Mangiferin (MGF) is a phenolic compound isolated from mango, but its poor solubility significantly limits its use. In this study, MGF was embedded into the inner aqueous phase of W1/O/W2 emulsions. Firstly, the dissolution method of MGF was determined. MGF remained stable in solution with pH 13 at 30 min, and its solubility reached 10 mg mL−1. When the pH of MGF solutions was adjusted from pH 13 to pH 6, MGF did not immediately crystallise, providing sufficient time to construct the MGF-loaded W1/O/W2 emulsions. Subsequently, the MGF-loaded W1/O/W2 emulsions were constructed using polyglycerol polyricinoleate (PGPR) and calcium caseinate (CAS). The formation and stability of the W1/O/W2 emulsions were investigated. The MGF-loaded W1/O/W2 emulsions stabilised with 1% PGPR and 1% – 3% CAS exhibited a low viscosity, limited loading capacity, and poor stability. Conversely, the MGF-loaded W1/O/W2 emulsions stabilised by 3%PGPR–3%CAS exhibited optimal loading capacity (encapsulation efficiency = 95.31% and loading efficiency = 0.91%) and stability, which was attributed to the fact that high viscosity and gel state retarded the migration of inner aqueous phase. These results indicated that the W1/O/W2 emulsions stabilised by PGPR and CAS may be a potential alternative for encapsulating mangiferin.  相似文献

Photocatalytic H2 generation using semiconductor photocatalysts is considered as a cost-effective and eco-friendly technology for solar to energy conversion; however, the present photocatalysts have been recognized to depict low efficiency. Currently, porous coordination polymers known as metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) constituting flexible and modifiable porous structure and having excess active sites are considered to be appropriate for photocatalytic H2 production. This review highlights current progress in structural development of MOF materials along with modification strategies for enhanced photoactivity. Initially, the review discusses the photocatalytic H2 production mechanism with the concepts of thermodynamics and mass transfer with particular focus on MOFs. Elaboration of the structural categories of MOFs into Type I, Type II, Type III and classification of MOFs for H2 generation into transition metal based, post-transition metal based, noble-metal based and hetero-metal based has been systematically discussed. The review also critically deliberate various modification approaches of band engineering, improvement of charge separation, efficient irradiation utilization and overall efficiency of MOFs including metal modification, heterojunction formation, Z-scheme formation, by introducing electron mediator, and dye based composites. Also, the MOF synthesized derivatives for photocatalytic H2 generation are elaborated. Finally, future perspectives of MOFs for H2 generation and approaches for efficiency improvement have been suggested.  相似文献

W45Cu55, Cr65Cu35, and Cr32W14Cu54 alloys were obtained in order to study the mechanism of “smart response” of the structure of these alloys when using them as arc-resistant circuit-breakers. These alloys differ from industrial ones with frameless packing of Cr and W phases in the copper matrix. The alloy production method is based on the infiltration of copper melt into a mixture of non-compacted Cr and W powders under vibration exposure (80 Hz). The research results show an increase in the arc resistance of contacts when changing from “frame” packing of W to “frameless,” as well as the decisive role of Cr in the processes of self-dispersion of arc-resistant phases and passivation of W and Cu. Based on the obtained results, conclusions are drawn about the advantage of frameless packing of arc-resistant phases in copper and the reasons for the “smart behavior” of the structure of Cr-containing contacts in response to functional loads in the presence of oxygen and an inert atmosphere.  相似文献

吐哈盆地台北凹陷圈闭落实的准确度和储层分布预测的精度一直是制约该区油气发现的关键因素。通过可控震源“两宽一高”地震采集、OVT域时间偏移、地质导向深度偏移初始模型建立及各向异性深度偏移迭代处理,在地震资料的信噪比、频带宽度和分辨率等方面明显提高的基础上,以高精度层序地层学为指导,基于高分辨率地震资料与钻井、测井资料的综合分析,识别出侏罗系6个三级层序,在三级层序格架内将研究区七克台组底部和三间房组顶部砂体识别为两个连续上升半旋回四级层序;通过构造几何属性分析及精细构造分析,揭示了本区“四带、两凹”的构造格局及形成机制;以宽频带多种反演技术为手段,对含油气层段的七克台组和三间房组砂体分布进行了预测;在综合构造分析、储层分析和油藏成藏规律分析的基础上,提出本区油气沿构造带脊线聚集,断裂系统是油气运移的优势路径,七克台组、三间房组储层在葡北构造带发育,向玉果构造带和胜北次凹减薄尖灭,葡北构造带与玉果构造带结合部位的,具有鼻状构造背景的岩性圈闭是获得油气突破的有利地区。  相似文献

采用非线性方程计算法计算20CrMnTiH钢末端淬透性,只需利用生产实际数据加以修正,就能进行精确的淬透性计算和预报,与实测值偏差不超过2HRC。采用化学成分设计和控制,保证20CrMnTiH钢△[C]不超过0.007%,△[Si]波动不超过0.04%,△[Mn]、△[Cr]不超过0.02%,△[Ti]不超过0.01%,△[Alt]不超过0.010%,[Ni]、[Cu]不超过0.05%,[Mo]、[W]、[V]不超过0.03%,[P]、[S]不超过0.020%,[N]和[B]分别不超过0.006 0%和0.0005%,并控制碳偏析指数不超过1.035%,可实现国际先进水平的末端淬透性HRC4带宽控制。  相似文献

