To reduce the energy consumption of cooling in the hot summer days, searching for novel NIR shielding materials for buildings is of great value. In this report, monodispersed F doped TiO2 nanocrystals with an average size of 8.6 nm were synthesized as novel solar shielding materials for energy-saving windows. All the products adopted an anatase TiO2 structure. After doping of F ions, the morphology of TiO2 was transformed from an irregular shape to a pseudospherical shape. The Raman shift and XPS depth analysis confirmed the successful doping of F ions into the lattice oxygen sites in the TiO2 structure. The introduction of F ions generated free electrons and bulk Ti3+ in TiO2 crystals, which activated a localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) absorption in the NIR region. Correspondingly, the NIR shielding performance of the TiO2 films improved with increasing F doping amounts. The NIR shielding value of the films increased from 1.3% to 43.2% when the molar ratio of F to Ti increased from 0 to 0.3. The reason can be attributed to the enhanced NIR absorption induced by the increased electron concentration after doping of fluorine ions. The F–TiO2 films showed superior visible transmittance (90.1–96.7%). Moreover, the F–TiO2 films lowered the indoor temperature of the heat box by 5.3 °C in the thermal tests. Overall, the prepared F–TiO2 nanocrystals show a great potential to be used for energy-saving windows.  相似文献

The operation types and operation window for high-purity H2 production for the sorption enhanced steam methane reforming (SE-SMR) with Ni/Al2O3 catalyst and CaO sorbent in a fixed-bed reactor are investigated by an experimentally verified 2D numerical method. Four chemical reactions including steam reforming, water gas shift, global steam reforming, and CO2 sorption are considered. The operation window is defined as the H2 and CO molar fractions at outlet satisfying both yH2,out ≥ 90% and yCO,out ≤ yCO,allow (= 1%, 2% or 3%) in dry base. Under the conditions of yH2,out and yCO,allow, there are six operation types, of which 2 types are within the operation window and 4 types are not within the operation window as the temperature, weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) and steam to methane (S/C) molar ratio vary. For a common case of S/C = 3, the operation windows for yCO,allow = 3% at WHSV = 8.5 h?1 and 42.5 h?1 are located at 570–670 °C and 640–690 °C respectively, based on the parameters in this work. The operation window of temperature is wider with decreasing WHSV, and it becomes wider remarkably as the S/C ratio increases. The lowest temperature inside the operation window is 550 °C. The effects of the temperature, WHSV and S/C ratio on the operating types, yH2,out and yCO,out are also presented and discussed in details.  相似文献

In this work, gallium doped copper sulfide (Ga-doped CuS) nanocrystals were prepared using a solvothermal method. The effects of Ga doping on the crystal structures, chemical composition, morphology, optical properties and thermal performance of copper sulfide (CuS) were investigated. The Ga-doped CuS nanocrystals had a hexagonal structure comparable to that of pure CuS. The Cu+/Cu2+ ratio first decreased and then increased with increasing Ga3+ doping. Both CuS and Ga-doped CuS exhibited nanoplate and nanorod morphologies. The visible transmittance of the Ga-doped CuS films was in the range of 61–77.1%. Importantly, the near-infrared (NIR) shielding performance of the films can be tuned by adjusting the concentration of the Ga dopant. The NIR shielding value of the optimal Ga-doped CuS film was 72.4%, which was approximately 1.5 times as high as that of the pure CuS film. This can be ascribed to the enhanced plasmonic NIR absorption that resulted from an increase in the hole concentration after doping with Ga3+ ions. In the thermal performance test, the Ga-doped CuS film lowered the interior temperature of the heat box by 9.1 °C. Therefore, the integration of good visible transmittance and high NIR shielding performance make the Ga-doped CuS nanocrystals a promising candidate for energy-efficient window coatings.  相似文献

标量乘运算从整体上决定了椭圆曲线密码体制的快速实现效率,在一些椭圆曲线公钥密码体制中需要计算多标量乘。多基数链的标量表示长度更短、非零比特数目更少,较好地适用于椭圆曲线标量乘的快速计算。为了提高椭圆曲线密码的效率,在已有的二进制域和素域的标量乘算法的基础上,结合滑动窗口技术、多基算法,提出新的更高效的多标量乘算法。实验结果表明,新算法与传统Shamir算法和交错NAF算法相比,其所需的运算量更少,能有效地提高椭圆曲线多标量乘算法的效率,使多标量乘的运算更高效。相比于其他算法,新算法的计算效率比已有的多标量乘算法提高了约7.9%~20.6%。  相似文献

