为了解决长行程定子不连续永磁直线同步电机存在的因无法全程安装位置传感器和不同动子和定子之间的电磁参数不固定所造成的控制性能下降的难题,提出一种在每一段定子内先进行参数标定,再进行速度控制的控制系统设计。首先,在动子进入过程中,对电机进行电磁参数标定,根据标定参数对控制器参数进行调整,以达到更好的控制效果。然后,使用无位置传感器控制系统使动子快速达到设定速度值并稳定运行。实验结果表明:动子进入过程参数标定精度分别为0.002Wb和0.000 4H;无位置传感器控制中位置估计精度为0.63mm,速度收敛时间为0.45s,稳态误差为0.02m/s。基本满足永磁直线同步电机用于长行程运输的控制快速性、稳定性等要求。  相似文献

针对目前汽车同步带齿形轮廓参数测量过程中存在的测量效率低和人为因素影响大等问题,提出了一种基于激光三角法的汽车同步带齿形轮廓参数非接触式测量方案,并设计了相应的汽车同步带齿形测量装置。该装置通过激光位移传感器与汽车同步带传动速度的配合,对汽车同步带齿形轮廓数据进行采集,并提出一种改进后的分割算法对采集到的齿形截面轮廓数据进行特征分割。通过对分割后齿形数据的拟合,实现了齿形轮廓曲线特征的分段重构并获得被测带齿的轮廓参数。基于激光三角法对汽车同步带齿形轮廓参数进行测量,实现了对齿形轮廓参数自动测量提高了测量效率避免了人为因素的影响,保证了测量精度,有望在汽车同步带实际生产中得到应用。  相似文献

以西藏光核桃为原料,采用水剂法提取结合酶法破乳技术分离其中的油脂和蛋白质,优化了光核桃仁油脂与蛋白质水剂法同步提取的工艺条件,并分析了油脂的主要理化指标及脂肪酸组成。结果表明:西藏光核桃仁油与蛋白质同步提取最优工艺为物料粒径150目、液料比8:1 (mL/g)、pH 10、浸提温度50℃、提取时间5h、搅拌速度80r/min,该工艺条件下核桃仁油提取率为(67.79±2.97)%,蛋白质提取率为(78.13±1.53)%。光核桃仁油脂具有优良的理化性质,并检测出12种脂肪酸组分,主要由顺式油酸(57.32%)、亚油酸(31.65%)、棕榈酸(6.49%)和硬脂酸(2.29%)组成,其中饱和脂肪酸7种,单不饱和脂肪酸3种,多不饱和脂肪酸2种;油脂以不饱和脂肪酸为主,相对百分含量为89.43%,其中多不饱和脂肪酸相对百分含量为31.76%,单不饱和脂肪酸相对百分含量为57.67%。  相似文献

Power generation characteristics of a sandwich‐type thermoelectric generator in which the heat source is embedded into thermoelectric elements are investigated. Our previous work on a similar concept only considered a uniform heat source distribution inside thermoelectric elements. In this work, the effect of the spatial distribution of a heat source is examined. In particular, the effect of the concentration of heat source near the one end, that is, the hot end, is intensively studied as a potential means of improving the efficiency of the device. Although the effects of heat source concentration in impractical cases without heat transfer limitations on the cold side remain ambiguous, it become clear that heat source concentration indeed has positive effects in more realistic cases with finite heat transfer coefficients imposed on the cold side. Because of the relatively low efficiency of typical thermoelectric generation, a significant amount of heat must be dissipated from the cold end of the thermoelectric element. Greater heat source concentration near the hot end leads to more effective utilization of available heat source, reduces the amount of heat rejected at the cold end, and lowers the hot end temperature of the thermoelectric element. Overall, it is suggested that heat source concentration can be used as a method to achieve more efficient operation and better structural integrity of the system. The flux‐modulating synchronous machine (FMSM) is a new type of multipole SM with nonoverlapping concentrated armature and field windings on the stator. This paper compares the output characteristics of two FMSMs through finite element analysis (FEA) and experiments. In both of the FMSMs, the attachment positions of the armature and field windings are swapped. To determine the reason for the discrepancies in their output characteristics, unsaturated inductances were calculated using a d‐q equivalent circuit. In addition, the calculated results of the inductances were confirmed through a visualization of the leakage fluxes using FEA. The results of the study show that the synchronous inductance can be reduced by attaching the armature winding to the air‐gap side of the stator teeth and that the reduction leads to an increase in output power.  相似文献

