Threshold switching (TS) devices have evolved as one of the most promising elements in memory circuit due to their important significance in suppressing crosstalk current in the crisscross array structure. However, the issue of high threshold voltage (Vth) and low stability still restricts their potential applications. Herein, the vanadium oxide (VOx) films deposited by the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method are adopted as the switching layer to construct the TS devices. The TS devices with Pt/VOx/Pt/PI structure exhibit non-polar, electroforming-free, and volatile TS characteristics with an ultralow Vth (+0.48 V/−0.48 V). Besides that, the TS devices also demonstrates high stability, without obviously performance degradations after 350 cycles of endurance measurements. Additionally, the transition mechanism is mainly attributed to the synergistic effect of metal-insulator transition of VO2 and oxygen vacancies. Furthermore, the nonvolatile bipolar resistance switching behaviors can be obtained by changing oxygen pressure during the deposition process for switching films. This work demonstrates that vanadium oxide film is a good candidate as switching layer for applications in the TS devices and opens an avenue for future electronics. 相似文献

研究了一种生态多孔纤维棉(EPFC)的生物挂膜性能,并将其应用于脱氮反应器中,考察不同DO水平与装置设计(填充率、孔密度)对脱氮效果的影响。结果表明,EPFC是一种良好的生物挂膜材料。DO含量对反应器脱氮效果影响显著,在ρ(DO)=10~11 mg/L、HRT=5 d时NH4+-N去除率最高97.41%;TN去除率在ρ(DO)=9~10 mg/L、HRT=4 d时最高45.52%。对装置设计进行优化后,发现反应器BR5脱氮效果最好,其填料填充率为2/3、孔密度为5.2个/cm2;优化运行条件为ρ(DO)=9~10 mg/L、HRT=5 d,NH4+-N与TN去除率分别可达98.59%和59.93%。可为EPFC进一步应用于生物脱氮工艺如生物接触氧化法、序批式活性污泥法工艺等提供思路。 相似文献

Graphene-based materials have attracted significant attention in many technological fields, but scaling up graphene-based technologies still faces substantial challenges. High-throughput top-down methods generally require hazardous, toxic, and high-boiling-point solvents. Here, an efficient and inexpensive strategy is proposed to produce graphene dispersions by liquid-phase exfoliation (LPE) through a combination of shear-mixing (SM) and tip sonication (TS) techniques, yielding highly concentrated graphene inks compatible with spray coating. The quality of graphene flakes (e.g., lateral size and thickness) and their concentration in the dispersions are compared using different spectroscopic and microscopy techniques. Several approaches (individual SM and TS, and their combination) are tested in three solvents (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide, and cyrene). Interestingly, the combination of SM and TS in cyrene yields high-quality graphene dispersions, overcoming the environmental issues linked to the other two solvents. Starting from the cyrene dispersion, a graphene-based ink is prepared to spray-coat flexible electrodes and assemble a touch screen prototype. The electrodes feature a low sheet resistance (290 Ω □−1) and high optical transmittance (78%), which provide the prototype with a high signal-to-noise ratio (14 dB) and multi-touch functionality (up to four simultaneous touches). 为提高32Cr3MoVE钢工件的硬度和耐磨性,对其渗氮工艺进行了研究。结果表明:渗氮过程中采取较低的渗氮温度及较低的氮势,可以有效控制白亮层深度及避免产生粗大的合金氮化物,但渗氮速度较慢;通过氮势门槛值控制的渗氮方法,在渗氮前期可以适当提高氮势,随着渗氮时间的增加,逐步多段地降低氮势,使实际氮势始终维持在氮势门槛值的附近,此方法在保证渗氮速度的同时,能有效控制32Cr3MoVE钢渗氮后的白亮层深度及抑制脆性相的生成;最后通过工艺试验加以验证,得出适合32Cr3MoVE钢的氮势门槛值控制的气体渗氮热处理工艺。 相似文献