上奥陶统五峰组分为页岩段和观音桥段。对比分析四川盆地及周缘五峰组页岩气钻井岩心以及测试数据,根据岩心和全岩矿物组分特征,以硅质矿物(石英)、黏土矿物和碳酸盐矿物为三端元,进行岩相划分。页岩段可识别出4种岩相类型:硅质页岩、含黏土硅质页岩、含灰硅质页岩以及含灰黏土质页岩;观音桥段发育含介壳泥质灰岩。页岩气钻井实测数据表明,页岩段4类页岩岩相品质(有机碳含量、脆性矿物含量以及含气量)差异较大,硅质页岩品质最优,含灰黏土质页岩品质最差。页岩段岩相类型以及观音桥段分布特征受控于沉积环境。川南永川地区等相对浅水的区域页岩厚度较大,但是硅质页岩厚度较小,页岩段整体品质较差,不建议作为水平井靶窗;川南威远地区受古陆和古地形影响,硅质页岩厚度较小,也不建议作为水平井靶窗;川东南焦石坝、武隆、丁山以及南川地区硅质页岩厚度超过4 m,可作为水平井靶窗。  相似文献

Solvent-in-salt (SIS)型电解液作为一类新型超浓缩电解液,主要由水或者有机溶剂和易溶盐组成,具有溶液溶剂化程度小、自由溶剂分子少、电化学窗口宽、电化学稳定性高等特点,在超级电容器中显示了独特的优势并展现了良好的应用前景。本文重点综述了SIS型电解液的原理和优势,梳理了近年来SIS作为超级电容器电解液的研究进展,总结了其存在的问题,同时展望了SIS型电解液未来的发展方向。  相似文献

建立了二氧化硅(SiO_2)气凝胶中空玻璃窗传热数值模型,采用有限体积法分析了二氧化硅气凝胶厚度和位置对严寒地区玻璃窗传热的影响。结果表明:二氧化硅气凝胶厚度增加,能够提高玻璃窗内表面温度,降低其热流密度。二氧化硅气凝胶厚度为20 mm时,玻璃窗内表面热流密度为67.5 W/m~2。二氧化硅气凝胶位于室内侧能够更有效地减少建筑能耗,其总能耗为60 120 W。  相似文献

In this work, highly transparent yttria ceramics Φ?=?55?mm in size were fabricated by a hot-pressing method with 1 at.% ZrO2 or 12 at.% La2O3 as a sintering additive. For a 4-mm-thick specimen doped with ZrO2, the in-line transmittance reaches 71.1% at 400?nm and 80.9% at 1100?nm, and the transmittance of the La2O3-doped specimen is comparable to that of the ZrO2-doped specimen. By means of the relatively low sintering temperature of 1600?°C, the present samples exhibited very fine microstructures (<2?μm), giving rise to excellent mechanical strength levels (~200?MPa). With regard to the 1 at.% ZrO2-doped specimen, the combination of high strength and high thermal conductivity (~10 W/m?K) substantially improved parameters related to the thermal shock resistance. The results of this study indicate that the hot-pressed transparent yttria ceramic doped with 1 at.% ZrO2 is optically, mechanically, and thermally suitable for high-temperature IR window applications.  相似文献

Solid polymer electrolytes provide high safety and good electrochemical stability in solid-state lithium batteries (SSLBs) compared with conventional liquid electrolytes. In this work, a novel solid polymer composite electrolyte based on poly (ethylene oxide) (PEO) filled with rod-like Zn2(OH)BO3 particles was prepared by a grinding process followed with a heating treatment process and a cold pressing process. The effect of the incorporation amount of rod-like Zn2(OH)BO3 particles on the ionic conductivity was investigated systemically. It is found that 10 mol% of rod-like Zn2(OH)BO3 particles addition resulted in a highest ionic conductivity of 2.78 × 10−5 at 30 °C and the improved ionic conductivity was considered to be caused by the reducing of PEO crystallinity and the increasing of Li ion migrating pathway on the interface between the Zn2(OH)BO3 and PEO. In addition, the optimum composite electrolyte exhibited a high electrochemical stability window of 4.51 V (vs. Li/Li+), good lithium stability and excellent thermal stability.  相似文献

Noise detection and its removal is very important in the image processing. Detection of noise is very crucial and significant in random valued impulse noise because it does not hamper the image pixels uniformly. This paper presents a novel and unique concept of adaptive dual threshold for the detection of random valued impulse noise along with simple median filter at noise removal stage. Simulation results shows that an efficient noise detection leads to a superior quality of de-noised image as compared to existing adaptive threshold based image de-noising techniques. Proposed threshold computation is based on averaging of pixel values of window which enhances the PSNR of our system as compared to existing median filter based image de-noising methods.  相似文献