以感应电能传输(IPT)谐振变换器为研究对象,研究了谐振变换器的ZVS同步整流(SR)技术。分析了基于SR技术IPT谐振变换器的工作原理,利用系统的谐振工作特性,提出了一种新颖的ZVS软开关SR实现方法。建立了系统频闪映射稳态数学模型,给出了ZVS软开关SR的周期不动点函数、数值求解状态变量及ZVS软开关SR工作周期的算法流程。在设计控制电路的基础上,通过实验验证了提出的同步整流技术的可行性。  相似文献

从硬件和软件两个角度出发,介绍基于DSP的多元数据同步采集与存储系统的组成、工作模式以及功能的测试。系统主要由上位机和数字采集与存储单元组成,其中数字采集与存储单元的硬件部分包括电源模块,值班电路模块,数据采集模块,数据存储模块,时钟同步模块。系统采用DSP作为中央处理芯片,利用经过同步后的秒脉冲作为触发信号,实现同步数据采集。以CF卡作为存储介质,实现数据自容式存储。软件部分实现自检、同步、数据采集存储功能。经过测试,系统工作稳定,功能正常,同步精度在100ns以内。  相似文献

This paper focuses on the current control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for electric drives with model uncertainties and external disturbances. To improve the performance of the PMSM current loop in terms of the speed of response, tracking accuracy, and robustness, a hybrid control strategy is proposed by combining the adaptive sliding mode control and sliding mode disturbance observer (SMDO). An adaptive law is introduced in the sliding mode current controller to improve the dynamic response speed of the current loop and robustness of the PMSM drive system to the existing parameter variations. The SMDO is used as a compensator to restrain the external disturbances and reduce the sliding mode control gains. Experiments results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy can guarantee strong anti-disturbance capability of the PMSM drive system with improved current and speed-tracking performance.  相似文献

This paper presents the stability improvement results of hybrid doubly fed induction generator (DFIG)-based and permanent magnet generator (PMG)-based offshore wind farms (OWFs) using a static synchronous series compensator (SSSC). An adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) controller of the proposed SSSC is designed to render adequate damping characteristics to the studied system. A frequency-domain approach based on a linearized system model using eigenvalue technique analysis is performed. A time-domain scheme based on a nonlinear system model subject to a three-phase short circuit fault at infinite bus with variations in the signal transmission delays has also been investigated to compare the damping of the studied system in cases of with and without controller. The simulation results with MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox have been presented. It can be concluded from the simulation results that the proposed SSSC joined with the designed ANFIS damping controller can offer adequate damping performance to the studied hybrid DFIG-based and PMG-based OWFs under severe disturbance.  相似文献

In this paper, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) are investigated. According to the feature of PMSMs, a novel state equation of PMSMs is obtained by choosing suitable state variables. Based on the state equation, robust controllers are designed via interval matrix and PI control idea. In terms of bilinear matrix inequations, sufficient conditions for the existence of the robust controller are derived. In order to reduce the conservation and the dependence on parameter, the control inputs of PMSMs are divided into two parts, a feedforward control input and a feedback control input, and relevant sufficient conditions for the existence of the controller are obtained. Because of the suitable choice of state variables, the proposed control strategies can cope with the load uncertainty and have robustness for disturbance. Finally, simulations are carried out via Matlab/Simulink soft to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategies. The performance of the proposed control strategies are demonstrated by the simulation results.   相似文献
