主动解列是指当大电网遭受大扰动失去同步时,主动断开一系列线路将电网切割为多个电力孤岛以防止事故进一步扩大的一种控制方式。本文提出一种考虑无功平衡的大电网主动解列最优断面搜索策略。该策略容许在不对电网进行化简的前提下,搜索同时满足电网有功与无功平衡的最优解列断面。并通过对华中电网算例仿真及波兰电网算例验证该策略的有效性以及正确性。  相似文献

针对逆变型分布式电源(IIDG)的孤岛保护和故障穿越两种功能存在的运行冲突问题,提出一种基于公共连接点(PCC)阻抗特性的IIDG孤岛保护和故障穿越协调运行方法。基于PCC等效阻抗的传递函数解析模型,分析并网和孤岛运行状态下的阻抗特性。根据孤岛和电压暂态扰动情况下PCC阻抗的变化特征实现了同一逆变器中孤岛和电压暂态扰动现象的同步检测,从而正确执行孤岛保护与故障穿越两种功能。算例表明,所提方法可以有效辨识孤岛和电压暂态扰动现象,协调IIDG的孤岛保护和故障穿越两种功能,对已有的故障穿越和动态无功支撑方法具有较好的兼容性,有利于IIDG主动参与电网调节,更好地适应在配电网中的高渗透并网。  相似文献

Controlled islanding can be used as an efficient action to prevent catastrophic blackouts. It splits a power system into a group of stable islands, according to an islanding solution that has been generated using an islanding method. A detailed understanding of these methods is a sound basis for the development of feasible controlled islanding methods for future networks. In this paper three methods (a) Ordered Binary Decision Diagram, (b) Weak Connection and (c) Spectral Clustering, are selected as typical islanding methods. The paper presents an analysis of their essential differences and their potential suitability for use as part of a practical implementation of controlled islanding. They are critically assessed and contrasted in terms of the objective function, graph model, solving algorithm and time complexity. The key difference between these methods is the nature of the objective function used: minimal power imbalance, minimal dynamic coupling or minimal power-flow disruption. A different objective function may require a different graph model and a different solution algorithm, which may result in the islanding methods having different time complexities and produce different islanding boundaries for the same network. Each method is applied to the IEEE 118-bus system to explore their strengths and weaknesses. Criteria for the selection of a suitable, practical method are discussed, as is the feasibility of Controlled Islanding as a WAMPAC application.  相似文献

In this paper, islanding detection in the presence of different technologies of distributed generations (DGs) is discussed. Three types of DGs, namely a synchronous generator (SG), a wind energy conversion system (WECS), and a photovoltaic (PV) system, with distribution network parameters as well as linear and nonlinear loads are simulated using the Power System Computer Aided Design/Electromagnetic Transients Including DC (PSCAD/EMTDC) software. To detect the island state, a comprehensive islanding detection algorithm based on wavelet transform (WT) and rate of change of frequency (ROCOF) relay method is considered. To determine the islanding threshold value, the voltage and frequency values of sensitive buses are sampled at regular intervals, and the signals are analyzed with WT using MATLAB. The proposed algorithm could detect the exact island state definitively with the consideration of various disturbance signals such as capacitor bank switching, induction motor switching, and the sudden disconnection of power sources and loads from different buses of the distribution network. The results of the simulation are validated with the logic of ROCOF relay islanding detection method, which determines the accuracy threshold value when the power generation and load consumption difference is negligible. In addition, the proposed algorithm based on the rested DG's output power in the islanding state can supply prioritized loads based on thier importance. © 2016 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. It is important that photovoltaic (PV) systems detect islanding caused by power system faults to ensure electrical safety. Thus we propose a novel islanding detection method which detects the harmonic impedance by injecting harmonic currents synchronized with the exciting current harmonics of the pole transformer. For the case in which an induction motor load is included in the load system, basic experiments on islanding detection and simulation analysis are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

With increasing penetration of distributed generators such as photovoltaic (PV) systems in distribution systems, it is very important to quickly detect islanding caused by power system faults in order to assure electrical safety. We have developed a nonlinear magnetizing characteristics model of pole transformers for use in analyzing islanding prevention in PV systems. Basic experiments on the islanding detection were performed for verification of the proposed model. Analytical results obtained by the proposed model agreed well with experimental results.  相似文献

提出了一种基于云计算思想的电网恢复重构方法,利用网络中大量的分布式计算资源加速求取孤岛间网络恢复重构的最优解。利用电力系统分层分布式体系结构将含有多个微网的复杂配电网络视为不同的子云计算区,每个子云计算区根据自身情况将重构的服务请求分解为多个可独立处理的计算块并提交分布的计算节点进行并行处理和结果取优。相关联子云计算区之间可通信以协调不同区域间的负荷转供,最终实现故障恢复重构的目标。算例分析结果验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献
