed. We reviewed the molecular mechanisms by which carrageenans exert their biological effects. We summarized the findings associated with carrageenan intake in animal models and clinical trials. Moreover, we examined the interactions between carrageenans and the gut microbiome in the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal disorders. This review argues for personalized guidance on carrageenan intake based on individuals’ health status. Future research efforts that aim to close the knowledge gap on the effect of low-dose and chronic carrageenan intake as well as interactions among food additives should be conducive to the improved safety profile of carrageenans in processed food products. 相似文献

增大源距是提高随钻电磁波电阻率测井仪器探测深度的有效方法,但是接收信号随源距增大严重衰减。本文将谐振原理引入随钻电磁波电阻率测井,采用双发单收谐振型线圈系结构,提高接收线圈的电压幅度。实验室通常采用刻度环模拟地层电导率,开展仪器响应特性研究。双发单收谐振型线圈系的刻度方法与传统的开路线圈系结构完全不同。本文基于DOLL几何因子理论,对双发单收谐振型线圈系刻度环参数选择方法进行研究,发现参数选择应该兼顾相对平稳度与刻度环电阻分辨度,以减小测量误差。实验比较了均匀地层中接收线圈开路和谐振响应特性,表明谐振方法只增大了接收响应的幅值而没有改变幅度比,验证了刻度环参数选择方法的正确性以及谐振方法的正确性。 相似文献

目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)多期增强扫描在肾脏透明细胞癌诊断中的规律性,提高对该肿瘤诊断水平。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2018年6月14例均经手术切除病理证实为肾脏透明细胞癌患者的CT影像资料,所有病例均行MSCT平扫及多期动态增强扫描。结果14例肾脏透明细胞癌形态大多数呈圆形或者类圆形,瘤体最大径范围1.7cm^11.3cm,平均(4.8±1.4)cm,13例CT平扫时肿瘤密度不均匀,呈等低密度,1例呈等密度;12例出现坏死囊变,钙化1例,伴肾盂、肾盏侵犯2例;动态增强扫描可见12例包膜完整,1例均匀性强化,13例不均匀性强化;引入对比剂后皮质期,出现10例病灶强化幅度大于肾皮质,而仅4例低于肾皮质,三期平均CT值分别为110±30Hu,90±15Hu及75±14Hu,其中在实质期出现13例肿瘤强化幅度小于肾实质,仅1例大于肾实质。结论引入对比剂动态增强扫描后,肾脏透明细胞癌在皮质期明显不均匀强化,实质期强化幅度下降显著,呈现出典型的“快进快出”血流动力学强化方式,且肿瘤容易出现坏死、囊变为其特点。 相似文献

Nanopowders and thin films of (СeO2)1-x(Y2O3)x composition (x = 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) were obtained by the sol-gel process, using hydrolytically active complexes of the metal alkoxoacetylacetonate class [M(C5H7O2)3-y(C5H11Oi)y] (M = Ce3+ and Y3+) as precursors. The impact of the chemical composition and crystallization conditions on the microstructure, electrophysical and chemosensory characteristics of the obtained planar-type solid electrolytes was studied. The prospects of the thin-film nanostructures obtained as receptor components of resistive oxygen sensors, as well as of electrolytes of planar-type intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) have been shown. It has been found that (CeO2)0.90(Y2O3)0.10 thin films demonstrate the maximum values of electrical conductivity (550 °C) and the highest sensory response when detecting oxygen (concentration range 1–20%, operating temperature range 300–450 °C). 相似文献

近年来,我国多项煤制天然气示范工程投入运行,X80钢螺旋焊管常用于天然气长输管道建设,其与煤制天然气的相容性直接影响了长输管道的服役寿命和安全可靠性。为研究煤制天然气对国产X80钢螺旋焊管的力学性能影响,分别从埋弧螺旋焊管的母材和螺旋焊缝处取样,在总压为12 MPa,氢气分数为0,1vol%,2.2vol%,5vol%的模拟环境中分别进行慢应变速率拉伸试验和疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验。试验结果表明:含氢量5vol%以下时,煤制天然气对国产X80管线钢强度性能影响很小,但对塑性性能有一定影响,对疲劳裂纹扩展性能影响很大,煤制天然气中氢对母材的疲劳裂纹扩展性能劣化影响比螺旋焊缝严重。 相似文献

Heat exchangers are extensively used in various industries. In this study, the impact of geometric and flow parameters on the performance of a shell and double helical coil heat exchanger is studied numerically. The investigated geometric parameters include external coil pitch, internal coil pitch, internal coil diameter, and coil diameter. The influences of considered geometrical parameters are analyzed on the output temperature of the hot and cold fluid, convective heat transfer coefficient, pressure drop, and average Nusselt number. Water is considered as working fluid in both shell and tube. As an innovation, double helical coils are used instead of one in the heat exchanger. To compare the obtained results accurately, in each section, the heat transfer area (coil outer surface) is kept constant in all models. The results show that the geometrical parameters of double helical coils significantly affect the heat transfer rate. 相似文献

Experiments and numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the dispersion of turbulent jets issuing from realistic pipe geometries. The effect of jet densities and Reynolds numbers on vertical buoyant jets were investigated, as they emerged from the side wall of a circular pipe, through a round orifice. Particle image velocimetry (PIV) and planar laser-induced fluorescence (PLIF) techniques were employed simultaneously to provide time-averaged flow velocity and concentrations fields. Large eddy simulation (LES) was applied to provide further detail with regards to the three-dimensionality of air, helium, and hydrogen jets. These jets were always asymmetric and found to deflect about the vertical axis. The deflection was influenced by buoyancy, where heavier gases deflected more than lighter gases. Significant turbulent mixing was also observed in the near field. The jets from realistic pipe geometries experienced faster velocity decay and asymmetric jet spreading compared to round jets. These findings indicate that conventional round jet assumptions are, to some extent, inadequate to predict gas concentration, entrainment rates and, consequently, the extent of the flammability envelope of realistic gas leaks. 相似文献

为了得到时间更短加载效果相同的加速耐久性试验载荷谱,提出了基于多参数特征保留的载荷谱编辑方法。该方法同时考虑载荷谱的损伤、功率谱密度以及统计参数等信息,对零部件载荷谱的时间进行压缩。以汽车悬架螺旋弹簧的载荷谱为例,采用该方法进行缩减,同时从多个参数特征方面与传统的基于损伤保留的编辑方法所得到的载荷谱进行对比。为了进一步验证编辑效果,采用编辑谱和原始谱对弹簧进行疲劳仿真。结果表明,该方法能够有效缩短汽车零部件的载荷谱,可得到与原始载荷谱具有相同加载效果的编辑载荷谱。 相似文献