采用沉水植物表面流湿地(沉水组)、挺水植物表面流湿地(挺水组)和浮床湿地(浮床组)3种盐沼湿地对长江口近岸低污染水体进行脱氮除磷效能的研究。结果表明,HRT为3 d时,水组、挺水组、浮床组对NO3^--N的去除率在高温时段分别为79.9%±13.2%、71.8%±15.2%、77.2%±13.2%,中温时段分别为39.4%±13.7%、31.5%±8.5%、18.4%±16.6%,低温时段分别为15.6%±14.6%、19.7%±8.6%、2.%5±8.6%。沉水组和挺水组对TP的去除率受温度影响较小,分别为66.4%±32.4%、55.5%±29.4%;而浮床组除磷效果受温度影响较大。当HRT缩短为1.5 d时,3组湿地系统在高温时段仍可达到相近的脱氮除磷效果,在中低温时段脱氮除磷效果都有不同程度的下降。 相似文献

The peroxisome is a single-membrane subcellular compartment present in almost all eukaryotic cells from simple protists and fungi to complex organisms such as higher plants and animals. Historically, the name of the peroxisome came from a subcellular structure that contained high levels of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and the antioxidant enzyme catalase, which indicated that this organelle had basically an oxidative metabolism. During the last 20 years, it has been shown that plant peroxisomes also contain nitric oxide (NO), a radical molecule than leads to a family of derived molecules designated as reactive nitrogen species (RNS). These reactive species can mediate post-translational modifications (PTMs) of proteins, such as S-nitrosation and tyrosine nitration, thus affecting their function. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how NO could affect peroxisomal metabolism and its internal protein-protein interactions (PPIs). Remarkably, many of the identified NO-target proteins in plant peroxisomes are involved in the metabolism of reactive oxygen species (ROS), either in its generation or its scavenging. Therefore, it is proposed that NO is a molecule with signaling properties with the capacity to modulate the peroxisomal protein-protein network and consequently the peroxisomal functions, especially under adverse environmental conditions. 相似文献

对13Cr超级马氏体不锈钢进行氮合金化,采用淬火-配分热处理工艺,研究了不同N含量对13Cr钢的微观组织及电化学腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:随N含量增加,板条马氏体组织表现出明显的细化行为,奥氏体含量增加,且有VN生成,从而防止N与Cr结合生成Cr2N,促使Cr在材料表面形成以Cr2O3为主的致密腐蚀产物膜,提高材料耐蚀性;试验钢表面以局部腐蚀为主,试样表面有点蚀发生。随着N含量的增加,形成腐蚀产物膜的孔隙度减小;表面钝化膜为双电层结构,增加了钝化膜的稳定性,点蚀坑数量明显减少且变小;提高N含量有利于试样耐点蚀性能的改善,0.35%N试验钢表面腐蚀产物附着牢固,平整且致密,晶粒大小均匀,可起到良好的保护作用。 相似文献

Martensitic stainless steel powder exhibits a high nitrogen uptake when densified by supersolidus liquid-phase sintering in a nitrogen atmosphere, but the optimum uptake, which is beneficial to its resistance to corrosion, is unknown. In this study, the resistance of high-carbon martensitic stainless steel X190CrVMo20-4-1 densified in a nitrogen atmosphere against pitting corrosion was explored. This was to clarify the impact of nitrogen uptake in the steel matrix in the quenched and tempered condition on its corrosion resistance in an aqueous solution. Samples were subjected to potentiodynamic polarisation tests in a de-aerated, 1 wt% NaCl solution. Results revealed that the X190 steel densified in a nitrogen atmosphere at 40-kPa pressure, subjected to deep cryogenic treatment in liquid nitrogen at an austenitising temperature of 1150°C and tempered at 200°C, had the best pitting corrosion resistance with a breakdown potential of 142 ± 11 mV/SCE and a hardness of 738 ± 4 HV10. The matrix around the M7C3 carbides and MX carbonitrides suffered high pitting susceptibility. The implications of this study serve as a basis for the improvement of the functional properties of steels. 相似文献
