童氏曲线图版法是注水开发油田标定可采储量的主要方法。随着中国注水开发油藏相继进入高含水期,出现许多实际油藏的含水率与采出程度关系与童氏曲线图版吻合性较差的现象。为此,在新的渗流特征方程的基础上,利用Welge方程,导出了童氏曲线的通式,完善了童氏曲线的理论基础。童氏曲线的通式在一定条件下,可以转化为经典的童氏曲线及其改进式,其对应的水驱特征曲线也可在一定条件下转化为马克西莫夫水驱特征曲线、校正马克西莫夫水驱特征曲线和沙卓罗夫水驱特征曲线,表明童氏曲线的通式具有较好的适应性。通过丘陵油田三间房组油藏的应用,给出了绘制实际油藏童氏曲线图版的方法和确定油藏特征参数的方法。 相似文献

The luminescence properties of yellow-emitting Ce3+-doped Sr-containing sialon phosphor Sr(Al,Si)5(O,N)7:Ce3+ were notably improved by the Ce raw material selection. By changing the Ce raw material from oxides to nitrides or chlorides, the emission wavelength shifted to above 560 nm, which is beneficial for higher color rendering index white light-emitting diodes. This result from an increase in the covalency of the host crystal being associated with a decrease in the oxygen content. When Ce chloride was used, both the absorption and internal quantum efficiency increased, resulting in an increase in the external quantum efficiency up to 65%–72%. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, and electron spin resonance measurements showed that the reason for the absorption increase is an increase in Ce3+ content and suppression of the generation of the second phase, and the reason for the increase in the internal quantum efficiency is a decrease in the host crystal absorption via suppression of anion vacancy generation. It was found that Ce chloride not only suppresses oxygen impurities but also acts as a flux that results in improved crystallinity. 相似文献

提出了拥有多种工作模式的新型非共振式压电直线电机。对电机的核心部件定子结构进行了设计与建模,分析了其在3种工作模式(连续作动模式、交替步进模式以及单步作动模式)下的作动机理。对电机的布置形式、夹持机构以及预压力机构进行了设计与研究,利用有限元软件辅助分析了结构的机械强度。制作样机并分别在3种工作模式下进行了一系列实验。实验结果证明了多工作模式的可行性:在连续作动模式下施加电压为100V、频率为100Hz的正弦信号,电机输出速度为446.4μm/s;在交替步进作动模式下施加电压为100V、频率为100Hz的方波-三角波信号,电机输出速度为6 031μm/s;在单步作动模式下,电机作动单步步距小于同等条件下交替步进模式步距,当施加电压为30V、频率为1Hz脉冲信号时,其平均步距约为333.33nm。新型直线电机可以适应多种不同场合的工作需求。 相似文献

为探求液黏传动在充满工作油的流体阶段摩擦副温度分布情况,建立薄盘结构摩擦副热流固耦合模型,采用计算机流体仿真软件FLUENT对径向槽摩擦副进行数值模拟,得到摩擦副的温度云图。通过搭建液黏传动装置试验台,测得径向油槽摩擦副间油膜温度分布数据。结果表明:在径向方向上,随半径的增加,摩擦副温度逐渐增加且沟槽处温度低于无沟槽处;在圆周方向上,相同半径处摩擦副的沟槽区比无沟槽区温度高,表明沟槽可以有效地降低工作油的升温;在纯油膜阶段摩擦片升温明显高于对偶片升温。有限元分析和实验研究结果趋势基本一致,验证了理论分析的可靠性。 相似文献

Optical thermometry and white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) are the research hotspots for Eu3+ doped phosphors. In this study, a series of Sr2TiSi2O8: Eu3+ red phosphors were developed in a solid-state reaction method. The luminescent properties of the Sr2TiSi2O8: Eu3+ phosphor illustrate that Sr2TiSi2O8: Eu3+ is effectively excited by the NUV LED chip and emit an intense red light with a peak of 618 nm due to the noninversion symmetry coordination of Eu3+ in Sr2TiSi2O8. The local coordination environment of Eu3+ was investigated in detail using crystallographic data, spectroscopic data and Judd–Ofelt parameters. In addition, the emission intensity of Sr2TiSi2O8:Eu3+ is extremely sensitive to temperature. The relative sensitivity of Sr2TiSi2O8:Eu3+ is 1.1% k-1@300 k, which is comparable to other Eu3+-activated temperature sensing materials. The possible mechanism of the temperature sensitive quenching characteristics was proposed. The results indicate that Sr2TiSi2O8:Eu3+ is a potential temperature sensing material. 相似文献

This paper reports a deep‐ultraviolet LED (deep‐UV‐LED) package based on silicon MEMS process technology (Si‐PKG). The package consists of a cavity formed by silicon crystalline anisotropic etching, through‐silicon vias (TSVs) filled with electroplated Cu, bonding metals made of electroplated Ni/AuSn and a quartz lid for hermetic sealing. A deep‐UV LED die is directly mounted in the Si‐PKG by AuSn eutectic bonding without a submount. It has advantages in terms of size, heat dissipation, light utilization efficiency, productivity and cost over conventional AlN ceramic packages. We confirmed a light output of 30 mW and effective reflection on Si (111) cavity slopes in the Si‐PKG. Based on simulation, further improvement of the optical output is expected by optimizing DUV‐LED die mount condition. 相似文献

The photocatalytic deactivation of volatile organic compounds and mold fungi using TiO2 modified with mono‐ and bimetallic (Pt, Cu, Ag) particles is reported in this study. The mono‐ and bimetal‐modified (Pt, Cu, Ag) titanium(IV) oxide photocatalysts were prepared by chemical reduction method and characterized using XRD, XPS, DR/UV‐Vis, BET, and TEM analysis. The effect of incident light, type and content of mono‐ and bimetallic nanoparticles deposited on titanium(IV) oxide was studied. Photocatalytic activity of as‐prepared nanocomposites was examined in the gas phase using LEDs array. High photocatalytic activity of Ag/Pt‐TiO2 and Cu/Pt‐TiO2 in the reaction of toluene degradation resulted from improved efficiency of interfacial charge transfer process, which was consistent with the fluorescence quenching effect revealed by photoluminescence (PL) emission spectra. The photocatalytic deactivation of Penicillium chrysogenum, a pathogenic fungi present in the indoor environment, especially in a damp or water‐damaged building using mono‐ and bimetal‐modified (Pt, Cu, Ag) titanium(IV) oxide was evaluated for the first time. Dy3+, Eu3+: NaLa(WO4)2 phosphors are successfully synthesized through the solid-state reaction technique. The phase-structure and morphology are measured via X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive spectrometry. The concentrations of Dy3+, Eu3+, La3+, and W6+ are measured via ICP. The absorption and excited spectra are presented, which indicate that a blue band ranging from 430 to 480 nm is suitable for excitation. Using a commercial blue LED with a wavelength of 450 nm as the excitation light source, emission spectra for samples with varying dopant concentration ratios of Dy3+ to Eu3+ are obtained, which show good tunable yellow and red emission. For the purpose of investigating white LED performance, CIE spectra and a white light photo are also presented. The results reveal that varying the dopant concentration ratio of Dy3+ to Eu3+ plays a key role in the warm-white performance. With increasing concentration of Eu3+, the correlated color temperature decreases from 4069 to 3172 K, which indicates good warm-white performance. 相似文献