1-read/1-write (1R1W) register file (RF) is a popular memory configuration in modern feature rich SoCs requiring significant amount of embedded memory. A memory compiler is constructed using the 8T RF bitcell spanning a range of instances from 32 b to 72 Kb. An 8T low-leakage bitcell of 0.106 μm2 is used in a 14 nm FinFET technology with a 70 nm contacted gate pitch for high-density (HD) two-port (TP) RF memory compiler which achieves 5.66 Mb/mm2 array density for a 72 Kb array which is the highest reported density in 14 nm FinFET technology. The density improvement is achieved by using techniques such as leaf-cell optimization (eliminating transistors), better architectural planning, top level connectivity through leaf-cell abutment and minimizing the number of unique leaf-cells. These techniques are fully compatible with memory compiler usage over the required span. Leakage power is minimized by using power-switches without degrading the density mentioned above. Self-induced supply voltage collapse technique is applied for write and a four stack static keeper is used for read Vmin improvement. Fabricated test chips using 14 nm process have demonstrated 2.33 GHz performance at 1.1 V/25 °C operation. Overall Vmin of 550 mV is achieved with this design at 25 °C. The inbuilt power-switch improves leakage power by 12x in simulation. Approximately 8% die area of a leading 14 nm SoC in commercialization is occupied by these compiled RF instances.  相似文献

湖南省郴州市饭垄堆北段锡钨多金属矿位于湘南钨锡钼铋多金属成矿带东坡矿田内,成矿地质条件优越,具有很好的找矿前景。根据该矿床地质特征以及已有的地质矿产勘查成果,系统总结了矿区101、102、103号主矿体特征。在此基础上,进一步讨论了该类裂隙充填细脉带型锡钨多金属矿床在勘查过程中探矿工程布置的优化方法:即:①探矿工程不宜按每个矿带单独控制,应对整个赋矿层位进行整体控制;②应对含有毒砂、锡、钨细脉的岩性段进行连续取样化验,既可避免漏矿,又可以为将来工业指标调整后重新圈定矿体提供直接依据。  相似文献

Single crystal sapphire was synthesized by chemical transport of Al-O generated by the reaction of polycrystalline Al2O3 ceramic and carbon. Using C-axis oriented polycrystalline Al2O3 ceramics as a seed crystal in the deposition temperature range, a C-axis sapphire crystal (Φ5xL35 mm) was grown at a temperature range of 700–1000 °C, and the growth rate in the C-axis direction was about 3.5 mm/h. The transmittance in the visible to infrared region of the synthesized sapphire is a theoretical value (transmission loss is lower than 0.1 %/cm), and the absorption edge was less than 200 nm (the band gap is 6.2 eV), which is shorter than the absorption edge (240 nm) of the commercially available single crystal (band gap 5.2 eV) synthesized by the Czochralski method. The dislocation density in this material was extremely low, and it was confirmed by lattice image observation that it was a high-quality single crystal with very few defects.  相似文献

High-temperature operation of solid oxide fuel cells causes several degradation and material issues. Lowering the operating temperature results in reduced fuel cell performance primarily due to the limited ionic conductivity of the electrolyte. Here we introduce the Fe-doped SrTiO3-δ (SFT) pure perovskite material as an electrolyte, which shows good ionic conduction even at lower temperatures, but has low electronic conduction avoiding short-circuiting. Fuel cell fabricated using this electrolyte exhibits a maximum power density of 540 mW/cm2 at 520 °C with Ni-NCAL electrodes. It was found that the Fe-doping into the SrTiO3-δ facilitates the creation of oxygen vacancies enhancing ionic conductivity and transport of oxygen ions. Such high performance can be attributed to band-bending at the interface of electrolyte/electrode, which suppresses electron flow, but enhances ionic flow.  相似文献

Iron doped titanium dioxide coatings were synthesized with the help of RF plasma enhanced CVD technique. As a source of titanium, titanium chloride (IV) TiCl4 was used while iron pentacarbonyl (0) Fe(CO)5 served as iron supply. The coatings were diagnosed using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Their elemental and chemical composition was studied with the help of X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, respectively. For the determination of their optical properties, variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometry (VASE) and ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy techniques were used. Iron content in the range of 0.07–11.5 at% was found in the films. Apart from oxygen, titanium and iron, a presence of trace amounts of chlorine, very likely originating from the titanium precursor, was recorded. FTIR studies showed that iron was built-in in the structure of TiO2 matrix. Surface roughness, assessed using SEM and AFM techniques, increases with an increasing content of this element. VASE measurements revealed an increase of the coatings refractive index with a growing iron concentration, with the extinction coefficient remaining low and independent of that parameter. Trace amounts of iron resulted in a lowering of an absorption threshold of the films as well as their optical gap, but the tendency was reversed for high concentrations of that element.  相似文献
