基于输入电流和输出电压的Vienna整流器单管开路故障诊断方法

单管开路故障是Vienna整流器的常见故障形式,为提高单管开路故障诊断的准确性和可靠性,基于输入电流和输出电压提出了一种故障诊断方法。首先,分析单管开路故障时的故障机理,选取故障时输入电流和输出电压作为故障特征量;然后,通过检测输入电流的零值稳区和分析输出电容电压差的谐波变化,设计故障诊断方法;最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提方法的有效性。所提出的方法结合电流、电压故障特性,在快速诊断的同时大幅提高了诊断结果的准确性和可靠性,在负载突变的情况下仍能正确工作,并且不需要添加额外的硬件设备,方便嵌入已有的控制系统中,能够实现单管开路故障的快速在线诊断。     

Vienna整流器滑模直接功率及中点电位平衡控制策略

根据Vienna整流器的工作原理,建立基于开关函数的功率数学模型,在此基础上设计新型滑模直接功率控制策略,详细推导该控制算法,并给出具体设计过程;另外针对Vienna整流器存在中点电位波动和传统空间矢量调制计算繁琐等问题,提出基于载波调制的等效空间矢量调制算法,通过在载波调制中加入零序分量来等效空间矢量调制策略,同时在零序分量中加入平衡因子来控制中点电位平衡。滑模直接功率算法与等效空间矢量调制技术相结合可以实现开关定频和中点电位平衡,同时降低开关损耗,使Vienna整流器工作在近似单位功率因数下。最后搭建实验平台进行实验验证,结果表明:基于新型滑模直接功率控制策略和等效空间矢量调制算法相结合的Vienna整流器具有较好的鲁棒性和动态性能。     

Upgrading Computational Design

Vienna整流器网压重构功率控制

在电网电压不平衡下采用双闭环PI控制策略需对电网电压正负序分量分别控制,同时其参数整定较为复杂、稳定性能较差。为了简化在不平衡下的控制结构,提高系统的整体控制效果,提出了一种在电网不平衡下的Vienna整流器网压重构功率控制策略。首先,通过在αβ两相静止坐标系下对电网不平衡电压采用网压重构控制进行处理,减少了坐标变换,取消了正负序分量分离;然后,从优化整定参数复杂性的角度,建立以瞬时功率理论为基础的预测功率数学模型,取消了PI控制器参数的整定;最后,通过在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建基于网压重构的预测功率控制与PI双闭环控制策略的仿真模型进行对比分析。对比分析表明,相比于传统PI控制策略,控制策略在电网不平衡下降低了网侧电流总畸变率约70%,在电网不平衡且负载突变下降低了约40%,并进一步在实验平台上验证了该控制策略的可行性。     

一种单相Vienna整流器及其控制方法

针对三相单相输入兼容场合使用的电动汽车直流充电模块,在三相Vienna整流器结构的基础上,提出了一种单相Vienna整流器结构及3种调制方法。第1种调制方法中2组开关管共用一个调制波,同时通断;第2种调制方法中一组开关管恒通,另一组开关管工作在高频PWM模式;第3种调制方法为2组开关管有2个独立的调制波。分析表明,第3中调制方法具有实现宽范围输出和能够调整输出电压不平衡的优点。基于第3种调制方法,建立了该整流器的数学模型,进而提出了含有输出电压upn与输出电压差Δupn两个控制环的整流器控制方法。通过对一个110 V AC输入的整流器的仿真和实验表明,只有第3种调制方法能够既实现200～380 V DC的宽范围输出电压,又能在输出电容和负载不平衡的条件下实现输出电压的平衡。     

Design and real time implementation of three-phase three switches three levels Vienna rectifier based on intelligent controllers

This paper treats the control of multilevel rectifier by applying the soft computing technique represented by the fuzzy logic. This latest, provides an inexpensive solution for controlling the ill-known complex systems, while relying on the imitation of human reasoning. In our case, the proposed intelligent controller aims at eliminating the current line harmonics, guaranteing an improved power factor, reducing the output voltage ripple and ensuring the balance between the two voltages across the two capacitors of Vienna rectifier. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed control for Vienna rectifier, a comparative study in real time via the dSPACE card 1104 has been carried out between the traditional approach based on the conventional controllers and the new method using an intelligent controller. The experimental results confirm that the modified control approach has guaranteed a good quality of source currents in phase with the grid voltages and operation of the studied system with a power factor very close to unity. Furthermore, only one fuzzy controller used has ensured the regulation of the DC bus voltage, the minimization of the undulations for the two partial voltages and the improvement of the error of the voltage balance for the Vienna rectifier.     

浅色焦香麦芽在低度淡爽型啤酒酿造中的应用

浅色焦香麦芽含有较多的类黑素等高分子物质，研究采用添加6％的浅色焦香麦芽酿造低度淡爽型啤酒。结果表明，添加浅色焦香麦芽可使啤酒口味更加柔和醇厚；明显增加麦芽香味；不影响啤酒的色度；可增加啤酒的泡沫性；成熟啤酒的各项指标符合GB4928要求；该麦芽适合酿造低度淡爽型啤酒或酿制高辅料比啤酒。     

Vienna整流器单周控制技术研究

通过分析三相三开关三电平(Vienna)整流器的工作原理,研究了该整流器的单周控制策略,并采用电压外环和电流内环的双闭环控制,实现了Vienna整流器的可靠稳定、低谐波畸变特性。基于Matlab仿真平台,搭建了Vienna整流器的仿真模型,仿真结果表明,基于单周控制方法的8 kW三相PFC整流器,控制结构简单,系统可靠稳定,谐波畸变率＜3%,功率因数可达99%。
