In order to enhance the visible light-driven photocatalytic H2 production activity of CdZnS, an ethylenediamine-assisted hydrothermal pathway was used to synthesize CdxZn1-xS(en) with different Cd/Zn molar ratios. It was found out that the prepared Cd0.5Zn0.5S(en) possessed the highest photocatalytic H2 production rate of 13539.0 μmol h?1 g?1 that was higher than that of CdZnS. The key to this achievement could be ascribed to the stacking faults formation, the optimum band gap with conduction band position and small crystallite size. Based on this, Cd0.5Zn0.5S(en) was modified by NiS for further improving the activity. The obtained Cd0.5Zn0.5S(en)NiS with NiS loading content of 0.25 wt% exhibited much higher photocatalytic H2 production rate, reaching up to 38187.7 μmol h?1 g?1 that were among the highest efficiencies for semiconductor photocatalysts ever reported. It was confirmed that the nanosized NiS anchored on Cd0.5Zn0.5S(en) interface, acting as electron trapping sites, attributed to the spatial suppressions of electron-hole recombination. Meanwhile, the NiS loaded on the surface optimized the photogenerated electron transfer pathway between the semiconductor materials that gives rise to significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity. This study would put forward a facile method for developing high photocatalytic activity and low-cost catalytic material for H2 production, which provide a new thought to address the global energy crisis and the environmental contamination. 相似文献

沙垒田凸起地区是渤海海域西部新近系油气最为富集的区域,为了明确新近系走滑断裂发育特征及对油气富集的控制作用,依托连片高精度三维地震、钻井取心等资料,对走滑断裂类型及发育特征进行了详细刻画,并对走滑断裂与成藏要素之间的关系进行了探讨。综合研究表明:研究区发育断穿基底走滑断裂、盖层走滑断裂及伸展-走滑断裂三种不同类型走滑断裂;走滑断裂对圈闭的控制作用表现为在不同类型走滑断裂控制下,断裂带内及断裂带间形成了多种类型圈闭,其中大型披覆背斜圈闭、断鼻、断背斜圈闭为有利圈闭,小型断块圈闭为不利圈闭;走滑断裂对输导体系的控制作用体现在断裂活动控制了骨架砂体输导体系及断裂输导体系的形成发育,有利于周边凹陷成熟烃源岩排烃及运移输导;走滑断裂对储层的控制作用表现为走滑作用形成的高角度裂缝提高了储层渗透率,改善了储层物性。新近纪普遍发育的走滑断裂是研究区油气富集的主控因素。 相似文献

This article presents an adaptive neural compensation scheme for a class of large-scale time delay nonlinear systems in the presence of unknown dead zone, external disturbances, and actuator faults. In this article, the quadratic Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals are introduced to tackle the system delays. The unknown functions of the system are estimated by using radial basis function neural networks. Furthermore, a disturbance observer is developed to approximate the external disturbances. The proposed adaptive neural compensation control method is constructed by utilizing a backstepping technique. The boundedness of all the closed-loop signals is guaranteed via Lyapunov analysis and the tracking errors are proved to converge to a small neighborhood of the origin. This article presents a generalized learning observer (GLO) design for the simultaneous estimation of states and actuator faults for polytopic quasi-linear parameter varying systems. The proposed approach is based on the use of a GLO, which generalized the existing results on the proportional-integral observers. Conditions of existence and stability of the observer are given through the stability analysis in the sense of Lyapunov. Its design is obtained in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities. 以山西A矿开采的3号煤层采掘活动已揭露的小断层资料为基础,选取断层落差、倾角、延伸长度3个参数,通过多线性回归方法构建NW、NE 2个方向的断层延伸长度预本构模型,并进行现场应用。结果表明,构建的小断层预测模型预测的小断层延伸长度的准确率在90%以上,可以为后续揭露小断层延伸长度的确定提供可靠的参数指导。 相似文献

This paper presents a new methodology to identify and diagnose intermittent stochastic faults occurring in a process. A generalized polynomial chaos (gPC) expansion representing the stochastic inputs is employed in combination with the nonlinear mechanistic model of the process to calculate the resulting statistical distribution of measured variables that are used for fault detection and classification. A Galerkin projection based stochastic finite difference analysis is utilized to transform the stochastic mechanistic equation into a coupled deterministic system of equations which is solved numerically to obtain the gPC expansion coefficients. To detect and recognize faults, the probability density functions (PDFs) and joint confidence regions (JCRs) of the measured variables to be used for fault detection are obtained by substituting samples from a random space into the gPC expansions. The method is applied to a two dimensional heat transfer problem with faults consisting of stochastic changes combined with step change variations in the thermal diffusivity and in a boundary condition. The proposed methodology is compared with a Monte Carlo (MC) simulations based approach to illustrate its advantages in terms of computational efficiency as well as accuracy. 相似文献

The stability of a Co-based alloy designed to possess a microstructure comprising of L12, γ′ Co3Ti-type precipitates embedded in an A1, γ Co solid solution matrix has been investigated. The alloy showed acute microstructural instabilities upon ageing at 700 °C, resulting in the degeneration of the γ-γ′ aggregate into i) a faulted Co-based martensite and Co3Ti and ii) a lamellar aggregate of A3-Co and Co3Ti. The faulted Co-based phase was formed by isothermal diffusionless transformation of the metastable A1-phase, whilst the lamellar aggregate was a discontinuous reaction product. 相似文献
